Great location

The place was in a great location and decorated very nice and had the amenities that would make most people feel at home. Parking is tight, but at least you have it. Would stay again.

Cozy spot right in Ogunquit. Steps from restaurants and easy walk to the beach and the Marginal Way! The 1 Surf room is great, spacious 1 bedroom apartment style unit that was clean and comfortable! Contemporary beach-esk styling.

Wonderful stay at 20 Shore Road! Beautiful clean apartment in the center of town. Crystal was amazing with communications and Incredibly easy to get along with. Great place, wonderful stay

My husband and I stayed at this facility and truly enjoyed it. The rooms were clean, there were all the necessary appliances (including a small range and an iron and ironing board). There was a really cute patio where several people could sit comfortably and watch traffic and people go by. But the best part of all was the location. It is located in the heart of Ogunquit just steps from shopping and restaurants and a very easy walk to the beach, Perkins Cove, or the Marginal Way. We highly recommend.

Heart of OGT

Perched atop Ogunquit’s main intersection, sitting on our own balcony in “ Surf 1,” we had the perfect spot to enjoy coffee in the morning, pre-dinner cocktails, chill before going to bed wrapping up another gorgeous day on the beach. Place is beautifully decorated, roomy for the three of us, fully modernized, and just a 10-min stroll to Ogunquit Beach. Enjoy!!

Cute and comfy

Loved this suite. It had everything you need including complementary coffe and sugar in the kitchenette. Clean and nicely decorated. I recommend a longer stay to justify the pet fee, cleaning fee and service fee, pricey additions for a two night stay. Great location although visiting during the week before Memorial Day turned out to be noisy with the street being paved along with maintenance in the hotel. Would have loved to properly enjoy the spacious balcony.

Hi Denise, Glad you enjoyed your visit. Sorry about the street noise, the town was suppose to be done repairing the front side-walk by May 1st however weather caused delays. We also wanted to share that we do not charge a service fee, that is a direct fee from vrbo. You can always book direct with no service fee. We also strive to be competitive in our clean and pet fees, which are some of the lowest on vrbo. Thanks

Great location

Loved having a kitchen with all the amenities. We were right in town and just a walk away from shops and restaurants. Perkins Cove just a few minutes drive away. Very nice. Will be back.

long response time and insurance process

The full cost of the insurance is only disclosed at checkout time; why is there a charge for insurance in addition to the security charge? also, in lieu of the insurance the rather exorbitant monetary option states that the monetary option is refundable at the discretion of the property owner. We find this approach rather aggressive. From a late response perspective, we requested a late check out from the property manager via text and phone message well before the 12 hours in advance but unfortunately she only called back after checkout time. Very inconvenient and unprofessional.

Perfect location if you like to be able to park your car for the week and walk to everything!

We loved this location and the unit was nice! It is a little tight with 2 teenagers and two adults, but doable. The only other thing to keep in mind is that it has a very small refrigerator. We like to cook in and it was tough to shop for such a small refrigerator. If you like to eat out, you’re all set! It was a great place to stay!!

From the adorable kitchen, to the rocking chairs on the balcony- our stay was just right. Easy stroll to get breakfast or coffee (literally out back). We were sad to leave. Thank you so much.

Trendy, clean and in the middle of it all!

We arrived to the property and got checked-in with no issue. The unit is actually bigger in real life than it looked in pics so we were pleasantly surprised. The balcony overlooking Shore Road was awesome too. The unit was steps from the best restaurants, bars, and beaches! Overall we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. We will definitely be back!

Family get away

This was a clean, updated and conveniently located property within walking distance to the beach. The only issue we had was the noise from the bar down the block at nighttime. We have young children and the noise was a challenge. However, there was a warning about this in the posting and they had a white noise machine.

Great place, Perfect location.

We loved this well equipped open studio apartment. There is a front porch overlooking Shore Road. The parking is very tight. If you had a large SUV or truck it might be a problem. Other than that it was perfect. A short walk to the beach so we carried our beach chairs, maybe 5 minutes.

Great location and very clean. The internet does not work which is a problem.

Even though some people complained about the noise from the piano bar across the street it didn’t bother me. The owner supplied a white noise machine which was great. Parking was challenging and if you have a big car good luck. It was great having a deck we had breakfast there every morning. The studio’s location is great you can walk to everything.

Hi Jane, Thanks for the positive comments in your review. We are very sorry you had trouble connecting to the internet. We actually pay for and supply free turbo speed WiFi, since many of our guests are also business travelers. We researched with Spectrum and other guests and it doesn't seem that there were any issue with the internet service during your stay - so please email or call us to let us know the specific issue you had, perhaps we can better outline the connection instructions in the welcome booklet. And if you come back to visit and ever have an issue our manager is very responsive, just let Crystal know. We agree the parking is challenging with larger vehicles, the small town of OGT has very limited parking, some hotels actually charge extra or do not provide parking in the downtown area, but we deal with the 4 small spaces we have. Come visit again. Thanks

Great Ogunquit location!

We loved our stay and so did our dog. The location is close to everything in "downtown" Ogunquit. We would stay here again next time we're in Ogunquit.
