We really enjoyed our stay. My daughter and I wanted to take a road trip to the UP before she started college back up and this was the perfect stay to enjoy the Pictured Rocks area. Thanks Mike and Shelly for being great hosts.

Wonderful place

We loved staying in unit# 1 and exploring Munising and Marquette! Lots to do here, particularly if you’re an outdoor person. The unit was well stocked and comfortable. Lots of attention to details. We loved watching the fishing boats launch into the lake at sunrise.

We had 4 great nights at this property. Clean and convenient to everything. Only drawback was steep stairs taking up suitcases but we managed slowly.

Awesome Lake View

We couldn't have choose a better overall experience then staying in Munising Bay Lake Superior. Everything was awesome. Had everything we needed and place was very clean. Lake view was great to wake up to each morning. If back in the Munising area, I hope this place is open, we will rebook.

Treehouse view

This was our second stay at Bayview. We came back for the same things we enjoyed the first time--location, lake view, interesting daytime activity and quiet nights. Used the window a/c more this time than we did two years ago. Really appreciated having that available!

We loved this place! Location was great, everything as pictured and described. The hosts are friendly, helpful and have great suggestions to see and do in Munising. I purchased this property as a retirement home and an income property with 2 apartments upstairs. The 2 apartments were 1 year leases all this time, however, I have always wanted to turn them into vacation rentals. Due to life circumstances, it has taken longer than I had expected! I renovated them 1 year ago and opened for the 2015 summer season. I have so enjoyed the process and love meeting all my guests. I am a proud lifelong resident of Munising and love showing off my community and the surrounding area to all.
