Clean, comfortable and convenient to the beach and many things to do! Quiet and safe neighborhood. Check in was a breeze! Enjoyed a day at Buschman Park and some great coffee at the Cinnamon Tree. Thank you for hosting us!

Wonderful place to stay!!

This property was a perfect place for me to stay on my quick trip to Florida! It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It was a very easy check in and check out process and I absolutely loved the decor! It had everything that I needed. Would definitely recommend!

Great Beach House

The Beach House is a great place to stay. You arrive to a super clean place that is fully stocked with all your needs. Everything works and the location is super quiet. We met Tonya and she was really nice and accomodating. We return every year because it's the perfect place for us when visiting that area.

Great place to stay

The beach house was such a cute little place.The location was great. Its a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It was very clean and even had a clean smell when yiu first walked in. It was well decorated and fully stocked with items that I didn't need, but nice to know was there incase I did. The host were easy to communicate with and respond very quickly. I would definitely stay here again if in the Daytona area. Would highly recommend the beach house.

Paradise

Very private, really nice cottage. Everything was spotless as if it had never been used before. It was fully stocked with numerous items you might need during your stay. I bring most of the things I need but it was nice to know items were there if you needed them. It would be hard to find a small place that was better than this one. If I ever return to the area I would always stay here.

Perfect For 2

My husband and I came to Port Orange for Welcomed to Rockville which got rained out and was awful. But, we had a lovely stay at the Beach House! The space was cozy, clean and just perfect. My only, extremely minor complaint, the AC system makes a very loud noise when it kicks on. Being a very light sleeper- it startled me awake a few times during the nights. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. James and Tanya- thank you for everything! If we ever travel that way in the future we will definitely be staying again. Thanks so much.

"Practically Perfect in Every Way"

(Title is a Mary Poppins quote). We were going to explore New Smyrna, St. Augustine, etc for just a few days and luckily found this gem. This little beach house had everything we were looking for, and more. Amenities were great, it was sparkly clean, in a pretty and peaceful neighborhood. If I could change anything? I would ask for many more days! (We would love to be back to make this our "home base" again!)

Super clean and comfy

The guest house was perfect. Super clean, comfy and welcoming. We stayed here for the Daytona 500 race and travel times was just minutes too and from the track on Saturday and Sunday.

Perfect!!!

This guest house is beautifully decorated in beach themes. So clean and everything is arranged to allow for plenty of space to move around with ease. It’s about ten minutes from the beach. Quiet neighborhood and within a mile or so, there’s tons of restaurants, Target, Walmart, Publix, and anything else you’re looking for. Tanya is the absolute sweetest and communicated with us to make sure our needs were met. We look forward to staying here again. A thousand times better than a hotel, way more room, and affordable. We loved it.

Beautiful decorated beachhouse

We were very impressed with how cleaned and how beautifully decorated the beachhouse was! Big enough for the 3 of us. Everything we neededed we found it at the beachhouse. Great Location near lots of great restaurants! The host was very pleasant and always available if needed. We are definitely staying here again!! Our vac. stay was superb!!

Guest House in Residential area close to everything

Cute little Guest House with everything you need. We used to extend our Stay in the area for our Anniversary week. Close to many local Restaurants and Public Beaches. Hosts were VERY helpful with communicating and recommendations. Decor was great Beach themed!

Amazing Place

More than what I expected, the Beach House has a very upscale feel and a charm like no other. Tucked away in this very nice neighborhood is a warm and cozy magical place that offers the feel of beach life at its best. The skylights bring in the bright Florida sun that awakens you to a fresh new day. This place offers privacy that you can’t find at any hotel. Tanya (the owner) greets you with a warm smile that makes you feel as if you’ve known her you entire life. The location is perfect, close to everything that you would care to see or do but just far enough away when you want to get out of the hustle and bustle of the tourist scene. 5 stars in every aspect.
