Detta vackra hem vid sjön, beläget på den östra sidan av Owasco Lake (Highland Beach, aka Firelane 7) ligger bara 2 miles från Merry-Go-Round Playhouse, mindre än 5 miles från staden Auburn och bara 8 miles från byn Skaneateles.
Casa Carmela är ett 1 736 kvadratmeter kolonialstil året runt. På bottenvåningen finns ett kök, matsal och vardagsrum tillsammans med ett halvt badkar, tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Den andra våningen har en master svit med en queen size-säng och badrum, ytterligare två sovrum (ett med en queen size-säng och den andra med två tvillingar) och ett annat badrum. Utgångskällaren har en andra bostadsyta.
Flera däck med utemöbler erbjuder fantastisk utsikt över vattnet hela dagen och hisnande solnedgångar på kvällen.
Det finns 23 steg ner till en platt strand och privat brygga. För din njutning finns det två kajaker, paddelbräda, en eldstad på stranden och gasgrill på däck. Uppfarten rymmer 4 parkeringsplatser. Vägen kommer att plöjas för vintergäster.

Huset ligger på Highland Beach (Firelane 7), strax nedanför Tom Thumb Drive In och Mini Golf.

Great home

Great house with a fantastic location. The owner was fantastic, easy check-in, and very easy checkout. Beautiful decks to hang out on over overlooking the water and a nice fire pit down by the water. Great place to stay if your with family and friends lots of space.

Great stay at Finger Lakes

Had a great weekend stay at the Finger Lakes. Weather wasn't ideal but Casa Carmelo was a very pleasant place to spend the hours we weren't hiking. Plenty of room for the five of us (with a bedroom left over) and everything one needs. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful spacious house in private lakeside setting. It is stunning, very well-appointed and a perfect family home. Just loved the privacy of the setting, but at the top of the lane there’s miniature golf and ice cream! It was cold and rainy during our stay but we had a blast anyway. Would love to have used the kayaks or just been able to sit on the dock, maybe next time! Appreciated the treats from our host too!

Grandparent Getaway

Great property! We had 6 adults and 2 children under the age of 7. There was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. The large dining table was great for meals. Outside, there is a small rock beach and your own private dock. The property manager was very responsive with the couple of questions I had.

Gorgeous Fall Weekend

We had a wonderful long weekend enjoying the many amenities at the house and also visited the surrounding area. We enjoyed Skaneateles, Seneca Falls, Auburn, and Aurora. The weather was perfect and we enjoyed the amazing sunsets from the decks. Everything was great and we would love to come back and stay longer!

Great Stay!

Loved the house and Rick was great to communicate with and very responsive. it was a beautiful area. Unfortunately, we had a lot of rain while we were there so we couldn’t enjoy it as much as we had hoped but we still had a wonderful time. Would definitely consider staying here again.

Lake haven

Casa Carmela is a beautiful home with a lovely beachfront and fantastic sunset views. Our group of 8 were comfortable and had plenty of room to gather for meals or games. It is convenient to both Auburn and Skaneateles. The house was well appointed and equipped. Owner was responsive and checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed.

First Time in Finger Lakes

When we arrived we were very pleased with the house and property. Once inside, the view from the living room was wonderful. The house was in good condition. The two level decks offered wonderful views of the lake. Would rent again.

Beautiful Owasco Lake

Lovely spot on Owasco Lake. A wonderful and family friendly home to catch a beautiful sunset! The pictures don't do this property justice. A truly lovely location close to Auburn. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with.

Serenity on the lake

Beautiful view and nice property .. very serene but within 15 minutes of parks, restaurants. There are kayaks and a rowboat for those who want to get out on the lake.

We loved the incredible views of the lake from so many rooms and the size of the house. It was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed and was exactly as described. Riccardo was very helpful and easy to contact if we needed anything.

Visit from down state

This property and setting were beautiful. We were in town for a wedding and wanted to experience the area more than a hotel. The property host could not have been more accommodating and the area offers lots to do from shopping/ dining on the lake in nearby Skineatles to meandering along the cayuga wine trail. We can’t wait to come back! Would highly recommend this property .

Amazing!!!

This home is so special! Rick is an amazing host who goes above and beyond for his guests. The house was clean, large, and has an incredible view of the lake. We stayed here during our wedding weekend and the property is so beautiful, we ended up taking some professional photos here. This will be the first of many stays!

Great View from Casa Carmela!

We had a fantastic vacation in the Finger Lakes, and our stay at Casa Carmela was certainly a highlight. The view is amazing looking out over Owasco Lake and we enjoyed the use of the kayaks and boat. The house is in a great location to access western NY, the other Finger Lakes, and Syracuse. Wish we could have taken advantage of the ice cream and mini-golf up the hill, but maybe we'll be back in the summer months!

Best place to end Summer!!

We LOVED this house, the location and the view!! Rick was in communication and was extremely accommodating! The sunset views were spectacular and the boat, kayaks and paddle board provided were fun! The multi-level home allowed for LOTS of space for the 6 of us and was very clean and nicely updated. Can’t wait to come back!!

Insane views, with low maintenance check in

Great comms with the property manager - before booking and during stay. House has gorgeous views of the lake and a private beach/dock. If course it rained the majority of our stay, but we were able to entertain ourselves in the quaint town of auburn and watching football/TV shows on the 2 TVs in the living room. The board games were also fun! Was able to accommodate my parents, husband, 2 children under 2 and my dog. Even with a full house, there was plenty of space for us all to relax. Would highly recommend!!

Christmas get together

We rented a house so that we could visit with my mom from Arizona, my children all local to Auburn, and my husband and I from Tennessee. We were able to celebrate Christmas as a unit for the first time in 21 years! The house was perfect for us and we really enjoyed the gorgeous views of the lake. We had an amazing Christmas gathering!!

excellent experience

We had a wonderful experience with this listing and property owner. It is lovely home and the setting is gorgeous. Furthermore, there is an abundance of things to do in the area besides the lake right on the property and the ice cream shop and putter golf up the street. The water view out most windows is peaceful and relaxing. Definitely a wonderful experience and the owner was welcoming and helpful.
