Extraordinär takvåning i havet i en lugn park för medlemmar. Hemmet är 3 sovrum, 3 badrum, 3 balkonger, gourmetkök, stor master svit, terraza, privat täckt parkering, tvättstuga och pool. Ligger bredvid "Playa Blanca", en av de 7 bästa stränderna i Costa Rica. Om du vill ha integritet, säkerhet, lugn, en fantastisk utsikt i ett vackert hem på havet, är detta platsen för dig.

Bra surfing, restauranger, vandring och platsvisning i närheten. Bara en och en halv timme från San Jose International.

Om du vill ha rymlig lugn på havet är detta platsen för dig. Takvåningen är översta våningen, med en enorm terrass med utsikt över havet. Om dagen kan du njuta av att se de vackra avlägsna stränderna på Nicoya-halvön, tillsammans med valar, pelikaner, ara och papegojor, och på natten njuta av fjärrbelysningen i Puntarenas.

Hemmet ombyggdes och nyinreddes 2017, vilket gav ett nytt utseende. Home innehåller också 55 "och 50" smarta tv-apparater med Netflix, kabel och höghastighets wifi. Vi är belägna i slutet av Punta Leona vid en återvändsgränd så vi har ingen trafik eller trafikbuller. Bara vågor, fåglar och havsbris!

Gästerna kommer att ha hela huset, privat parkeringsgarage, privat tvättstuga, pool och tomt, inklusive tillgång till foten till Playa Blanca och Playa Mantis. (Även om vi inte tillhandahåller armband till den privata klubben, kommer gästerna fortfarande att njuta av och ha tillgång till Playa Blanca genom centrala ingången)

Vårt mål är att du ska ha en fantastisk semester. Eftersom vi bor här i Costa Rica, är vi alltid tillgängliga för dig via telefon, text eller e-post efter behov.

Vi kommer att ge dig en karta och vägbeskrivning till Punta Leona och hemmet i Punta Leona. På grund av den kontrollerade inresan till Punta Leona, måste vi ge vaktstationen namnen på alla i ditt parti. Du kommer att hämta nycklarna vid den slutliga vaktstationen som heter "Puntos de Leonamar" direkt före bostadsrätten.

An all time spot

This property is absolutely exceptional. Our family of 4 had a great time here. The cleanliness and amenities were superb. The location was magical. The views are breathtaking. This place had everything you could want. The host was quick to respond. I can’t speak highly enough about our experience at this place. Definitely one of the nicest rentals that I’ve ever stayed in.

BELLISIMO LUGAR PERO SIN ACCESO FACIL A PLAYA

Este lugar es maravilloso, bien decorado, con vistas maravillosas del mar, linda de decoracion, cocina perfectamente equipada, parrillla, espacios separados y lindos para toda la familia. La razon por la que no le di todas las estrellas es porque si usted no renta un carrito de golf (costo diario es 60) NO va a poder parquear cerca de la playa, lo que es un gran inconveniente. va a tener que dejar a su familia o acompañantes, regresar a parquear el auto al condominio y regresarse caminando a la playa. Ese camino esta lleno de subidas y bajadas, le tomara entre 12 y 15 minutos llegar. Ese auto de golf se vuelve asi una necesidad que va a incrementar el precio de su estadia. Hay otra playa publica (playa mantas) pero si usted va a ir a punta leona quiere disfrutar de la mejor playa: playa blanca y no ninguna otra. Por lo demas el lugar es bello y playa blanca divina.

Wonderful Lodging

The view and décor of the property is amazing. The beds are very comfortable. We highly recommend this property. Everything was clean and beautiful. We saw many Macaws in the trees and flying overhead. You can see a wonderful sunset every evening from the living room and bedrooms. The master bedroom had a fantastic ocean view and the other bedrooms have a partials ocean view. There are beach towels and boogie boards and snorkel gear for the guests. I would recommend getting a golf cart with good pick up if you want to go down to the beach. It is a very steep grade up and down. But don't let that discourage you from staying here. It will be a highlight of your trip.

million dollar view

The view was wonderful, made up for the steep narrow drive to the property. The condo was everything we could have wanted. The manager was on top of everything. We had a great time.

Really enjoyed our stay at the condo. Gil was exceptional at looking after and predicting our needs. Place was incredibly beautiful and just what we needed for a couple of down days at the end of our adventure in Costa Rica.

Wonderful!!!! I can’t say it enough. Our family had a great time. Having coffee in the morning on the patio while bird watching was the highlight. It was unreal. When you read a perfect score it is because there is no place like it I would recommend renting a golf cart if going to the beach.

Excellent stay! My only issue was the A/C auto-shut off linked to doors and windows. This should be turned off as it was quite disruptive and uncomfortable at times for a vacation rental.

Amazing condo with gorgeous views

My family of five had a wonderful time at this gorgeous two-story condo. My husband and three teenage daughters loved our time together in this very spacious and lovely condo. We especially loved the views from the two balconies. We enjoyed coffee on the main balcony and the sunset and starry nights each night from the huge rooftop one. Gilbert was very helpful and had everything we needed in this wonderful home away from home. We rented a golf cart which made our stay absolutely perfect. It was just a few minute ride down to the beautiful beach of Playa Blanca which is ranked one of the top beaches in Costa Rica and is only accessible by the people within the private area of Punta Leona making it not very crowded. We had a wonderful time each day on this beach. I would highly recommend renting the golf cart, and Gilbert made it so easy to get in contact with the owner of the golf cart company within this resort area. There is one restaurant and ice cream shop and market accessible to you while you stay here, or you can buy a day pass to the resort area of Punta Leona to have access to the private club with restaurants, pools, etc. other restaurants were about a 12-15 minute drive away. We absolutely loved this house and you cannot beat the views of the ocean! It surpassed our expectations! There is also a shared pool, but we mostly had that to ourselves. We would definitely come back and stay in this lovely condo. I would highly recommend this for your stay on the ocean.

Beautiful Views and private beach

Great place to stay with awesome views and a beautiful beach. The downside is that there is no parking area to leave car while at beach. You have to leave at condo and walk back and forth. The going isn’t back but returning is a bit difficult with the steep climb.

Beautiful property and beach

Absolutely beautiful and clean condo with amazing ocean views and quick access to the beach (8 minute walk). Great outdoor living space with multiple decks. Only downside was challenges getting the AC too cold/too hot and never just right throughout the night. Communication with owner was great. Very responsive.

Spectacular views & peaceful location!

Highly recommend this property! Great communication with Gilbert leading up to our stay, and throughout the stay when we needed. Was provided a detailed list/binder of local recommendations that was super helpful as it was our first time in CR. Renting a golf cart is a MUST with going back and forth to the beach. Playa Blanca was wonderful for snorkeling, and less busy vs our usual Spring Break destinations in the US. Great location for a family (3 teenage boys) who enjoyed the culture and Pura Vida lifestyle. Surfing, snorkeling and National Parks not far. Enjoyed the pool, and the amazing views. Drive into the complex is about 15 minutes, but liked the security and tranquility of this property. Miss my morning coffee on the balcony watching those beautiful Scarlet Macaws! Ocean view is spectacular. Our family made some great memories here, and hope to be back in the future!

Our Favorite Stay in Costa Rica

My family and I (all adults) recently went to Costa Rica and travelled all over the country staying at multiple VRBO's; this was our favorite stay. The check-in process was extremely smooth, and Gilbert was checking in with us every step of the way. The condo itself was beautiful and clean, and we saw lots of macaws in the nearby trees! The checkout process was just as smooth, and Gilbert again checked in with us to make sure everything went ok for us during our stay. We would highly recommend this VRBO to anyone staying in Costa Rica! The only con to this property is the drive in Punta Leona- the brick road is not very well maintained and is very bumpy, but all in all it was an amazing place to stay. If we ever go back to Costa Rica we will certainly plan to stay here again!

Beautiful upscale property

My husband and I stayed here with our 12 and 15 year old and had a fabulous time. The condo is gorgeous, and having access to Playa Blanca is fantastic. We saw so many macaws! It's a VERY steep walk to the beach, though, so you either need a golf cart or someone to pick you up and drop you off if you can't manage the walk. You also need to plan ahead for meals and bring all your food in because it's a long way to grocery stores or restaurants. If you're looking a for a peaceful, private vacation home with unbeatable views, this is the spot for you. The owner's detailed directions and restaurant/store recommendations also proved to be very handy and accurate. Five stars!

Amazing stay in a beautiful place

Location and accommodation were even more beautiful than the photos. Everything was so comfortable, we had everything we needed. Responses from owner were prompt and helpful. Only had cell reception on the upstairs floor (where bedrooms and rooftop deck are), not on main floor, but internet worked well.

Best VRBO Ever!

Came down to Costa Rica to explore and booked a few VRBO’s this one stood out and had been the best rental I have ever stayed at!! The host was very informative of the area, communicated very well and timely, and the view/location was breathtaking. I will rebook this every time I return to Costa Rica. It’s better then a 5 star resort!!!

I grew up building boats in my fathers boat shop and commercial fishing in Alaska and Washington. As a young man I fell in love with the ocean. A few years ago we began dreaming of a life in Costa Rica. A view of the ocean, and a boat were my on the top of my list. We looked for the best view in Costa Rica for over a year before we found it in this penthouse condominium. Then we completely remodeled it from one end to the other this past year to make it what it is now and yes, I did finally put a boat in the Punta Leona dry marina. We have a home in the mountains not far from Punta Leona where we engage in a bible ministry helping others.

As to my values, I try to treat others by the so-called “Golden Rule”, ‘treat others as you would want to be treated.’ As to my priorities, I may appear old school in this age of social media and quick profit, but I feel people and relationships really are more important than money. As to the importance of a reputation, I feel as a Bible proverb well puts it: “A good name is to be chosen rather than great wealth, to be respected is better than silver and gold.” (Proverbs 22:1) These principals, while not easy to live up to at times, have served me well as a homebuilder these past 28 years, giving me a good name and reputation in the building industry.

Some years ago we joined Airbnb for our travels to other parts of the world, and found their site the best among travel sites. Later we joined the community as hosts.

We looked for the best view of the Pacific Ocean for over a year before we found this property. This property met all our priorities; top floor penthouse, fantastic view, privacy without road noise, protected guarded entry, located on one of the top beaches in Costa Rica, not more than 1 1/2 hours from the Juan Santamaria International airport in a beautiful tropical setting.
