Detta vackra hem ligger i hjärtat av North Conway Village och är redo för din drömsemester i de natursköna vita bergen i New Hampshire!
Inga bekymmer om var du ska parkera i stan. Lämna bilen i huset. Bara en kort promenad från huset hittar du restauranger, barer, butikerna på Main Street och alla festligheter som Schouler Park har att erbjuda, inklusive hantverksmässor på helgen, jordbrukarmarknader, brandverk den 4 juli, Thomas the Train och många andra evenemang under säsongerna.
Cranmore Mountain ligger 0. 8 miles från huset. Även en kort bilresa från huset är skattefria utloppshopping, vandringsleder, badhål, Echo Lake, Dianas bad, Story Land och så mycket mer!
Detta hem totalrenoverades 2015 och erbjuder ett öppet koncept kök, matsal och vardagsrum. Vardagsrummet har en öppen spis med fjärrkontroll och en 50 "Smart TV med kabel, DVR-service och gratis On Demand-programmering. Köket har apparater i rostfritt stål, inklusive en gasbrännare med fem brännare, kylskåp med vatten- och isdispenser i dörren, och en stor ö med plats för fyra. Matsalen har plats för åtta vilket gör totalt sittplatser för tolv. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng, 32 "Smart TV, klädkammare, 5-delat badrum med bubbelbadkar, separat dusch och dubbla fåfängar. På övervåningen finns också ett 2: a badrum med dusch och ett andra sovrum med dubbelsäng.
Nedervåningen finns 2 sovrum, alla med en fullstor säng och våningssängar. I nedre våningen finns också ett komplett badrum, ett stort spelrum med biljardbord, en 50 "Smart TV och en gasspis. Tvättmaskin / torktumlare ligger nere, liksom det stora lerrummet som är bekvämt beläget utanför garaget.
De franska dörrarna från matsalen på övervåningen öppnar mot ett stort däck med en gasgrill. Däck leder till en stor trädgård med uteplats och eldstad.
Detta hem har höghastighetsinternet på upp till 100 Mbps med wifi-anslutning perfekt för familjer med flera internetenheter.

Getaway weekend

I stayed at the property for a long weekend. The hosts were great with communication through out the stay. We ended up during a snow storm and they were very timely about cleaning the driveway. Overall a very clean and well maintained property.

Great house

We had a great time. The house is beautiful, neat & clean. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Has a fun game room with pool table. Also very close to ski areas and North Conway center. Would definitely go back.

Family getaway

My extended family had the coziest winter weekend. The open concept was the perfect set up for all of us to congregate close to the fireplace. There was a spot for everyone to be comfy. We spent one afternoon tubing at cranmore which was a quick 3 minute drive from the house. The house was immaculate and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for all of us- every family had their own room. The kids loved playing in the spacious basement, and the pool table was an added perk! All around great weekend and we’re hoping to make it an annual tradition! Highly recommend this property.

Warm, comfortable and spacious

This home has a warm, comfortable, spacious floor plan for spending time together. Beautifully decorated and impeccably kept. Proximity to mountain and town very convenient. Our family gathered for skiing, snowboarding, and game playing around the fireplace. The home contributed to making the trip memorable and successful.

Great house at a great location

We have stayed here several times with our children and some other families. The house is really close to Cranmore as well as a short walk to town. The open floor plan in the living room and kitchen area makes this house feel warm and cozy but never crowded.Property is very clean (no shoes allowed in the house) and well maintained. Owners are friendly and very responsive. Highly recommend.

We are a party of family and friends that travel to North Conway for an annual shopping weekend .. This home was perfect ! Comfortable , spotless , beautiful and cozy ! Leaf Peeping at its best

Steve and Karen have a lovely property in the heart of North Conway, which is a quaint town with great views, restaurants and shops. The home was very clean, spacious and inviting. I'd highly recommend it!

Fantastic house, amazing location, wonderful hosts

This is one of the best rentals we've ever stayed at. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, including a high chair, travel crib, and kid friendly cups/plates/utensils! The location is perfect and the space was ideal for our family. The owners are wonderful and responsive. We can't wait to come back!

Another Wonderful Week

This was our 2nd time staying in this awesome home. Plenty of room in the house and the backyard for our family which included 4 grandchildren ages 3 months old to 6. House was immaculate and offered everything to make our stay more enjoyable. Walked downtown to the playground, the coffee shop and the stores numerous times when the weather cooperated. Owners were very responsive to questions we had during our stay and it is very apparent with the pride they take in maintaining their home for others to enjoy. Thank you Karen & Steve!

Best vacation home ever!

I think this our fourth time staying here and as always, it did not disappoint. The location is great, nearby to the busy route 16 area but in a quiet neighborhood. The home is always clean and very comfortable. There were seven of us and there is plenty of room if you all want to be together or if you want some private time, too. The hosts are fabulous to work with and want you to enjoy their home and this is obvious in all aspects of the rental process, along with the comfy home feeling from the very moment you walk in.

Awesome Rental Near Downtown

The house is located a short walk to the downtown area and has been updated recently. The property offers a perfect setup for two families. Karen and Steve personally make sure the house is up to the highest standards for cleanliness and are excellent hosts. Looking forward to our next vacation at this property!!

Weekend family fun

Second time staying at this property with my son and his 2 children ages 1 1/2 and 3 1/2. Once again the owners and the property were wonderful. Great communication throughout the rental process. They have a very clean, well stocked, comfortable home. Safe for the little ones with room to spread out. The closeness to downtown made it easy to walk down and get coffee in the morning and explore the shops. The kids especially enjoyed taking a train ride, going for ice cream, and playing at the playground. I would highly recommend this property.

A great spot for a family!

A great choice for a family gathering! The house is set up quite well for little ones with plenty of sleeping and entertaining space. Location is great as well. A small quiet neighborhood and a 10 min walk to downtown. The owners are very friendly and accommodating and they keep their property very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect location, Spacious, Amazingly Clean

Steve and Karen are lovely and attentive hosts. This is our second time staying at this house, this time for a Christmas getaway. They have it beautifully decorated for the Holidays. It’s a perfect location to walk to downtown and Cranmore and walking trails. The home is well appointed with lots and lots of room. We are amazed at how clean and up to date everything is. The pool table and family room downstairs is a great place for the family to hang out. Thank you for another great stay!

Beautiful Home with Plenty of Room for Everyone!

We had the most Wonderful time celebrating our family Christmas together at this beautiful, spacious and immaculate home! It was warm, welcoming and gorgeously decorated for Christmas! Our hosts were very nice and easy to communicate with. Steve met us at the home and gave us a tour when we arrived. He showed us how to operate the tv and gas fireplaces and answered any questions we may have had. We found this to be really helpful. The beds were very comfortable, with plenty of extra blankets available. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could possibly need (along with added touches including various scented candles and a snowman making kit!). The closets were oversized and there was plenty room for everyone's winter gear in the conveniently located mudroom. We spent the entire first night downstairs in the game room, playing pool, and other games by the fireside, laughing and creating new memories. We had so much fun!! We enjoyed how close the home is to downtown N. Conway and Cranmore Mountain, where we enjoyed shopping and an afternoon of tubing. The location can't be beat! This was the Perfect home for us to celebrate our family Christmas together!!

Great place to stay

The house was excellent. We stayed with family, including young children. There was plenty of space for all and the location is ideal. Steve and Karen were very friendly and accommodating. We definitely recommend this house and hope to stay there again.

EXCELLENT!!!

My "home away from home" never disappoints me. Instead of hosting a girl's weekend this year, I was joined by family, and they loved it! My nieces had a great time playing pool with their grandparents, not to mention shopping and hiking nearby. The house is so clean, spacious and well appointed, and close to everything! Cannot wait for my next visit!

Anniversary Getaway

My family hosted a dinner to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary at this house. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need to plan a big dinner. The house itself was large enough for three families to feel like they had their own space and privacy. Overall, great stay!

We moved to New Hampshire in 2009 from Texas following Steve's retirement from the Fire Department after 25 years of service.
We chose the North Conway area as Steve fell in love with the White Mountains as a child during family camping trips. Steve grew up in MA and I grew up the daughter of a career military father.
We reside locally in Bartlett, NH with our two boys, Stewie and Fred (both hypoallergenic Schnoodles)!

We purchased this property with the intent to rehab it and sell it. We redesigned the floor plan from a dated split level to a relaxing and comfortable space with an open concept living/dining/kitchen area. However, after a couple of years of renovation we fell in love with it and didn't want to sell it! Great location and close to everything, whether walking or driving!
