Vår stuga ligger lika nära Oklahoma City som alla orter på Oklahoma-sidan av Texoma! Bara 2 timmar bort!

Gå tillbaka till en enklare tid och plats i denna charmiga 1960-åriga sjöstuga! Trevligt moderniserad stuga ligger på en generös (nära 1/2 tunnland) skuggig skogsområde nära toppen av kullen som leder ner till sjön. Genomförlig uppfart möjliggör enkel båttrailer in / ut. Har 2 sovrum med vardera en king size-säng. Två stora fönsterplatser dubbla som sängar för barn eller yngre / mindre vuxna. Bra öppet koncept kök, matsal och vardagsrum. Trevligt främre däck. Bakre insamlingsområde med eldstad och kolgrill. Sjön ligger bara en kort promenad nerför backen. Fisk varm sandbas och striper action direkt från stranden! Vi har upp till 4 kajaker för en blygsam hyra. Nytt MegaStar Casino precis över bron på Oklahoma-sidan.

Nice quiet visit

My husband and I came here for a couple day get away for our anniversary. Cutest lil cabin, walking distance to the lake and SO quiet. Fire pit area was our favorite. Had a fire with a cup of hot coffee and even enjoyed a few fireworks from the neighbors. Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful weekend here. This cabin has everything in it. So well stocked felt like home away from home.

Catfish Cabin

We were surprised that this cabin received a 9.8 rating. The sunroom had an offensive oder to it. The beds were comfortable however, the rest of the furniture were old and not very comfortable. The rocking chair had a broken arm. The door knob to the kitchen was placed on backwards. The weeds around the house were overgrown. This place needs some TLC. A little disappointed but we made the best of our 4 night stay.

It would have been better if there wasn’t devastation to homes near by don’t think neighbors wanted non owners there the marina was hindered fishing was good cabin needed cleaning dead bugs in home didn’t realize the flooding or devastation if knew wouldn’t pick this area not much to do since flood if rented at better time would of been better .overall comfy furniture and air conditioning was great .bath tub fills with water while shower coffee table needs a screw/ broken rocking chair arm broken

Sorry we were a little late on the checking out, it was just me my husband and the pup, ended up just swimming down the road as it was so close, very clean and would stay again. Thanks for making his weekend great!

Loved this place quite neighborhood...very close to water.

Good cabin...would go again. Walls in home are thin, so you can hear any noises. We like to sleep in but we had Grandkids...and even normal sounds are not muffled out when our bedroom door was closed. However there is a closed in porch great for kids to play. Large kitchen and we loved that. Water pressure was excellent, hot and love the soft water. Great fire pit too. Owner communicates well .

Home style vacation cabin

This is the 4th cabin we have stayed near Lake Texoma in the past year. It is the best cabin of all considering what it has offered and where it is located. The cabin is spacious with two bedrooms and two full baths. It also has two window beds which my two elder ones love to read and sleep there. The kitchen prepared everything you need for cook from veggie oil to wrapping paper. The bathrooms also equipped with all kinds of shampoo, wash, and enough towels for use. There are washer and dryer on site in the sun room which is a big plus after a whole day playing on beach. The cabin is located about a few minutes walk to the beach park. There is a long beach road there for you to chose the best play spot. We ended up drive to the far site of the beach road as there is a very nice private area for kayak and swimming. We all had great fun there. One highlight on the trip is that we met 3 neighbor dogs who wandering on the backyard. These dogs are very well behaved and trained. My kiddos and dog made friends with them in just a few seconds. We loved to sit on back porch and look at these green woods watching kids and dogs play. It is such a wonderful and relax weekend getaway! I am sure we will consider coming back in the future.

This cabin was perfect for our weekend fishing getaway. Very clean and welcoming and had everything you would expect to have in your own house.Just a few minutes walk to the lake and the neighbors/little community were all so friendly. Will definitely book this place again in the future.

Highly recommend this quaint log cabin for a great getaway

Even though we had to cancel our fishing charter we were still able to enjoy time with our friends while at the same time touring the area and sleeping comfortably in the catfish cabin. Communication with Jim was very pleasant and supportive. We will surely consider booking this property in the future.

Rustic Cabin

The cabin is clean, beds a little soft but fine. Kitchen is good and plenty of pots/pans/dishes etc. However, the layout of the cabin is not what I would have expected. One of the bathrooms is off the covered patio and is essentially outside which might be great for hunters and fishermen who want to clean up before entering, but was not so great for us. We were two couples who had to share one bathroom while expecting to each have our own because it was listed as 2 beds, 2 bathrooms. It wasn't a serious problem for a short weekend, but the description did not make it clear that there was only one bathroom inside the actual living area. For the price we paid, I would have booked elsewhere had I understood the layout. The location is good for people who want to fish as it is a few minutes to the lake. We thought we could swim, but the shoreline is very muddy so best would probably be to drive elsewhere, we just decided to skip the swimming as it was overcast and rainy half the time. I would recommend the place to people who have a boat or just want to fish or relax. Definitely in a quiet area.

Catfish Cabin

The host quickly responded to messages and made my first stay with VRBO easy. The cabin was adorable and rustic. The power went out but they had candles on hand. The water was not easily accessible from the cabin but there was a nice swim area within walking distance. I do recommend renting the Catfish Cabin.

Perfect setup!

Had a great time at the cabin. It was setup perfect for us. Everything was described perfectly. It was nice and relaxing to hang around the outdoor fire pit. Definitely will stay again and highly recommend.
