Detta 5 sovrum, 4 bad husdjursvänliga strandhus, sover 14 och ligger bara 5 minuters promenad till stranden. Rymligt vardagsrum / matsal / kök med platt-TV, DVD. Modernt kök utrustat för en familjesammanträde!
Den första våningen (med egen ingång) har ett sovrum med en drottning, bäddsoffa och eget badrum. Den andra våningen har två sovrum med dubbelsängar i vardera - som delar ett badrum. Den tredje våningen har sovrummet som har en king size-säng, helt ny platt-tv, ett privat badrum och en egen privat balkong! Det finns ett sovrum bredvid befälhavaren som har en dubbelsäng, bäddsoffa och eget badrum.
Tvättmaskin / torktumlare finns på andra våningen. Det finns en underbar inhägnad trädgård som en valp skulle älska! Våra husdjursavgifter är bara $ 10 per husdjur per natt. Det finns ett trevligt uteplatsområde med propangrill och en underbar sittgrupp under palapa. Kom och njut av din egen oas! Ta med din färskt rensade fisk hem och grilla dem till middag! Gästerna får inte tillgång till garaget - men det finns gott om rymlig parkering i uppfarten (4 - 6 utrymmen beroende på fordonets storlek).

Family spring break

It is a lovely home. Definitely how it is described. Nice and close to the beach. It was very clean. It would be a 10 if we didn’t have a few issues. There was no hot water when we arrived. Called management and they came out quickly. Then the refrigerator didn’t work. Management sent out a spare. The front door knob needs to be replaced It has cut a couple hands. We paid to have pool heated. It was nice and warm when arrived. The children had a blast in it. But each day the pool got colder and colder . Called to have it fixed.

Making Memories

Very nice and spacious house. It does need a trash can outside by the pool. It also needs more towels. Not everyone uses one towel for four days. Over all a really nice house.

Very Responsive

My grandaughter (age 3) kept saying, " I love this house!" Great accommodations and very close to the beach which was great. Nice fenced yard for the dog. Some minor issues were promptly taken care of which was impressive. Would recommend.

Vacation Retreat

We enjoyed the location with ease for getting to the beach with a golf cart. It was nice to come back and have a pool to enjoy. Having laundry and 4 bathrooms was excellent!!

Awesome Spring Break

Wonderful property! Walking distance to great beach area, but included golf cart made it even better. Loved the backyard and pool. Great time and plenty of room for our family. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place for larger group

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very spacious and great location, would definitely stay again. Pictures accurately reflect the space. Only minor complaint is that we were planning on grilling a few nights and unfortunately the grill it states to be on property is in terrible condition and we weren’t able to use. Overall great experience and would come back.

Great property

This property had everything our family needed. The onsite pool was an added bonus. The beds were fine, but the pull out sofa bed was very worn. Luckily little kids were sleeping on it, not adults! The linens were very stiff from a laundry service but clean. If you have a large group, saying, I would recommend bringing additional bath towels. Overall, our experience was good and we would definitely say here again!

Good location for a beach Family vacation

The location was great. We had golf carts delivered to us and had enough parking for 3 trucks and 2 golf carts. The place was clean and pool was nice. Our only issue was the first floor was unusable due to a horrible mildew and mold smell. We ended up putting the folks planning to stay down there in a hotel up the street as there wasn’t enough room for 3 more to sleep upstairs comfortably. I wouldn’t plan to use the downstairs two rooms until they clean it up and get that smell out. In addition the floor in the master needs repair as it’s got a dip and broken tiles. Even with that, it was a nice house and great location. Everyone had a great time and that’s all that matters!!

This place has it all!!

The home layout is prefect for fun and visiting with everyone. Then there is the pool that was the perfect size and has shade. Short walk to the beach. 10 / 10 would rent it again!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here 2 years ago. There was a soft spot in the bedroom floor on the third floor that was concerning. That issue had not been addressed in two years. But a new slider was constructed in the apartment on the ground floor and a new fold up bed added. We won’t return because we are not confident in the owner fixing the flooring. Location to the beach is great.

Amazing, but needs a bathtub when traveling with babies

Check-in staff will do everything possible to make your stay amazing. We had a great vacation. We just had two babies in our group and a bathroom that had a bathtub would have made bathing much easier. Otherwise, great house!!!
