Bara 25 minuter från Murcia flygplats eller drygt en timmes bilresa från Alicante. Privatägt villa i La Manga Club med WiFi, möblerad till en hög standard, 20 meter från en av de nio El Rancho poolerna, som har en separat barnpool. Villan på två våningar är rymlig och luftig med enkel åtkomst. Vid behov är det verkligen barnvänligt med mycket utrustning som tillhandahålls gratis. Se listan nedan. Det finns inga branta steg och parkering är praktiskt taget intill villan. Full luftkonditionering i alla rum under sommarmånaderna och uppvärmd på vintern. Villan ligger 5 minuter från en stormarknad, barer och restauranger och 8 minuters promenad från Tennis Center, Main Pool, Par 47, Kids Club och Bowls. Villan har 4 sovrum och 3 badrum / 1 garderob. Den stora utökade terrassen, med en markis över bordet, har utsikt över Mar Menors strand i fjärran. Vi ber om att rökning endast är på terrasserna och inte inuti. Husdjur är inte tillåtna. Sporträttigheter för 4 ger rabatt på golf och tennis

Barns utrustning tillhandahålls kostnadsfritt: Om du har barn vill du inte ha en lång överföringstid eller att packa massor av kit. Vi har de flesta saker du behöver - och de du vill ha. Vi tillhandahåller två resesängar med ordentliga madrasser (med tvillingar i åtanke) trappportar, två barnstolar, boosterstolar, bumbo & bricka, ångsterilisator, lyssningsskärmar, sängskydd, plastplattor och bestick, krukor, badmattor, skiftmatta, badmattor och poolleksaker. Det finns DVD-spel och spel för alla åldrar. Stormarknaden i klubben och lokalt har alla blöjor och barnmat / mjölk. Men om du hellre inte vill överlämna det till slumpen är det billigt att skicka en låda med dina önskade varumärken i. Det är också viktigt att ha ledigt och det finns en barnbarn / barnklubb och engelsktalande barnvakter. Om du vill hyra strandhanddukar finns dessa tillgängliga till £ 4 vardera.

Family break

Perfect villa for our family (2 adults, 16yr old,14yr old and 12 year old). Wonderful living space opening onto terrace with outdoor dining space for all of us and more. Beautiful sunsets from the roof terrace. Great location and loved the large pool too.

Really great property on La Manga club. Sue and the agents made everything incredibly straight forward, with a child under 3 plus grandparents the property suited everyone's needs! Will definitely be coming back in the future, can't recommend enough.

Summer family holidays

The villa was so nice with all that we needed for a comfortable stay. It is set in a beautiful location and just a few minutes walk from some lovely restaurants that sold great food at reasonable prices. The bedrooms in the villa were great and all amenities were at hand. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone. The communication from the owner was first class and would love to go here again. Thank you so much for letting us use your villa

Great family holiday.

Our villa was well equipped with everything that we needed. Communication from Sue was amazing. We had lots of helpful information about where to visit and how to get the most out of our holiday and the recommendations never failed us. We had an amazing 2 week stay and would not hesitate to go back.

Fantastic Family Villa

Having come to La Manga for many years, I can honestly say staying at 145 El Rancho was one of the best. If you have a young family where you want a well set up villa, close to amenities, pool and the beach. This is definitely a great choice. Sue was also on hand for any questions prior to our stay, during and after. Immensely helpful and supportive in navigating the small details needed. A highly recommended stay from myself and young family! We would certainly stay here again without question!

Beautiful villa with fabulous views

Very enjoyable relaxing stay. The outdoor seating area is great with gorgeous views over la manga. A very spacious villa . Swimming pool very close to the villa which was lovely. Would recommend hiring a car as some of the restaurants and the larger supermarket on site were quite a walk away .....there is a smaller shop in bellaluz 5/10 min walk away which was well stocked, it had enough variety to keep you going for breakfast items ,snacks ,drinks etc.....Los Molinos is defo worth a try for lunch , 10/15 min walk away , great seafood as well as a good choice of other foods ....5/5

Very nice villa, great for the pool (which was the most quiet in El Rancho). Local to shops.

Excellent comms from Sue. Easy check in once at La Manga. Villa fully equipped. Only downside was we couldn’t really get the BBQ going. But it didn’t deter from a lovely family holiday

A well maintained, equipped 4 bed villa obviously used and loved by the family, near to the tennis.

Our padel tennis team loved the luxury accommodation I organised for them, compared to our fellow competitor accommodation! Early morning swims in the shared pools a stone throw away, combined with drinks at the tennis club made the weekend.. we were very impressed with the facilities and the size and decor of the rooms. We will be back!

Great villa for families, quiet location, safe and immaculate resort

Clean and great location, plenty of on site facilities to keep you occupied yet quiet for relaxation. Plenty of places to eat on site and or local town Los Belones has some great restaurants, trip out to Cartegena worth it. This family villa accommodated 2 families well, little ones 2,7,7 - really comfortable and great positions for the pool. Girls attended a couple of sessions in the la manga kids club and loved it - great staff, secure environment - they played mini golf, baked , crafts and generally just had a ball. Would recommend.

Fabulous Villa set in wonderful surroundings

We were a family group of 5 adults and 2 children aged 5 & 2. The villa was of a very high standard in a great location within La manga club resort, within easy walking distance to restaurants, bars & shops. The accommodation was of a very high standard with unexpected extras supplied by the owner (toys, games, travel plugs, and stuff for the nearby pools). The nearest swimming pool was less than a minute from the villa with a separate kiddies pool and we felt like it was our own as we where the only ones using it at this time of year. I would also like to thank the owner Sue as any queries which where emailed where answered almost immediately as well as checking to see if we had settled in ok. Once again this was a fabulous weeks holiday for our family & I would recommend this for either a relaxing family holiday or if you are more energetic there are many sports i.e. Golf, tennis & football on the resort.

Fabulous villa in a brilliant location

We had an absolutely lovely week here. La Manga is a stunning location and we're particularly fond of El Rancho as it is peaceful whilst still being within easy reach of supermarkets, shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. The villa is fantastic and felt like a real home-from-home; Beautifully furnished and we made lots of use of the large terrace (for eating lunch and for sitting reading/sunbathing) as well as enjoying pre-dinner drinks on the roof terrace. Superb villa in a superb location. Definitely recommended and we'll be back!

Beautiful villa, perfectly set up

The villa is beautiful, spacious and had everything we needed. We were a party of 4 adults, 2 toddlers and 2 babies. A BBQ on the terrace was my favourite. It's in a quiet area of El Rancho, we had the pool to ourselves most of the time. And for June, the pools were warm enough to keep the kids happy for many hours. And it's only a short walk to the shops and restaurants of Bellaluz. For young children, it's eqipped with 2 of everything we could need free of charge - monitors, bed rails, stair gates, high chairs, bumbos, and loads of indoor and pool toys to keep them entertained. It really helped cut down the stuff we needed to take. And it was set up exactly how we needed when we arrived so we could put the kids straight to bed. Sue was really helpful with the necessary planning in advance. Definely a place I'd recommend and love to return to.

Lovely stay at El Rancho

We were a group of 7 ladies staying for 2 nights. Very comfortable, perfect location for los molinos restaurant, small shops and cafe bars. enough bathrooms for all of us and equipped with everything we needed. Couldn't ask for more.

Simply just perfect Villa

We were at the Villa for more than a week, a family of 6 adults and a baby. The size and the accommodation was absolutely perfect. Plenty of kitchenware and also of furniture for us as well as the baby. The Outside area is wonderful no matter if you seek sun or shadow. The pool is only a few minutes away, you can actually see it from the Villa. The owner showed us a lot service before we arrived, much more than we are used to. My warmest recommendations for renting this Villa

Great size villa for a relaxing family break

We were a large family party with 2 x children (9 & 11). This villa was the perfect size with a good size kitchen and lounge to accommodate us all. The terraces are perfect for dinning and relaxing, with enough seating and loungers. Our only gripe is the pools are not heated, would be great if at least one was in the community. The facilities on on site are perfect for sporty children or adults, but are quite pricey, an hour on a tennis court with 4 x rackets hire was close to €50 with residents discount. The supermarket at Bella Luz was surprisingly not overpriced, most items seemed to be a similar price to the larger supermarket we went to on La Manga Strip. The restaurants in Bella Luz were lovely with very friendly staff, and again not overpriced. Would recommend a visit to Cartagena, it's only 20mins by car and easy to get to, would recommend parking near the port we used an underground one on the front. There is also a train from La Union. The villa is very well equipped, with everything you need in the kitchen. We made use of the cards and games in the lounge for the evenings and balls etc in the cupboard on the terrace for the children during the day, would have loved a cooler bag for a day at the beach though. Sue was very responsive both before and during our stay to any questions we had. I would definitely return to La Manga resort and this villa, we were all impressed with the resort and this community in particular was in a good location for bars and restaurants and not far from the tennis centre. Thank you for a great family holiday.

Absolutely fantastic place, very well presented and everything you need.!

The location is superb, very easy to find and move about as nice and central.! Lovely views from the property terraces and not overlooked. Swimming pools very close by and everything is extremely highly maintained.... would live here in a heartbeat.!!!

Great villa, great location.

Brilliant family holiday, swimming pools on your doorstep, great beaches 5 minutes away and some of the best sports facilities in Europe. Great for kids of all ages. Sue, the owner was really helpful in recommending great restaurants and making sure we all had a great time. Can't wait to come back next year.

What's not to like?

We wanted a comfortable, well-resourced, attractive villa that was gong to be practical for 2 families to enjoy together. This villa seemed to meet our needs and the villa owner, Sue, was extremely helpful in answering all our questions; and in making useful suggestions. I'm delighted to say that the villa lived up to our expectations and entirely met our needs. It was also clean, tidy and in a perfect location. We were very grateful for the air conditioning and the number of bathrooms. We've been to La Manga before so knew what a great destination it was for families, with excellent restaurants and pools. We had a great holiday and would warmly recommend La Manga, this villa and its owner, Sue.
