This wonderful town home will comfortably accommodate your families vacation needs. Located 7 miles from Disney, and not far from other parks.

The town home is located in a gated community with a short walk to the pool, tennis courts, and club house with small gym. Town home has 3 bedrooms 2.5 bathrooms. The master bedroom includes full bathroom and king size bed, 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds and 3rd bedroom has a queen bed. Parking in front for 2 vehicles. Please note, if the car is covering the sidewalk. The HOA might tow your car, I try to keep the bushes trimmed back so you can pull in a far as you can.

Washer and dryer, full kitchen with Utensils. Smart TV's with Netflix's.

The downstairs TV has an XBox 360 with games, please keep in mind the games are from my teen's own collection and may not be suitable for everyone.

Comfartable stay fpr a big family

The property manager was always in touch and easy to get a hold of. The place was more spacioys than expected. It was a great size for my husband, my mom, me and our youngest 4 children. We had no downs on our stay. We had everything we needed as a big family we can't eat out everyday so this place gave us the opportunity to be able to cook in a comfortable place. Thank you for the great stay!

Not enough supplies

The property was as described and no concerns regarding the actual condo. The condo was poorly supplied. They left 2 garbage bags, 2 washing machine pods, 3 dishwasher pods, 4 rolls of TP (only 1 extra) and 1 paper towel and no Kleenex. The welcome binder says they just supply a starter pack and to buy more. I would rather be charged a couple extra dollars/day and not have to worry about buying a supply I couldn’t possibly go through. There was also only salt and pepper in the kitchen. Often there is at least some oil. It is definitely the worst stocked vrbo I have ever stayed in.

Disney trip

The condo was clean, nice and it would have been a great stay, but the shower in the master bathroom had a leak so we couldn't use it for one night; which meant 4 adults had to share one bathroom after a long day at Disney. Definitely not an ideal situation. The repair man came while we were there to try and put a temporary fix on it; which he was able to do the next day. One of the main reasons we chose the condo was the fact that it had two bathrooms and when we were not able to use one of them during our stay really made our overall experience go from "great" to "okay".

We enjoyed the quiet stay. It took about 20 minutes for us to get to Disney or universal. It had everything we needed and a starter supply of hand soaps which was nice.

Disney getaway

We stayed for a week. The place was clean and comfortable. It’s close the Disney parks, restaurants, and outlets. It’s a quiet neighborhood.

Excellent stay!

The property was extremely nice and was described accurately. We only used it for a short 2 day period. The communication with the owner was fantastic. I would stay there again when in town.

Not as expected

I reached out to the host with some issues. Some examples are tvs not working, missing/dead remotes, damage to screen door and large water stains on master bedroom ceiling. Some issues were rectified others I wash blamed for. I was also surprised to find outlets not working, holes in bedding, broken blinds and an overfilled dumpster a couple of doors down. Just to mention a few.This doesn't include the host requesting that all bedding and towels be brought to the laundry area and to start the laundry before leaving.If you are looking for a relaxing stay, i would not recommend this location.
