Detta är ett nyligen ombyggt hus med uppdaterade apparater och kakelgolv. Den har 2 sovrum och två och ett halvt badrum. Vardagsrummet ligger på första våningen och det finns en bäddsoffa som kan sova två personer. Sovrummen är på andra våningen. Det ligger i ett lugnt område med enkel tillgång till allt som Austin har att erbjuda. Det är gångavstånd från Balcones golfklubb. Det ligger en kort 18 minuters bilresa (beroende på trafik) till centrum och University of Texas (U. T) campus. Dessutom kommer du njuta av att vara nära till Domain och Arboreteum shoppingområdet. Sjön är en kort 25 minuters bilresa också. För din bekvämlighet finns det många livsmedelsbutiker (HEB, Randalls) och apotek alternativ i närheten.
Det finns många nära stora företag som Dell, Samsung, Flextronics, Dunn och Bradstreet och mycket mer. Det ligger nära barer och restauranger som Pappadeux Seafood Restaurant, Eddie V, Trulucks och mer.

Att komma runt:
Stugan ligger mycket nära stora motorvägar (183, 45 vägtull, I-35) tåg, bussar och park och åka. Alla cirka 10 minuters bilresa från stugan. Dess ligger nära Round Rock, Cedar Park, Leander, Avery Ranch, Lake Travis, Steiner Ranch och Lakeway också.

Awesome!

This Place is wonderful, great location and easy to check in. The condo is so beautiful and clean, looks better than the photos. Also the beds are super comfortable! Highly recommend!!

Great stay, as always

We've stayed here several times for long weekends in Austin, and we'll keep coming back. The place is great for our needs, the location near the highway is convenient, and Vince is always quick to respond to any communication.

Comfortable

This condo features comfortable beds, is reasonably priced, and has good wifi/smart tv. The neighbors are colorful Austin characters (weird, but in a friendly/charming way.) The location of this condo (Williamson County) is a little remote from many of the attractions in Austin, but it has good highway access. The parking situation is excellent. Taller guests may find the showerhead in the master bathroom to be a little too low. All-in-all, I’d say I had a wonderful time at a comparatively reasonable price.

The inside of the property looks mostly as pictured, but the neighborhood is a bit hard to find. The type of area was definitely not what I was expecting, but it all worked out.

Not really remodeled as stated

A few things remodeled, but I would not consider this fully remodeled. Some paint and baseboards dingy. Overall clean. Everything worked. Good location. Neighborhood ok. Can’t change thermostat which is not comfortable. I’d recommend that you just request tenants to change it before they leave. Overall stay was ok.

A comfortable stay

Sonesta west worked well for our needs. It was clean, comfortable and had plenty of space. The north Austin location is great for accessing areas north of downtown. There were 2 assigned parking spaces which we appreciated. I found the bed comfortable, although my husband felt it was too soft. The kitchen is not set up for any real cooking. But all the essential appliances are there. However, no coffee or filters. Just plan ahead so you can have your morning cuppa Joe!

Not as advertised on VRBO

Would have cancelled from start if we had been given the address/area so our son could check it out which was not what was expected from the VRBO site. Asked the owner for a couple hours early check in but not granted. For the price we paid we expected a better location and nicer facility. From the start we encountered one problem after another. The interior was run down, there was very few kitchen items needed such as basic cleaner, dishwasher detergent, kitchen towels, laundry detergent. the silverware looked like it was for children, tiny little spoons forks, and only 4 of each. Two very awful knives. Found a mold filled coffee filter in the coffee pot, burnt on pan in the oven, refrigerator ice maker and in door water dispenser did not work as well as the fridge interior lite was missing. The owner did come up with a bulb but it did not work. Dining room light switch was missing the knob and owner finally replace but it did not work and never could completely turn off light. Some of the pots and pans were not only dirty with baked on food but also very worn and scratched up. After complaint, owner brought 3 new pans. The heat and air controls were administered by the owner from his phone so we couldnt adjust and were very hot at night. the kitchen drain and disposal hardly worked at all. There was no instruction for the use of the TV, Wifi. Fireplace shown in picture with warm flames did not work. Rug in picture was missing, though owner finally got it out of a closet. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and water was hot for showers. The shabby appearance was apparent, mismatched paint, chipped and gouged woodwork, many missing kickplates like under the dishwasher and in baths. We just feel the property was misrepresented. Not a good result from VRBO or a good reflection on the integrity of your services.

The property has all you need and it is spacious. Easy access to 183 and 10 minutes walk to HEB supermarket The address provided is almost there! Google is not registering it correctly FYI

convenient location and good value for price

Nicely redone baths, bedrooms, and living area with new Roku TV. Owner Vince was nice enough to provide a desk for my working husband during our stay. Kitchen has minimal amenities, but sufficient. Nice washer and dryer. If you can live with mismatched cabinet doors and a dishwasher that doesn't open fully because it hits the stove handle, but is operational, it's a nice place for a good price. Tanglewood trail and park is nearby (best to drive to it) for walking pets. We saw deer and other wildlife.

Clean and comfortable

Great location, easy access to highways. This is a value property, but clean and comfortable. Vince was very accomodating and easy to reach. Covered parking was a plus.

Thanksgiving Stay

Other than having to search for the TV remote (which was inside the couch) and repairing the garbage disposal which was jammed it was a great stay. Very comfortable, great appliances . Vince was easy to get ahold of with questions.

Wonderful stay!

Loved this place! It was quaint, quiet, and comfy, and I thought the neighborhood was beautiful. Vince was very accommodating. Any time I sent a message, he replied immediately. Parking was great...and scenery was beautiful! One night when my sister and I were driving back from my son's apartment, we saw a couple of deer! We were thrilled! Coming from somewhere hot and dry, (me...from Yuma, AZ...my sister...Las Vegas), it was an absolute treat. Would definitely stay again!! Patsy M.

This place suited us well for our trip. Wish there were more basic amenities. Like hairdryer or cooking things. Just little things Ive had elsewhere that add so much especially if you forget said things. Vince was so sweet though!

Excellent choice for a long weekend in Austin!

Great location - easy access to 183, lots of restaurants very close, and just a quick drive to popular areas like Domain, etc. Communication with the owner, Vince, was great. He was very responsive to text messages and gave us all the info we needed to make our stay comfortable and checking in/out quick and easy. The accommodations were very nice. Everything was clean and worked as expected. The internet was solid and the AC cooled the place down nicely (we've had issues with both of these at other rentals, so always good to have them work well). Covered reserved parking is a great bonus too, especially on all those 100+ degree summer days. King beds in both bedrooms, plenty of open closet and drawer space, 2.5 bathrooms...We will be back!
