Alla sängar är förberedda med nödvändiga sängkläder och badrum / kökshanddukar tillhandahålls för varje badrum. Luta dig tillbaka; slappna av medan du tittar på delfinerna simma och spela direkt från bakgården i detta waterfront hem. Denna semester flyktbilen är en utmärkt plats för golf, fiske (bäst Tarpon fisket i världen), kustfiske, lägenheter fiske, djuphavsfiske, segling, sola och många andra vattensporter. Beläget bara 5 minuter bort är Weeki Wachee River och Rogers Park där du kan simma och kajak med manaterna i fjärdens kristallklara vatten. Crystal River, FL ligger bara 25 minuter bort där du kan simma, fiska, kammusla och dyka. Great family experience

This was a great family location. We each had fun playing in the pool, watching dolphins, playing shuffle board and braving the canal with the canoe. Definitely a vacation to remember!

A fantastic home that has everything you could need in a home. Beautiful sunsets, dolphins and the cutest Mallard ducks that visit daily. We adore this house and all it offers!

Great Vacation Home

My husband, daughter & son-in-law enjoyed this great property! The home was fully stocked with everything you would need for any occasion. The views are amazing, & the pool was such a luxury. We saw dolphins almost every day, watched friendly boaters, & looked forward every evening to spectacular sunsets. Highly recommend!

Beautiful property right on the Gulf Channel! Fire pit every night and perfect location for sunset!!! Pod of about six dolphins literally living in the backyard! House is fantastic! Mindy was awesome! Thank you!!!!

The other reviews say it all. Slice of paradise! I went in expecting to maybe see a dolphin one day but we saw dolphins every day multiple times throughout the day. Hope to return next year.

It was Paradise

Beautiful house, area and everything we needed for a great stay. Gorgeous sunsets, dolphins playing around. Channel right behind the house could watch all kinds of boats & shrimp boats come & go. Grandkids loved the pool. It really was paradise for a week. I didn't want to leave, and we live local 10 mins away. Will deff. plan another trip there. Ty Mindy for being so easy to work with & sharing this beautiful home with us. 🌻 Debra & family

Incredible setting & Breathtaking views!

From sunrise to sunset the views are beautiful. It is very easy to spend the day just sitting and enjoying the beautiful back yard and the View. But , if you choose to be more active this house has it all, Kayak, canoe, fishing poles, bikes, foosball table ,a beautiful swimming pool and a pool side shuffleboard court. We also enjoyed the beautiful neighborhood where we were able to take the dog for daily walks. There are also great walking trails nearby at Weeki Watchee Preserve (4 miles from the home). We also want to thank Mindy (Property Host) for being extremely responsive to every text and question that we had. We have stayed at many VRBO houses and Mindy clearly sets a very high standard as a wonderful Host. Thank you Mindy for making our stay special.

Slice of dream pie

My husband, my GSD Colt and I stayed over the week of New Year’s 2024. My son, his wife, and their daughter were in Orlando for my granddaughter to cheer at the Citrus Bowl, so they ubered half way to the house and we picked them up. Everything was awesome. The pool was brrr cold but the ocean was nice. They all kayaked and golfed and rode the bikes on the trails, and we had beach fires and played games and and watched dolphins. Neighbors are super sweet. Our dog and theirs played together. Great restaurants close by. Gorgeous area. The best sunset eva! Took my family to the airport and we stayed one more day and are on our way home now 😊 even though I was under the weather, my family made so many memories.

Beautiful Place

We stayed the week of June 12-19, this place is fantastic. Clean and spacious, plenty of room for us. Just as advertised, all my pictures look like the ones posted. We loved it, the pool, the beach area, the house, the neighborhood. Couldn't have asked for more. Saw dolphins daily, sting rays, fish, my nephew couldn't get enough. We cooked out and kayaked, played shuffle board, lounged around. Plenty of restaurant options nearby. Mindy was very quick to respond to any questions. We will stay here again for sure, just loved it. Thank you so much for a fabulous vacation Mindy! My mom enjoyed her birthday for sure. We're already ready to go back and we only just got home. Rest and Relaxation

We stayed at this property from 8/14 - 8/21, and thoroughly enjoyed it. I know some reviews say the place is a little dated, but honestly for it's purpose there is nothing that you don't have at this property. You can see from the images that the pool is narrow, but it is long and an excellent depth. My wife absolutely loved watching the sea life swim by (we saw dolphins, sharks, sea turtles, crabs and an assortment of fish). The area is peaceful and quiet. The views of the gulf from the kitchen table and back deck are amazing. The rules of departure or fairly simple compared to some locations I have stayed. Best of all the owner, Mindy, is a pleasure to communicate with (very responsive and helpful). If you have the opportunity to stay here, I'm sure you will enjoy yourself. If given the opportunity, we will absolutely stay here again.

Unwind and reset…

This property was exactly what we needed. We arrived and headed to the backyard. Admiring one of the most glorious sunsets was a phenomenal way to start our week. Days were spent soaking in the sun, floating in the refreshing pool, laughing at the names of boats passing by, watching dolphins and sea turtles frolic around, reading books, napping, snacking and truly hitting the reset button! The yard is set up with beach sand and plenty of lounge chairs. Sitting on the shore stairs was one of our favorite spots. Pictures of house are accurate. The kitchen area has perfect table for large groups. Yummy dinners and drinks were prepared in the spacious kitchen. The cabinets are equipped with everything you need. We slept so good in the extremely comfortable beds. There are bikes in the garage for an afternoon ride through the neighborhood. Neighbors were friendly. We truly enjoyed our vacation!

Ah-mazing!

Absolutely one of the best properties we’ve stayed in. We are a party of ten with one autistic 26 year old. This property was like a dream! One of the most stocked kitchens I’ve ever been in. Pool was great. Wildlife was abundant. We saw dolphins EVERY day. We saw a sea turtle, a manatee, stingrays and a roseate spoonbill! Sunsets were a must. Beds were comfy.We ate dinner at Lazy Lizard and it was exceptional. We only ate out once and cooked the rest of the time.

By the ocean

The view was wonderful, probably not the best choice with having a special needs child. I failed to ask the deep of the pool. I'm grateful that our stay wasn't canceled after the damage from the hurricane, but there were some unfinished repairs and cleaning up. Very well stocked and comfortable beds. The view was outstanding.

House was wonderful! The views are fantastic and the availability of the gulf to fish, the swimming pool and lounging chairs for outdoor living is the best. Inside is also great with a huge kitchen and great living area. We all loved our stay.
