Detta rymliga promenadstadshus kommer att sova 10 gäster. Den är perfekt för en stor familj eller två par.
Bottenvåningen kök, halv badrum, matsal och vardagsrum ser över San Deluna gården och Pensacola Bay. Soffan gör till en queen size-säng för två gäster.
Den andra våningen har två fulla sovrum, alla med eget badrum. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och fantastisk utsikt över bukten vattnet. Det andra sovrummet har en full size-säng.
Bara en våning upp och du är på loftet. Det är det perfekta get-en-sättet för de yngre medlemmarna i gruppen. Loftet innehåller två futons som gör sig till fulla sängar. En tv gör detta område bekvämt och roligt.

Mardi Gras get away

We wanted to get away from the Mardi Gras crowd in Louisiana for a change and lo and behold ran right into the Pensacola Beach Mardi Gras parade. Not really a bad thing except for the unexpected traffic and the fact that these folks managed to drink all the draft beer on the island (again not necessarily a bad thing). All together it was a great stay and we were glad to be back at San de Luna.

Just what we were looking for!

The location was exactly what we were looking for! It was only a few steps down to the sound and a short walk across the road (which isn't very busy) to to beach. The condo itself was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and the loft area was a nice addition. We played pickleball on the tennis court and the pool was nice (although we didn't use it.) We ate in almost all meals and there were plenty of dishes and cookware. (A few more cooking utensils would have been nice, however.) There was parking under the unit, which was nice. The view was beautiful from the back - we saw dolphins almost every day. There were keys inside the condo, but we could never figure out what they unlocked. There were kayaks in the parking area, but they were locked and the keys didn't unlock them so we assumed they were not included in the rental. The owner was extremely easy to work with. We would definitely stay at this property again in the future.

Great location, great views, very peaceful. The place however could use some TLC, mostly in the bathrooms. Also had issues with outlets not working. Overall didn't feel very clean. Attention to detail would go a long way.

Laid Back, Great Place

Great location, very easy access to the beach and the bay. The sunset is spectacular off the back porch! The condo was nice, has everything you need for a great trip. For those who drink coffee, the coffee maker is not a Keurig so you will want to bring filters and ground coffee. The spiral staircase is a pretty neat feature. It is very solid and sturdy. And also note that all bedrooms are upstairs. There was a nice big tv in the sitting room. All the light switches a labeled which is so nice and easy. There is plenty of parking and lots of space where the parking is located for any items to be kept for outdoor activities. There was good communication with the property management regarding checking in and checking out instructions. Overall, no complaints. It was a cool place to stay and again couldn't beat the location. We would stay here again.

My family stayed here and we absolutely loved it! The condo is spotless and right on the bay. Two minute walk to the beach and located close to stores. Owner is amazing and responds quickly to any questions. We will definitely be staying here again!

Family Vacay

This was one of our favorite locations for our family vacation! The house was great and the location was pure perfection! The gulf was across the street which was NEVER busy to cross. The private beach at the bay was nothing short of AMAZING and was literally steps away. The pool, tennis courts, and bbq pit was also just steps away. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend this place.

Location Location Location

Great clean facilities close to the bay and beach. Hardly any crowds. great for families with small kids who like the bay being out the back door. Wonderful walks along the national park seashore. Strong facilities. weathered a tornado. HOA was there next day cleaning things up. Only complaint is mattresses could use updating, They have $200 mattress toppers on the mattresses but we actually slept better with them pulled off. $700 on some new mattresses would go a long way. Loft is futon mattresses which we knew that going in. Spiral stairs are a little tough to navigate, not recommend for seniors. or bare feet. The kitchen was well appointed. I love how every light is labeled. Very clean, easy check out process. Property manager was available and responsive, very helpful. Pool was only crowded one day and even then only 10 people there.

Our biggest complaint is the number of people it sleeps. I would say 6-7 AT THE MOST. The pull out couch is not made up; very dirty cover on the pull out. Didn't even want to use it, so we squeezed two more on the loft floor. It has two small futons 🤐

Family Vacation

Love the location and property. Enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. The unit is updated and very nice. Love the beach decor. The kitchen had all the pots, pans, and things we needed. Unfortunately the blender and toaster didn’t work properly. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. One of the beds in the loft was broken so we couldn’t use it but fortunately there was a sleeper sofa we could use. We did report this to Surfside but didn’t hear back from anyone. Overall we had a great trip and loved the property. Especially enjoyed the sunsets from the back porch! Would recommend this property. I do think a little more attention to detail needs to happen with cleaning. We had to clean out a shower drain and wash oven mitts before using as well as the floors and furniture still being pretty sandy. Also, the mattress cover on the sleeper sofa needed washing. We did have trouble with the GFCI outlet on the back porch and could never get the lights that are hung to work. One recommendation, it would be nice to have a chair in the bedrooms as well. Again love the location and property and will most likely return.

Perfection

Walk out of you home straight to the bay. The beach is just across the street which is not busy. Privacy and plenty of room. There are two full beds at the very top, a master king and a queen on the second. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great location, Updates would make it awesome.

The location of the condo is excellent! Beach access is easy and it’s in a perfect spot for watching the sunset. We loved the inside space, the boys especially loved the lofted space on the third floor. My only complaints were the lack of supplies- you need to bring your own beach towels, paper products, laundry detergent, dish soap- and so many of the power outlets do not work. We would rent again but it would have been nice to know ahead of time to be better prepared with supplies. Also, kitchen pots and pans could use a replacement.

Spectacular San deLuna #29

Our family rented another San de Luna unit for several years, but needed additional space. Unit #29 did not disappoint! Beautifully decorated, comfortable furnishings, and ample amenities added to the pleasure of our stay. San de Luna draws us back to P’Cola Beach every year for it’s close proximity to beach/Sound/pool fun. Viewing sunsets from the deck are eagerly anticipated and we watched the Blue Angels practice too. The atmosphere at San deLuna is friendly and we always make new friends. Thank you Steve and Surfside Properties for informative communication prior to, and during our stay. We will certainly return here next summer!

The pictures don’t show the dust and rock hard beds

First, the checkin process and communication and guest portal system provided by the property management group Surfside was awesome and super smooth! We got checked in easily and found the property with no trouble. When we came into the unit and put our stuff away, we noticed that the main thoroughfare areas of the unit were clean, the decor was super cute and the living room furniture and patio were really nice. We also LOVED the location which is what drew us to choose this property in the first place. Then we went upstairs…. The first thing we noticed on the second floor are the two main bedrooms. When we were walking to each bedroom we noticed the carpet needs to either be replaced or at least restretched because it’s got folds all through it and is stained. We got in late and went to bed. All 3 of us tossed and turned all night trying to find a comfortable position because the beds are rock hard. I don’t know if it’s the mattresses themselves or the bases they’re on, but yikes, we all woke up with neck and back aches. In the daylight we then noticed the various stains on the bed linens and the caked on layers of dust in the window casings and AC vent. We reached out to the property management company and they promptly resolved the issue by allowing us to cancel the rest of our stay and only pay for the one night and cleaning fee- hopefully it gets deep cleaned this time. This unit could be AMAZING if the owner would invest in some great beds, new carpet, and a duster. We really wanted to love it, but in the end just ended up having to find another place last minute to swap to.

Great stay in Pensacola Beach

Property was clean and as pictured but could use a little updating. Showing signs of wear and age and roku tvs don't work without roku account but we weren'tin the room enough to be a huge deal. Checking in and out was painless and we really appreciated the check out cookies. Would stay again... hopefully after updates done.
