Helt ombyggd, inifrån och ut för säsongen 2014! Detta är en underbar 3 sovrum 3 badrum hem. Boområdet är öppet och rymligt. Den nya 46-TV: n är perfekt för nattunderhållning. Befälhavaren har en king size-säng, privat badrum och TV. Rummen har en drottning och de andra två uppsättningarna med två våningssängar. Den maximala beläggningen i denna enhet är 8 personer. Det är husdjursvänligt och rökning är endast tillåtet utomhus. Köket är fullt möblerat med en mixer, brödrost, kaffebryggare och allt du behöver för att laga en komplett måltid. Perfect location

Prefect location, full kitchen fit lots of cooking, carpet upstairs needs replacing. Would go back tomorrow.

Great spot!

Lots of rooms and had everything we needed. Walk down to the beach was super close and easy. I only wish the grounds were covered in sticker weeds. My dog and us were stuck with dozens of them.

Great beach house

Location to the beach is the best part Very short walk to the beach The house is outside of Port A so that makes the beach kind of secluded Love the deck off the master bedroom Everything thing you need in the kitchen to cook a good meal pots and pans Loved our stay!!

Great house, consistently solid location

Great spot right on the water, minimal beach traffic, and very comfortable home. Plenty of room for everyone, quiet location, and the beach access is so easy and close to the water - it's literally 75ft from the back door to the sand! Highly recommended and will continue to return!

Great November Escape

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location next to pool and boardwalk to beach. Clean inside, the kitchen was well provided for. We definitely used the washer/dryer and appreciated the ability to have our dogs there. Unfortunately the grassy areas are all covered in sand burrs. We had to carry the dogs over the grass. The driveway is a little tight for two cars, but the excess parking is close. We had a battery that needed a jump the last day and the property manager came out with cables! Great service.

perfect family vacation spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our house was clean, beds were comfortable and kitchen had plenty of pots and pans to accommodate whatever we wanted to cook. The deck overlooked the pool and the walk to the beach was super short! My only complaint is that I wish they would have offered a small container of coffee grounds. We didn't go grocery shopping before we came so I had to function without coffee the first morning.

Long weekend stay

Great time, great place. Very short walk to beach which is tough to find in that area. Easy to get to Port A for dinner or whatever else. Only hiccup we had was wifi wasn't working, but the property management co couldn't have been more helpful. Offered to send someone out relatively late at night. (We deferred to morning and they got up and running right away.) Would go back!

Awesome Stay Near Port A!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay during our spring break trip to Port Aransas. The rental was clean, cozy and located just steps from the boardwalk to the beach. The deck overlooks the pool area so it is easy to keep an eye on little ones and communicate with family members. We appreciated that maintenance was on the grounds every morning keeping things neat and tidy. Even though it was spring break, the beach adjacent to the complex was not crowded and it was easy to find a place to set up. Highly recommended and we would not hesitate staying here again!

Loved it!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. A few minor issues, but nothing we needed to address during our stay. Couldn’t get cable on TV to work, but we streamed movies on our Xbox, saw a few bugs when we were packing up, fridge took a long time to cool our food down, but we had a blast and the house was really clean, well stocked with what was offered, and the location was amazing! Can’t wait to come back!

Great access to the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Most of the stay was Great! Positive notes: clean, great access to the beach, dog friendly, check-in process was easy, extra parking lot. Negative notes: clothes dryer and TV did not work. Regarding other comments: “sticky burrs in carpet” I did not notice any burrs inside the house unless we brought them in. For dogs- the grass by the condo and the parking lot has burrs. Instead walk your dog by the entry gate north east side (near the green condo with the boat) and they won’t get burrs.

Such an easy walk to the beach and the beach itself was not crowded and felt almost like a private best-kept secret. We were pleased to see the couch had been updated to a more modern/comfy sectional and the house was clean. We loved that each room had it's own bathroom. The only critique is that the sheets were pretty stiff and the king bed frame sticks out making it painful to bump into.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay with our dog at this property. The view from the top deck is stellar and we enjoyed walking to the beach. The home was clean and comfortable. One of the upstairs bedrooms doesn't have a working AC vent. As a future improvement it would be nice if the boardwalk to the beach could accommodation golf carts but overall I would recommended this rental.

Mediocre house

The house was old and worn, carpets were dirty. Treads on the stairs loose. It smelt and the air filters were filthy. The pool was extremely dirty. I called and they came and cleaned the pool and air filters but needed the owner to fix the treads. They also sprayed for misquotes which were bad before that. There were no storage container with covers for food, the pots and pans were all scratched non stick so we had to go buy our own and the dishes were all plastic so could not use in the microwave. The beds and baths were clean and acceptable. The beach and deck were awesome!

Do your research in advance on where to dine out on the island. This house was very lovely and decorated nicely. Both patio doors were in sad shape and cockle-burrs were stuck in the carpet. Ouch!! Carpeting needs replacing. Owners might want to update pots and pans. I’d stay here again. Had a nice stay.
