Vår verkliga timmerhus har nyligen renoverats och helt renoverade. Stugan 4 pers men är egentligen avsedd för en romantisk par reträtt. Den har ett loft med en drottning logg säng och möbler. I vardagsrummet finns en gas spis för kura ihop sig på kalla kvällar. För extra gäster finns en bäddsoffa. Köket är fullt utrustat och matsalen är möblerat med en stockbord. På däck hittar du en gasgrill, utomhus bord och stolar, och en 4-personer badtunna, perfekt för stjärnan blickar. Central AC / värme. Takfläkt. Platt-TV w / DVD och CD-spelare. Trägolv överallt. Bed & handdukar tillhandahålls. Badtunna handdukar. Inga husdjur. Ingen telefon. Inga internet. Begränsad cell service.

Stugan ligger precis utanför RT 328 och ligger nära Nationalparker. Minuter från Old Mans Cave, Cedar Falls, kanot leveranser, och linjer zip. Nelson är en kort bilfärd bort och Aten är bara 30 minuters bilresa på RT33. Walmart, Kroger, och spara en massa är mycket nära för alla dina livsmedelsbutiker behov.

This place had the coziness of a cabin in the woods, but the cleanliness of a hotel. The hosts went above and beyond with hotel-like amenities. Wine and a welcome card upon arrival, tons of freshly folded towels, a hot tub towel/coloring kit, tons of movies, fully stocked kitchen. No cell service once you hit the driveway but there’s cell service up until that point which is nice to check on the little one back home. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a secluded stay, conveniently located close to civilization.

The perfect wooded escape with the cleanliness of a hotel and convenience of the suburbs

The hosts really do seem to care for this property. You never know what to expect coming from the city with a cabin in the woods, but we were pleasantly surprised upon arrival at the cleanliness and attention to detail the hosts demonstrated here. It had nice hospitality touches like a hotel. There was wine and hand written note upon arrival, fully stocked kitchen, fancy folded towels, etc. No reception was nice too because if we needed anything we could just go to the end of the driveway!

Awesome place to unwind!

Convenient to downtown area and to Hocking Hills. Immaculate and comfortable cabin with a hot tub to relax away the evening and the stressors of life!

This was the perfect getaway for us to celebrate our 20th anniversary! There was plenty to do nearby, or we were happy to just hang out at the cabin. The cabin was clean and comfortable. Hocking Hills is now my new favorite place!

Beautiful cabin stay near hocking hills

We had a group of 4 girls for the weekend and this was such a perfect spot to stay! Close to everything - hiking trails, restaurants, wineries.

Short little Getaway

We loved the seclusion of the property and the fact that we couldn't see or hear any neighbors. Offers lots of privacy! The hot tub was absolutely perfect and the best ending to a long day. Well-stocked and very clean. Easy access as long as you get there in daylight hours. We left way later than planned and didn't get there til after dark. Took a few wrong turns only because we couldn't see. Totally our fault though! Communication was easy and all expectations were sent beforehand. Would definitely go back in the future!!!

Beautiful Cabin

The cabin was truly the most beautiful one I have ever stayed in. My daughter and I were enjoying a quiet girls' weekend before she finishes her semester at OU. We loved the rooster that we could hear every morning. We also loved the DVD collection. We had a lot of fun finding an older movie to watch since we couldn't use our phones or computers. Hiking was close by, and we spent most of Saturday hiking. Just wish we had better weather for the hot tub.

The perfect weekend getaway!

It was a suprise for my husbands birthday, we both NEEDED to get away and just relax. This was the absolute perfect place and experience. The cabin was cozy and clean, and we really got to connect and just be with each other. The amenities provided made it less stressful when packing for a trip! Overall 100000/10 experience. Definitely coming back!

Refreshed!

The cabin was beautiful and very well kept. It was equipped with items that may be forgotten when leaving home…. Toothbrush, neosporin… The movies were well stocked. Overall - a very enjoyable weekend. I would only change the ice (no one’s control)… the snow is a given at the time of year. My only suggestion would be to turn the lamp on by the recliner during the evening and look at the wall up by the moose. It just needs a dusting.

Excellent stay!

Cabin was as advertised - clean, cozy, and well-appointed. The lack of phone signal and internet was a definite plus. Hot tub was clean and wonderful. It rained most of the time, so we didn't use much of the outdoor features aside from the hot tub, but they looked well-made and clean.Bed was comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, and plenty of natural and electric light for a gloomy day inside. Randy was communicative and gave prompt responses when we had questions for him.Will happily stay here again!

Warm and inviting

This cabin was perfect for our anniversary weekend getaway. It had such a warm/cozy and inviting feel. It was the perfect size for my husband and I. Everything was super clean and there was even a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. The lack of cell phone service was great to be able to unplug from the world for a brief moment but was just enough to check in on the kids if needed. Would definitely stay here again.

The perfect getaway cabin

This cabin is super cozy and inviting, perfect for a relaxing/romantic getaway. The lack of cell/internet service was welcomed and was the break we didn’t know we needed but just enough service to check in with kids when needed. Everything was super clean and the cabin was well stocked with anything you could possibly need. The bottle of wine waiting for us when we got there was the perfect touch!

Our real log home has been recently renovated and completely redecorated.The cabin sleeps 4 but is really intended for a romantic couple's retreat. It has a loft with a queen log bed and furniture. The living room has a gas fireplace for snuggling on cold evenings. On the deck you will find a gas grill, outdoor table and chairs, and a 4-person hot tub, great for star gazing.
