Smakfulla lyxiga detaljer på denna nya strandstuga. Denna otroliga Beach Club villa var helt renoverad från början till botten. Vackra inventarier och inredning gör denna villa till ett elegant och sofistikerat semesterhem. Ett nytt anpassat kök har rostfria vitvaror, kvarts bänkskivor, och är fullt utrustat för att laga mat på en familj. Nya golv och armaturer hela lägger till charmen. Denna villa har 3 sovrum och 3 badrum. Varje sovrum har ett badrum med handlagd kakel som har en fin inlagd vägghylla. Stor plattskärms-TV monterad på väggar har en 55 tum i vardagsrummet, 50 tum i nedre våningen King sovrum och 32 tums tv i övervåningen drottning sovrum. Den övre våningen garderoben från korridoren har en ny stapelbar tvättmaskin och torktumlare för fullbelastning av tvättmedel under din vistelse.

Family Fun

Great vacation. Accommodations were perfect. Was worried about it being far from the beach but it wasn’t far at all. I could leave for the beach a little after 9:00 am, take tent to beach to claim our spot and be back at the condo by 9:25 am. Nice being within walking distance of Coligny too.

The property was very well maintained and we really appreciated how easy it was to check in and get settled. We spent many days hanging out by the pool and walking to the beach. It was the perfect vacation for our family.

Great family stay

This place was perfect for our family. We loved being right by the pool! The walk to the beach was further than expected especially with hauling an 8 month old so we just parked at Coligny beach parking lot. The beach chairs were great!

Excellent experience!

Our stay was lovely! The property was exactly as advertised. The unit was very clean and well appointed. A few more plastic dishes and cups would have been helpful for our grandchildren. The walk to the beach was doable, even with a two year old. We did drive to the three 15 minute parking spaces by the Seaside Villas/beach access and dropped people and beach supplies off a few times too. Having the pool outside our patio was also so convenient. We had a great time at the beach and love HHI. Thank you for making our vacation that much more enjoyable!

Recently Renovated unit, pool 5 feet away

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great experience at fully renovated unit including new appliances and bathrooms! Steps away from pool. Nice to have 4 bikes & beach chairs provided. Two drawbacks... there is an HVAC unit off the kitchen that is loud. It shuts on and off throughout the day and only mini blinds as a barrier, no door?! Also, the general outdoor maintenance needs improvement. Sticks and leaves everywhere. It was a great visit despite crowds.

Wonderful Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful place that is totally updated and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacation. It has a nice back patio with table/chairs with the pool entrance only a few steps from the patio. On the front patio there is a Storage box that contains new beach chairs and a wagon for use and a bike rack if you bring/rent bikes. We Rented Bikes from the place in front of Holiday Inn Express. Walking distance to the beach and Coligny Plaza (figured out a short cut by walking past the pool to the other side of the complex - turn left at the parking lot and then right at the entrance). We will definitely book this place again.

Clean and Airy

The condo is well sized and the area is quiet. We could walk to the giant playground in minutes and the beach within a few more. We bought a few more kid friendly items for the kitchen and needed some blankets. The bikes were not included with the condo like the images indicated. So we had to sort out more activities. Overall great!

The dishes were dirty and so was the bedding upstairs. We just ran the dishwasher and washed the sheets when we got in. Location was great and the courtyard was wonderful with kids and access to the beach. Would stay again!

Hilton head vacation

Overall, great stay. The unit was clean and was a great fit for our party, 4 adults/2 kids. Pool was the best amenity, only steps away and very nice. Beach was a 10 min. Walk which was a bit too much for my elderly parents, but fine for adults and kids. Bikes and beach chairs/wagon was also nice. Overall, great stay and we hope to return again!

Family vacation with our adult children

Great location, condo was perfect for our group. We had 3 couples: each couple were able to have their own room & bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked. Easy walk to the beach & restaurants.

Spacious condo to visit again and again

This is a wonderful place to stay at HHI. Just a short walk from the beach and Coligny Plaza. Spacious condo was perfect for our family of 5 adults--plenty of space to be together and plenty of space for privacy. Condo was well-supplied and everything was in good working order. Very quiet location--might have been because it was mid-October. We enjoyed the private outdoor space, too. And we made excellent use of the provided bicycles, beach chairs and the wagon to transport stuff to the beach. We have stayed at several HHI properties--all nice--but the Beach Villas was a hands-down favorite, and we hope to return again and again.

Nice amenities.

Nice amenities.Great location to walk to the beach. Really appreciated the four bikes and the four beach chairs. Nicely remodeled villa. It was great to have the pool right behind us.Only concern was the front door and the back door had some issues.

Great location

Can't complain about anything! Clean and comfortable. Loved the included bikes and beach chairs. We could walk or ride bikes to lots of restaurants and shopping. Would stay again!

Our stay was great! Started rough with broken bed frame and missed trash under 2 beds. But management was right on it with maintenance man on site and made repairs/cleaned.
