Exclusive vacation home rental in Lauderdale by the Sea located in the private neighborhood of Terra Mar Island is a perfect destination for your memorable florida vacation. Walk to the Beach! This vacation home rental is beautifully decorated throughout starting with a comfortable family room area and a flatscreen TV perfect for enjoying your favorite sporting event or movie.

Their is a full kitchen with all of the necessary cookwares and stainless steel appliances to insure your meals will be a success. In the event you you wish to dine outside their is a patio bar area, seating and a gas grill for that fresh catch of the day! Speaking of which their are some great restaurants in close proximity that vacationrentalgizmo tends to frequent in case you wish to dine out….

Houston’s is great for fine dining and casual drinks while watching the boats pass along the intracoastal. We also enjoy famous Aruba’s Beach Cafe after a day on the beach, their menu has a little of everything to satisfy anyones taste and it’s located on the beach in Lauderdale by the Sea. On occasion you can see some of vacationrentalgizmo’s staff at Ocean’s 101 for drinks and steak flatbread not to mention The Village Pump across the street. No need to worry about driving as you can take the Pelican hopper Free from your doorstep to Lauderdale by the Sea or Sea Ranch Plaza.

Sea ranch Plaza has a Publix Grocery store, CVS drugstore, Dunkin Donuts and several other shops including a fed Ex should you need to send or receive anything overnight.

The master Bedroom has multiple windows with draw blinds to block out the light should you prefer, it has it’s own bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 2 twins and shares a bathroom with the FLorida Room. The florida room doubles as a lounge area and additional bedding for guests.

The pool area is unmatched in landscaping and high end quality patio furniture. Whether your intention is to bask in the sun or sit under the patio umbrella at the table, the backyard is extremely functional. The patio bar is an added perk for entertainment purposes or simply as a serving station being that it’s so large and can provide additional room for guests and your feast.

A Flawless Experience

What a great location this turned out to be! It is in the area of Lauderdale by the Sea with all of its' attendant night life at the myriad of local restaurants. There is a nearby grocery store and liquor store which makes this location feel so convenient. The property is located on a small private island in Lauderdale by the Sea. The gated, but not guarded, access to the neighborhood provides an insular feeling of quiet seclusion, privacy and security. The home was clean and it provided all of the necessary amenities including WiFi for working business people. The patio with its' bar, barbecue, furniture and pool not only provided a complete recreational atmosphere but also a beautiful and serene twilight environment. There is also a private access to the beach just steps away for the residents of this neighbourhood only. I highly recommend this property and the people at Vacation Rental Gizmo as they went to great lengths to insure my stay was a comfortable, flawless experience. This will now be my first choice for vacation properties whenever I come to South Florida.
