Vackra första våningen enhet direkt på stranden med Gulf utsikt från din egen balkong. Titta på Dolphins spela från ditt sovrum och vardagsrum. Denna enhet är bokstavligen ett stenkast från vita sanden på Redington Beach. Detta är en lugn och fridfull 38 enhet bostadsrätt byggnad med bara månatliga hyresgäster tillåtna. Det är borta från småprata områden i Madiera Beach och Johns Pass men nära nog att vara bekvämt. Slappna av, njuta av solen, titta på otroliga solnedgångar, gå till stranden för snäckor och spela i den varma surfa över viken.
Detta är den perfekta semestern plats på västkusten i Forida. Det är nära till storstad kultur och sevärdheter som Salvator Dali Museum, Down Town St Petersburg, Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay Lightning NHL Hockey, Buccaneer NFL Football, Rays MLB Baseball. Orlando, Florida med Disney World, Universal Studios och Lego Land är bara 90 minuter bort på I-4. Redington Beach ligger bara några minuter från Johns Pass, känd för sina strandpromenad butiker, restauranger och båt, Jet Ski, cykel och moped uthyrning. Om fiske är din vinkel, det finns djupa hav och charter fisketurer vardag eller fisk från offentliga bryggor eller surfa rösterna.
Smakfullt inredda lägenhet har sovrum med en king size-säng och privata master badrum. En andra sovrummet är inrymd med två enkelsängar. Köket är utrustat med allt du behöver. Redington Beach

We’ve been coming to the area for the past 9 years, but due to the hurricanes, our usual condo was not able accept residents. We love the area and still wanted to visit even though we knew it was going to be different. We found this lovely condo with beautiful views. Condo was equipped with everything needed plus! Host was wonderful to work with and very responsive.

The Perfect Beach Condo

Awesome condo for a family of 4. Perfect location with a nice view & steps from the beach. A clean, comfortable, quiet, spacious & nicely decorated 2/2. Nice balcony. Kitchen had everything we needed. Loved grilling in the BBQ by the pool for our beautiful sunset beach picnic meals. We also enjoyed the board games. Neighbors are very friendly with welcoming smiles. Beautiful early morning sunrise walks on the beach & we got lucky to see the dolphins, a manatee & even luckier to witness a loggerhead turtle laying her eggs. We truly had an amazing time & definitely will come back! Highly recommend! Great host! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your home!

Amazing spot on the gulf!

This condo was perfect for us with beach and pool right outside the door. It included all amenities needed for a perfect stay. The people and area around us were fantastic. Definitely stay here again!

Fun April

The location of this condo couldn't be better. Pool and beach are just steps out the door, never crowded, and nice neighborhood close to all the amenities of Madeira Beach. Communication with owners was outstanding. We would book again for next April if only the unit was available.

The condo was wonderful. The accommodations were wonderful. Dealing with the owner was wonderful. Do you get the feeling that it was a month that we wish wasn’t over yet. We already booked for next year!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Apt 107 is graciously furnished with everything you need.

The is well managed, very clean. We didn't use the pool often because we love the ocean but it has a great view and is very clean and well serviced eod. The view from the balcony is fantastic overlooking the pier. Our apartment had all you need, nicely furnished with good space. A small kitchen with lots of necessities. Will come again.

Great spot on the Beach

This condo 107 at The Breakers was very comfortable, it had all the things we needed, even things for the beach. Great friendly people there. Steve is a great person to deal with, he is very accommodating

Every day was awesome!!

We had a perfect holiday. Loved the condo and the owners are wonderful. Everything we needed was provided . We didn't cook often . There are many restaurants near by to enjoy. We will be back in 2018 but wishes was sooner. Thanks for everything.

Felt like Home.

It was great to be back to this condo again. Its so inviting and peaceful there. There wasn't anything that we needed that wasn't provided. The owners are fantastic and have always treated us like family. Thank you very much for being so accommodating to us this year. We were so happy to have finally gotten there. We were so relaxed. We will see you in 2017.

Beautiful & peaceful

The property was perfectly as described. Absolutely loved not only the spacious condo but the direct access to the beach. For a beach lover this is ideal. From the door to the beach takes a couple minutes at the most. The convenience is enhanced as the owners have beach items and the condo has a restroom by the pool. The condo is comfortable, cozy and well equipped. The master bedroom and accompanying bathroom offers additional privacy while patio doors let the sounds of waves in at night and morning; We have beautiful pictures of sunset and dock from the patio. The middle of the condo is open and displays beautiful flowers. It is a quiet, more private vacation spot which we loved. It is located close enough to stores and restaurants and John's Pass is a nice place to visit. It's the best of both worlds - when you are on the beach side we were oblivious to anything else but yet if we wanted to go out an entire nightlife was available. The owners, Michele and Steve, are kind, tremendous people. We would return without any hesitation and recommend wholeheartedly.

An absolute great condo!

Beach/gulf is just steps away; location central to shops, restaurants, anything you would choose to do at the beach. Easy access to Beach Trolley. Condo spacious, clean, neatly furnished. Owners a pleasure to deal with -- gracious & know the area very well. We would definitely recommend this property!!

Good location and loved the condo,

The condo was exactly as described. It was very spacious and I loved the master bedroom with the large closet and ensuite.bathroom. It was very convenient. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.The condo is clean and inviting. We enjoyed the balcony for our breakfast and the view of the gulf was wonderful to see. Just steps to the beach. The condo is walking distance to a few restaurants and activities. We had a rental so we drove to our favorite places. The owners Steve and Michele were great to talk with and very accommodating to our needs. I would recommend this condo. We will be back next year.

Great Location

Watch beautiful sunsets from the balcony and walk for miles on the beach which is just steps away. Shops, restaurants and a grocery store are within walking distance. This condo has everything you need for a very comfortable stay and the owner was an absolute pleasure to deal with. We would definitely rent this condo again.
