Nice and fairly priced condo

Clean, quiet, and within 15 minutes of Universal and Disney. Overall very nice place to stay.

Quick trip to Florida

So the condo was great, the host sent all information prior to our stay and i missed some of it, and when i called ingot a response very quickly. Then realized it was my mistake and made sure she new i realized i missed the info...but she was very responsive and the property was perfect for the wife and I to enjoy our trip to Orlando...

Convenient access to Disney World

I was very happy to stay near Disney and have abundance of choices for great restaurants nearby. No hassle with checking in. Convenient parking for visiting with a rental car. Very peaceful nights sleep.

Our stay was great. It was in an okay location and the property was as its described. We did notice ants in the property and the bed and couch was a little squeaky but it still had a homely feeling .

Overall stay

Overall, the complex was a nice place and very family-friendly. Although the neighbors were very loud and noisy. I would suggest that this is a good place for any children to come instead of a couple with no kids.

The whole process was smooth. I received all the info to excess the condo. It looked exactly as listed. Spacious and clean and quiet close to family. We had a very comfortable stay.

Kissimmee getaway.

The property is in a good location. Easy to get to stores and restaurants. The Apartment was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Water pressure In The shower was great. Our biggest disappointment, was the mattresses . Both on the bed and the sofa bed. The mattress in the main bedroom was stiff as a board. With an upgraded mattress I would give a rating of 5 stars.

Overall good experience

Condo looked just like the photos. Very cute. I would stay here again. My only downsides were the upstairs neighbors were a bit heavy footed, and my personal preference is a much stronger shower head. Not a fan of rainfall shower heads.

I have stayed at many other locations through this app but this one was by far the worse. First off I got an email a few week prior to leaving with a long list of rules and a list of accruel fees if anything was moved in the facility. We had to do part lf the cleaning before leaving leave. Also it was an active construction zone. We had nail guns and saws going rught outside our room at 8am. Pool key was not where it was listed on the the ad and the key was hard to find. Over all not the best experience.

Clean, comfortable, modern, quiet

My son and I stayed for a few days while we went to the parks. It was very clean, has a comfortable bed, a small but modern kitchen and laundry with everything we needed. There are two large tvs with Rokus. The ac worked great and there is a peaceful view of the tennis court. We hardly heard our neighbors at all - the place is very quiet. It took us about 25 min including traffic to get to universal and Sea World. Disney is closer but since Disney is so huge it still is about 20-24 min to get to the Magic Kingdom lot. The apartment was very nice, had everything we needed, and there is a Walmart and many restaurants very close by. The traffic outside the condo complex can be pretty backed up but it doesn’t take long to get through it.

Our stay

When we were given directions to the unit, it was unusual because it didn’t look like the pictures. We stayed one night and the next day I got a call that we had to move because they gave us the wrong directions. We were 45min out of the city when I got this call and to be told that we had to go back and move our things to another place. This was bothersome. The stay was ok and I appreciate that the owner gave me back money for one night for the inconvenience but still. It was ok overall.

Overall, a great place

The room was nice and cozy for a single person or couple. If I was to invest in a property, that would be the kind I would like. However, I had a problem getting key out of lockbox - called maintenance no answer - a neighbor helped me. Same putting key back - again no help from office - didn’t realize no one around before 9 or after 5. Fortunately saw worker who had key to office, so was able to leave key on office desk. Also, would have liked to be able to print the “To do/to don’t” directions to have on hand. I forget the person’s name who had to read it to me. Otherwise, nice place, easy to find and navigate around.

Clean and convenient

The apartment was clean and tidy on arrival. Check in was relatively smooth with lockbox pick up for the keys. The apartment complex has two pools and a decent gym for vacation (although it was 81degrees in there!). The grounds are pretty with few ponds. Unfortunately, you have to use the kiosk at the front gate every time for entry by inserting your license and waiting for verification. This is good for safety, but inconvenient and there were back-ups every time we needed to get in (5-10 minutes in line). Would be nice if there could be a parking key (like the owners/long term people at the complex have). The upstairs neighbor was a little loud but only in the daytime. Short drive to Disney, and otherwise quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed our couples retreat. Everything was clean, appliances worked well, no problems. Had a little trouble getting the TV apps to respond to the remotes but otherwise everything was fine.

My husband and I had a wonderful time here on our honeymoon. It was nice and clean, check-in was easy, we LOVED the washer and dryer, and we had no problems. Five out of five stars, and we would definitely stay here again! :)
