Location, location !! Platsen är nyckeln här! Två kvarter från Crest (tyst sida av ön) ännu rätt i början av strandpromenaden! Vi vet att du kommer till Wildwood @ Jersey shore för stranden och styrelser! Platsen är vår största komplimang :-) Ta spårvagn bil till alla åtgärder, bara några steg bort! Bäst beskrivs som "Flip-flops & T-shirt levande". Vi är inte "krusiduller", bara roligt !! Om du letar efter en Beachy enfamiljshus, du har hittat den här. Denna strand hus är på stranden blocket och 12 pers med tre gratis tandem parkeringsplatser. Avkopplande bekvämt hem w / 3: e våningen stora rum (12x24), som leder ut till däck med utsikt över Atlanten. Rymlig 2: a våningen vardagsrum och matsal. Tillräckligt med sittplatser för hela familjen att sitta ner till middag på en gång. Njut av alla bekvämligheter i ett hem. Komplett kök w / en palm mosaik bardisk. Takfläktar i alla rum, driver runt den svala centrala luft. Vi är inte ett övervägt ett hotell eller Bed and Breakfast, så några saker att tänka på är att vi inte tillhandahåller lakan, örngott, handdukar eller engångsmaterial / förbrukningsartiklar. Vi ger kuddar, filtar och sängöverkast.
Tre kvarter från kongresscentret, två kvarter från krönet och en halv kvarter till strandpromenaden. Vi är på den tysta sidan av ön (2 kvarter från krönet) ännu precis där skivorna börjar, bara några kvarter från vattenparker och strandpromenad attraktioner. Kom sitta under våra palmer och smutta på din favorit iskall dryck. Titta på alla turister som omfattas i olja treking av (eftersom du fick en närmare stranden!) Kolla in vår 3rd Floor stora rum med fantastisk utsikt över havet! Och på tal om fantastisk utsikt, kommer du sitta på 2: a och 3: e våningen däck och bara dra i sevärdheterna i Atlanten! Great location but poorly updated, lacking basics

You know when a person calls a house “quaint or charming” they mean small. The description of this house says it’s a no-frills laid back property but what that means is overall it lacks basic features and misleading amenities. The check in process was easy and on site manager Lori was very responsive. However, the house did not match the listing from when we booked it and the overall condition of the interior is poor. When we booked the listing stated “on site coin operated laundry behind the house to the right”. Upon arrival it was not present and we were told there was a laundromat a few blocks away. The listing stated a hot tub, not present. The listing includes a full kitchen but check in documents then explain it’s a “resort inspired” kitchenette aka no oven, no dishwasher. Other issues: used vape pods under the bed, exposed electrical sockets, no electricity in the upstairs hall bathroom. If the house was cleaned and checked prior to arrival they would have known there was no electricity. There are also undisclosed security cameras (Vrbo policy says they have to be stated), which are good for the cars but one points at the first deck and is remotely accessible (as opposed to closed circuit) so we felt uncomfortable sitting out there with children not knowing if we were being watched and how the footage is stored. Overall the location is nice but the house itself is lacking and we felt misled and over charged.

Dissapponting, dirty, not as described, waste of money

The property location was great but that was the only positive part of this rental. The property had a broken slider door to the balcony on the top floor that did not close all the way. There was an ant infestation in the kitchen and main living area. There was no oven even though the pictures showed one. The owner expressed that it was an odd request to need an oven and sent us a turkey roaster. The pantry was full of food items from the previous renters and the floor was sticky and sandy throughout the entire unit. The owner sent out a family member to clean the floors. It was impossible to get sleep in either of the bedrooms on the first floor as the mattresses were like sleeping on a brick and were extremely noisy. Saying this was an unpleasant stay is putting it nicely. Overall cleanliness and quality of the unit was a 1 out of 10. I would not recommend spending your hard earned money to "vacation" here as it was anything but. We requested a partial refund so that we would feel we paid what the rental was worth but the owner denied this request and exclaimed that they stand by their service.

Great location

House is advertised as is-great location, no frills with plenty of space. The questions that we had or needed help with were quickly answered by property manager. I recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a casual stay with easy access to boardwalk and beach.

Perfect

Very happy with this rental. It was clean and large enough for my extended family. Perfect location with 3 parking spots. We’re glad it was the off season because there was plenty of street parking available as well. At first the air was set to 78, but after informing them to how warm it was they adjusted it to make us very comfortable. The kitchen provided all the amenities that we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Excellent and Accurate

Everything about this property was described accurately. The owners were exceptionally easy to deal with. Because of this property and it’s owners Kim and Skip, All aspects of my vacation went as smooth as can be. Between the proximity to the beach and the boardwalk attractions, My family had an amazing week. I highly highly recommend booking with them.

Great space and location!

Skip and Kim we're easy to work with, entry was a breeze and the location was one block from the beach and famous Wildwoods sign. It was a ten minture walk to the Mudhen brewery and a two minute walk to Duffer's too! This place is definitely, no frills when it came to the decor. The lack of oven was hard to get used to when planning our meals for a legend group but they have a full stove and toaster oven.

Great location , great view, lots of space

Very nice with a prime location. Updated bathrooms and kitchen were a plus. Great deck view . Quiet at night . Plenty of space and tvs to accomadate large family. Had a great vacation week here

Amazing!

This is the 3rd time we rented from Skip and it has been a great experience everytime. He added new furniture and the place was very clean walking in. The location is perfect (30 second walk to boardwalk.) We will definitely be coming back next summer if not sooner!

Relaxing vacation

it was a nice stay.... need to update the pictures, there is no oven in the kitchen... good thing we brought our pressure cooker... Our bed was very noisy when you would roll over...

The perfect location!

We rented for 12 people and it was perfect! So many bedrooms and enough space for everyone! 3 parking spots and WOW what a location! Literally can see the ocean from the upper deck! Comfortable perfect shore house especially with kids!

Perfect Location, Lots of Room, Great for large families

We had a fairly large crew of adults and kids. This house was perfect! 1st things 1st..The Location!!!! The location of this property is excellent. Not only do you have a short distance to the beach, you're surrounded by restaurants, mini-golf, the boardwalk, ice cream shops, etc. The walk to the beach is a breeze, especially when your lugging coolers, umbrellas, chairs, and toys. It also seemed like this was a fairly "quiet" location on the beach. It wasn't crowded at all, which at this time of year seems to always be an issue. The house.... Ok, so with a large family, the last thing you want to feel like on vacation is that your cramped for space or privacy. There was none of that here. The upstairs family room provided a perfect location for the kids to watch tv and play. They loved it. Also, in the mornings, the outside balcony on the top floor was the perfect location for your morning coffee. The bedrooms were a good size and provided privacy when you needed it. The 3 bathrooms were clutch. The kitchen had just about everything we needed for meals...although, they were running low on forks. We grilled out in the driveway while the kids played cornhole. All in all, we had a great trip and this house was a big part of it. My family has rented a house each year down in Wildwood and I can honestly say I will be contacting Skip again for next year.

Relaxing Beach house so close to the beach!

Great, relaxing beach house only block from beach and boards! Plenty of room for two families to spend a great week down the shore! With in walking distance to beach, Boardwalk, park, and local stores. Perfect location and beach home!

90th Birthday Bash

We arrived on Friday afternoon and found the house clean and neat. We enjoyed our 3 day stay. There were four bedrooms for all the adults and the kids camped in the living area. Although the house was located on the second floor, we did not find that a problem. Because we came by plane to our event, we had a hard time with getting enough sheets for the beds. It all worked out, and the condo was clean. It was said to have been the hottest day in Wildwood ever, and even though there was not central air, we were comfortable in condo during our off hours. It fulfilled all our needs. Our only suggestion would be a few more choices in the pots and pans area. We got by, but it is because we had lots of people. We had sufficient water, bathroom amenities, etc. and for the price we paid, we had good accomodations.

Very unsatisfactory stay

The floors were dirty, we had to instruct the children not to walk barefoot. The kitchen was poorly equipped, there was no baking sheet (had to buy one). One non stick pan that was there was so scratched that it was useless. There were not enough spoons and forks. There were not enough comforters. The house has 5 bedrooms with 6 beds and only 5 comforters, 6th was a throw! The sofa had a smell to it. The money we paid for this property was just not worth it. The description of the house says 'no frills'. And we were not expecting any, but one does expect cleanliness a given. I am giving it a 2 star for the location. That was the only good thing.

Stay was not what was expected

I arrived at my check in time with many concerns as follows: - house was sticky, refrigerator was dirty, stove was dirty (cleaning crew said they never clean), dishwasher full of dishes but tenants are required to clean them out and the previous one never cleaned them out, house was covered with ants apparently from jello shots that were all over the house from the previous tenant, microwave dirty, water bottles behind beds, stains on carpet, garbage area smelled horrible and was overloaded upon arrival, vents for a/c were jammed close and we had to force them open, shower spouts were very dirty - many items were damaged in the house: ceiling fan had a hole in the glass fixture, blinds were broken, sliding glass door broken, holes periodically throughout the house - water pressure was terrible, could not shower many at a time and if the toilet is flushed the showers would stop working, there is no hot water just luke warm - deck areas smelled horrible and we're not maintained well at all, railings were not safe for anyone to lean on (especially by front door) We left the house in better condition than we received it. A thorough cleaning is needed on this property. In conclusion, this is not a family rental but more so for college kids who are partying!
