Took our grandson to Disney for his 5th birthday. The artwork in the condo was a big hit! Fun place to stay with kids. He also enjoyed the playground. Perfect place for a family vacation.

Nice property reasonably priced

Property was exactly like the pictures.We had a wonderful time.Only suggestion is to get at least one frying pan with Teflon for cooking eggs.

Perfect stay for a family of four

This was a perfect setup for our family of 4. The condo is super cute and super clean. We enjoyed the Disney decor while being outside of the Disney craziness. The location is great! We bought groceries around the corner and visited some local restaurants. The drive wasn’t bad to Disney or Universal Studios and we relaxed at the pool when we weren’t park hopping. The management company was wonderful and responsive. We look forward to a return trip next year!!

Great location, very clean condo!

This was such an easy experience, from start to finish. The condo was incredibly clean and stocked with everything we could need while we stayed. There was plenty of shopping and dining options nearby and all of the parks were within 20 minutes. I would highly recommend this property!

Comfortable unit, child friendly

My kids love the pictures on the wall and make them feel in vacation! The unit is big enough, comfortable and well equipped. I would recommend to add some plastic cups and dishes for kids.

Kids claim best place we've ever stayed

We were looking for a unique place that would be away from the hustle and bustle of tourists. This place was a hidden gem among a community property that is well taken care of. The place it self was perfect, big closests, Disney decorated with out big $$$. The pool and workout room were all ours to use and enjoy on our off days. The property manager Jose was just a text or phone call away and very thorough in helping us get there and check in. We would definitely stay again.

It had to be one of the cleanest places that I ever vacationed at, and would highly recommend it to anyone to go there for vacation. Very nice people and staff that makes you feel at home.

Sleepless First Night

Residents/occupants need to understand fully that quiet means quiet. Not a fan of hearing conversations on stairwell at ridiculous hours of the night. Also if a occupant is going to grill out make darn sure they start before 11 pm!!!! Loud music and conversation is not conducive to what most people call rest and relaxation!!!

Top-quality condo with newest furnishings and features

This is a wonderful property, and it was awesome to just be able to hang out after a long day [of fun] and feel at home in an upscale condo. We could pull up Netflix and watch a nice TV in any room, cook a pizza, go for a swim, etc. It really enhanced our experience this time through town as we tried a Kissimmee hotel last time. We made a recommendation to the owner about turning up the heat on the shower knobs but that was the only piece I'd update. Great property!

Convenient Location and beautiful condo..

This condo was the best I ever stayed in since I have been vacationing to Orlando in all the years. It was very comfortable and clean and spacious with a lot of storage, it was truly a home away from home. We felt very safe at all times and we had no problems with security. The kitchen was fully equipped and I liked that the most cause at times my kids enjoyed good old fashioned home cooked meals as we stayed for fourteen days. Walmart is like 5 mins and the parks like Disney and Universal was like 20 mins away also Ross and Burlington is just one minute away, like I said it's the ideal location and my family and I will definitely like to stay here again on our next visit. Thank you to the Management & Staff of Evolve Vacation Rentals for making my stay enjoyable and memorable.

Comfortable and safe stay

This property is part of a gated community, however the gate was opened for 6 of the 7 days we were there which meant anyone from off the street was able to enter. We had no issue with security, we felt really safe all week. There is a couple pools on the property, we only took advantage of the main pool which was good. There is also a workout room. The design and layout was great. My family of 4 had no issue with space. The water pressure in the bathrooms are a bit low and the water should be a bit hotter. There is a washer and dryer, that was nice because we came hone with all clean clothes. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, utensils, etc. The location is about 20 minutes from most Disney themeparks. Walmart is about 5 minutes away. Other great shopping options around. The only downside was we found 2 bugs(roaches) On two separate days...that was a huge disappointment however we were a bit forgiving because it’s a condo complex and bugs can crawl from unit to unit. Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay.

We are very satisfied with everything

I ussually don't write a review, but this condo deservers all my attention. -It was very clean -it is brand new condo -It has everthing that we needed, better than staying in the hotel -Quite nabors -Jose was very fast on replying to every single of my text or call -He was alway willing to help -My fiance is very difficult to be convinced when comes to services or a place to stay in our vacation, but this one he even gives 5 stars, I really wish to give it more than 5 stars if it was one of the option. -I love the place, the kids love it, and my fiance love it, so anyone will love it as well.

AAU Nationals Trip

The condo was brand new, modern, pleasantly decorated, and adequately stocked with dishware, linens, and supplies. The bedrooms and sofabed were the perfect fit for our family of 5. Our representative Jose was extremely accommodating and responsive to our every need. The only small hinderances we encountered were the cable box in the master needing to be reset a few times, water pressure/temp in bathroom shower could be increased, washer got stuck between cycles and last. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay and I would definitely choose again.
