Oklanderligt underhålls och möblerade. Älskvärt hem för underhållande med underbar foajé som rinner genom mitten av hemmet öppnar till stor matsal, våt bar och familjerum. Sub Zero Wolf-köks- och barapparater i kommersiell kvalitet med stor ö. Alla golv är i granit. Bred trappuppgång av palisander leder till ett loft på andra våningen med två bäddar och en annan våt bar och ett Sub Zero kylskåp. Uppvärmt sittbadrum. Levande växter inuti takfönstret. Vacker upplyst pool i den stora trädgården. Poolen delas med bara en fastighet till. Stor grill. Verkligen lyxigt.

Du är bara en kort bilresa från stora Museum District med Rothko Chapel i närheten, Theatre District med stora Alley Theatre och Houston Symphony and Ballet Companies, NASA är lite längre men är verkligen värt resan. Och naturligtvis är Kemah och Galveston med Schlitterbahn jättekul vid havet.

Very bad This house is the worst for holidays there is no privacy in the bathroom and the pool is shared with two other properties, the host does not even put the air because we could not even sleep from the heat the host is not even friendly, he charged us for an umbrella that was already broken, I do not recommend this house at all. He charged us 35 for each person who will visit us without sleeping there. This is crazy

The location wasn’t *right* off the highway, but the road nearby was busy and kind of loud. The shared pool is definitely right outside the property on which we did not stay, so we didn’t feel comfortable using it, as it seemed inevitable that the other guest would be disturbed, even if we were just visiting and not being noisy. The floors were not clean. The landscaping team arrived before 7:00 in the morning and awoke my guests and me, and their arrival that day was never disclosed. To make that matter worse, the room in which I slept did not have a complete set of blinds, so not only was I startled awake before 7am by the lawn team, they were right outside my bedroom leaving me feeling very exposed and uncomfortable. The thermostat was locked and the temperature was very warm, causing us to be uncomfortable even when just sitting in the living room playing board games or sleeping. I never felt unsafe, communication was prompt, and check in and out was simple. We were complimented on being good guests, however, I don’t think we would stay in this particular house again.

Accuracy of online listing

The pool is shared with 2 other properties/houses, full of glass windows to the back yard, there is no privacy at all.The property is far from looking like the posting online.

Terrible experience!

Hello,We were not at the location for more than 10mins when we realize home was not as advertised. It was old, dark, mold smell and trash in the front yard. My wife refused for us to stay there. As a result of leaving I left a couple of my belongings. Once we made the host aware we were leaving as a result of the conditions of the property, I attempted to go back and get my belongings and gate was locked. When I called to make him aware he blocked my calls and stop answering my questions. He’s taken my money and stop responding to me. Terrible experience.

Great Stay

Wonderful place to stay. Nice back yard with shared pool. Location was excellent for accessing Houston or Katy area. Property Manager very friendly and accommodating.

Great House and Wonderful Host!

I rented this house for my 36th birthday celebration. Everything went very well, the host was very responsive and attentive to the details. The house looks exactly as on the photos and filled with all the needs. We all were very satisfied with this property and our stay. Thank you, Alexander!

Bad part of town

Very much a scam house. Very bad part of town and the back yard is shared by many apartment townhouses. We did not stay the night because we were too creeped out and went and booked a hotel.

Impeccably maintained and furnished. Gracious home for entertaining with gorgeous foyer that flows through the center of the home opening to large dining room, wet bar and family room. Commercial grade Sub Zero Wolf kitchen and bar appliances with oversized center island. All floors are granite. Wide rosewood staircase is leading to a second floor loft with two beds and another wet bar and a Sub Zero refrigerator. Heated seat bathroom. Living plants inside under the skylight. Beautiful lighted swimming pool in the large backyard. Swimming pool is shared with only one more property. Great grill. Truly luxurious.
Free parking. 2 cars automatic door garage. Meticulously landscaped and night lighted. Beautiful lighted swimming pool in the large backyard. Swimming pool is shared with only one more property which also belongs to me. Great grill. Truly luxurious.
You are only a short drive from great Museum District with Rothko Chapel near by, Theater District with great Alley Theater and Houston Symphony and Ballet Companies, NASA is a bit further but certainly is worth the trip. And of course Kemah and Galveston with Schlitterbahn are great fun at the sea.
