April Vacation Stay at Villa Rhapsody

It was exceptionally clean and we were so impressed from the moment we walked through the door! Our greeter was amazing and helped facilitate the taxi transportation to the villa from the ferry terminal at Cruz Bay. The pool and view were the highlights of our stay! We would definitely highly recommend this gorgeous place to anyone looking to book a place on St. John!!!

Home for the week

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here for my husbands 40th birthday with friends/other couples. Winie our greeter was so sweet and helpful. The sunsets were amazing and walking out to the infinity pool was a huge bonus. As travelers, everyone kept commenting how this is the best house we have all stayed in. The AC worked wonderfully. We did rent a 7 person vehicle and enjoyed how close to town the villa is. (3-5mins) we did walk back to the villa one night so it is possible but it is a really good uphill walk and it is not for the weak. When we come back to St. John we will look forward to booking this home again.

Perfect sunset

My 2 brothers and I and are wives were there for 2 weeks and spent several hours every day in and around the pool - including every sunset we were at the house! It became our ritual and worth it every time. The bedrooms were comfortable and nice to have separate bathrooms for each bedroom. A little unusual to not have bathroom in main kitchen or living area but it works and it nice to have one out by pool. While 5 bedrooms the dining room and living area get tight for more than 6 - only 6 chairs at DR table. Good kitchen supplies and plates, glassware! We used the 4 beach chairs and a few good pool floats and good towels! Had an issue with the grill when we had the private chef at the house but got it fixed the next day. If looking for a place to sit in the sun or the pool and enjoy the sunset - this is as good as it gets!

The Perfect Family Vacation!

We have been visiting St John for 15 years and have finally found the perfect house. We are a 3 generation family of 12, ages 2 - 65. Rhapsody has the beauty of the North Shore homes yet is convenient to everything. The house is extremely spacious and has everything you need. I cannot imagine a better set-up. As long as Rhapsody is available, we will be staying there!

Family Vacation for First Timers

The property is wonderful, most notably the views and pools. Great access to shopping, beaches, and Westin resort,. Two small issues for incoming guests. Many of the beach chairs are threadbare and a few are not usable. Likewise, a few of the pool lounge chairs are threadbare. Other than that, outstanding!.

Great way to get away!

We were shown around and how everything worked before they left. Everything was perfect, beds were comfortable, plenty of space, a beyond amazing view, perfect pool, plenty of towels, coolers, beach towels, beach chairs. Everything you need to enjoy your stay! They even called the next day to make sure we were completely happy with everything. You will not be disappointed if you rent this house!

Perfect Girls Get Away

This beautiful home was exceptionally clean, well stocked and had amazing views from every room. It was conveniently located close to town but yet very private. Each bedroom was also very private with very comfortable beds and had amazing outdoor showers. We will definitely return!

Wow. Just wow.

Pictures do not do this place justice. It was the cleanest property and we were so impressed with the clever layout, conveniences, cleanliness, perfectly stocked amenities (not overstocked but had everything we needed), privacy yet easy access and convenience to all things local. Each suite opens to the outdoor pool deck/courtyard and our kids loved this aspect. There are no words to adequately describe the pool and view that you have from the pool and deck area. After our daily outings to nearby beaches, and hikes, we relished our hours in the beautiful pool, sipping rum & coke and watching the sunset over neighboring islands. Probably my favorite times in our whole trip. Our kids loved searching for the camouflaged iguanas off of the quaint balconies. Though we loved adventuring the island (St. John Is amazing and we hope to return one day) we looked forward to returning to the house and settling in the pool for the late afternoon and into the night. We’ve stayed in some really cool places during travels all over the US, but this one tops them all. Hands down. Yes there is a major switchback in the driveway, but we made it fine in a Toyota Highlander with 6 of us and it adds to the character of the property. It’s only about 3 minutes from the local grocery store and about 5/6 minutes from Cruz Bay landing (ferry) yet you feel very secluded and private. If you are considering other places, don’t. This is the one. We enjoyed the villa with our family, but already hope to return to this villa with couples. Five cozy suites with spectacular views. Gorgeous & peaceful., unique & full of character. Thank you for making our St. John visit so wonderful and memorable!

The house is exactLy as marketed, and had everything we needed for our visit (including a pack and play). Pool is wonderful, only challenge was direct sunlight in late afternoons, but covered lanai was very close. Could use an umbrella or two at pool table. GREAT location, beautiful sunsets, very close to town and supermarkets.
