Vårt rymliga radhus med två våningar är perfekt för alla att njuta av allt som Orlando kan erbjuda.

Ligger 30 minuter från Disney, MGM (Hollywood Studio's), Epcot, Universal Studio's & Islands of Adventure, Sea World.

En timme och du är på stranden. Om du inte vill resa, är den uppvärmda poolen en kort minuts promenad från vårt radhus med ett separat spa och ligger bredvid klubbhuset med arkadspel och gym.

This rental was all we hoped it to be. It met the needs of our family and allowed us to enjoy one another’s company for a much needed time to be together. We will be back and will hopefully use this rental again in 2026.

Perfect size family townhome.

Excellent location within 20-25 minutes from all Orlando attractions. The owner responds to all messages and/or issues in a timely manner. I would definitly stay here again.

Great Stay for our Disney Trip

We loved our stay at this home. The home was just as described and we had no issues at all. It was a quiet location and we had plenty of space for our family of 7. After reading reviews I was worried about the security but we did not have any issues. We registered our vehicle after arriving and the security process was fairly quick every time we entered. We also used the pool without any problems. We would definitely stay here again.

very nice and very affordable

The property was great and incredibly affordable for everything that was included. Close enough to all the attractions and plenty comfortable for the whole family. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place that won’t break your piggy bank!

Nice Home

We stayed 1 month and the home was very clean and was like the pictures. We had a small problem with one toilet but contacted the owner and he got it fixed right away. We would stay there again. Only suggestion would be if the patio was a little bigger so more people could sit.

King beds

3 King beds with 2 en suite bathrooms. Heated pool averaging over 87 degrees, and a huge hot tub. Gated community is quiet, clean, and safe with lots of playgrounds.

Not completely satisfied

The stay was ok for 14 days. However, these are some of the issues. Improvements/recommendations: -dinning chairs need upholstering -tvs are not in all of the bedrooms -no house phone (we were out of the country guest no way to communicate locally) -mattresses and linens (need updating) -overall decor need updating Somewhat disappointed with the living area but we made the best of the situation.

Venetian Bay Village Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Venetian Bay Village, the property was very clean and beautiful. Also, enjoyed the pools, basketball and tennis courts. The owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. We will definitely book again in the future!

Family trip

The property was very nice. Lots of activities for the kids. The only complaint I have is that they need to figure out a better way to get cars in thru the gate without having to check every single car one at a time. Other than that it's a good place to stay.

Great Place!

This was a great place for us to stay! We had 3 adults and 1 infant with zero issues at all. Everything was clean and as advertised. The only I didn’t love was walking almost a mile to take the garbage out. After long days in Disney World that walk was rough. That was the only inconvenience for us. Overall, would stay there again!

Vacation

I came down to Kissimmee with four friends for a week of vacation. We had a lovely time. The condo is a great space, not far from Universal or Disney, and close to lots of shopping options. The main pool and hot tub is right around the corner. The owner is nice, professional, and responded quickly to all of my messages/questions. We would look at renting this place again should we be travelling back to the area.

Great condo. Very clean, well stocked with kitchen tools. Appliances in very good condition. 3 king beds, very comfortable. Condo near heated pool. Would not hesitate to rent again. Owner very easy to contact. No issues.

Great Condo for Family of 7 - wonderful experience

This was our first experience with a VRBO listing and we really loved our condo. It was nice and comfortable and perfect. We were there for a volleyball tournament at the Orange County Convention Center and this was really a nice 20-25 minute drive - far enough away from the busy area around the center but not too far away so we still had time to enough other things during the day. We highly recommend this unit and Ron was great to work with!

Welcome retreat

Overall, the stay was wonderful. The property is well groomed. The security is efficient, yet friendly. We enjoy the fact that it is close(within an hour's drive) of all the places you would want to go. The only glitch is the carpets are in need of shampooing. But, we understand the difficulty involved in a turnkey situation. We are definitely hoping to return.

Satisfactory

Our stay was decent. It did the job, but it would have been more enjoyable if a bit more were invested to the rental property like better beds. All the adults had aches and pains by the end of the week long stay due to poor bed quality. Also, it should come equipped with an initial start up of essentials like a fresh roll of toilet paper, minimally. It was overall a nice place to stay.
