Open Floor plan, 2 bedrooms in front, 2 in back. Large sliding patio doors for viewing the lake and wildlife. Ducks, Sandhill Cranes, egrets, Eagle Pointe is a sought after vacation destination. Convenient to the Attractions and shopping. Bedrooms could have use of their own bathroom depending on the makeup of the guests. King is ensuite, queen has a bathroom across the hall and king has the front bathroom. This house was just what we needed as a family of 6! There was plenty of room to spread out and also be together. The pool was definitely a hit and being so close to entertainment, restaurants, and the highway was a huge plus. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to come back soon! Finally, the owner was very accommodating and responsive. Best and easiest vacation decision by far!!

My husband and I stayed in this gorgeous villa for 1 week in July 2025. We have stayed in numerous villas over the years and this one was the cleanest on the inside - it was spotless!! The outside area is great too, it was fantastic waking up in the morning with a coffee and watching the lake from the patio.We would definitely come back!!

Property clean but dated...If you plan on having anyone come over for a day visit (not sleeping over) just short visit, this is not the place for you!!

Wonderful getaway with very unexpected treat!

This was a great family house. Plenty of bedrooms with the perfect layout. Diane was wonderful to communicate with and very responsive. The pool was great and my sons spent loads of time enjoying it. But the BEST, and completely unexpected pleasure, was the view of the large pond/lake that’s right behind the house. We all enjoyed the view and the boys loved fishing with Grandpa every day. That was so unanticipated and truly added to our wonderful vacation!! We’d love to stay again!!

Christmas Vacation

I can't say enough about this property period Diane, the lady I was working with was fantastic. The house had everything he would want and more. Very well kept very cozy. I would definitely come back to this home again.

Nice and quiet

It suited us for this holiday. We know the area well over the years, we could get about going shopping and for meals without see anybody, it’s a good family house.

Peaceful

Diane is an absolute pleasure to communicate with. The home was very comfortable and peaceful. We had plenty of room for everyone and beds were comfy, which is always a bonus! We look forward to future visits! Thank you Diane!

Recharge completed!

We just got back home after spending 2,5 weeks in this house. It was simply amazing, spacious and relaxing. Besides a little sightseeing, we spend most of the time in/around the pool to recharge our batteries. Amazing. Diane is an incredible host. 10 for communication. Clear and fast communication before arrival, quick solution for a screen problem and allowed us a late check out(we got extremely lucky here) .

Beautiful and relaxing

Home was very clean and had all the amenities to make our stay comfortable and relaxing after a busy day of sightseeing. We especially enjoyed our time on the lanai. The neighborhood is quiet and picturesque around the lake. The home is tastefully decorated and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this property to friends and relatives.
