Promenaden mot Paine's Creek and the Beach leder dig förbi Kate's Seafood, nära Luke's Liquors, och inte långt från Lemon Tree Village-butikerna. Fastigheten ligger utanför Stony Brook Road, bara ett kort avstånd till Historic Brewster Grist Mill & Herring Run samt ett urval av utvalda dammar i området. Fun weekly stay

Overall the house was excellent to live in. Beds were very comfortable. House was very clean. I think you should have a few more coffee pods to work with. I brought coffee for a coffee maker. (Not complaining!). The only thing I would change on the listing are the stairs. I think older folks would have a problem if they didn’t know the outside stair situation.

We had a very nice time. Great beach at the end of the road we got a daily beach pass online. We used the kayaks at the beach and rented a paddle board too. Overall the property was great.

Comfortable, clean, perfect for our group

We had a group with small children, teens and adults and it was comfortable for all of us. The kitchen is outfitted simply, but sufficient for basic cooking. The bedding was comfortable, the space was ample, the outdoor spaces were well done, the kayaks and bikes were a wonderful addition. We couldn't be happier with our stay and look forward to coming again in the future!

Brewster Mass VRBO

The home was perfect for our family who live in both Colorado and on Nantucket, Massachusetts. The home was well equipt although we transported linens, towels, detergent, everything it said we needed, and then when we arrived it had everything there. The property management was neither open when we arrived nor when we checked up. No one returned a call we left the night we checked in. Never heard back once. Maybe the check in procedures need to be updated? The accommodations were very nice and the property was decorated tastefully. We will stay here again. The neighbor, who introduced himself as the caretaker of the home, seemed to be outside when we were outside as a family. May have just been coincidental buy still kind of odd. Thank you for a great week in Browser!

Family Vacation

Great spot for family time. We sat in the garden each morning drinking coffee and dined each evening on the front deck. Perfect distance to the beach and many local restaurants. Space enough for 7 adults!

Sweet and tranquil

The cottage is a delight! Roomy and pleasant downstairs with plenty of outdoor spots to relax. Three bedrooms upstairs to accommodate guests and a large bedroom downstairs. Loved the extra bathroom on the second floor, but really loved the soaking tub on the main level. Stairs were too steep for our pups, but they didn't mind staying on the first floor. Loved our stay and hope to return!

An Inviting, Elegant, and Comfortable Place to Stay

My husband and I were able to stay in this spacious home off-season at the end of 2020. We found that each room had been thoroughly cleaned and thoughtfully set up for guests. The furniture that we used was elegant and comfortable for both a petite person (me) and a tall person (my husband). In addition, each appliance was easy to use and in excellent condition. When we first arrived, we were also grateful for the owners' short notes, which were posted in different parts of the house. They provided us with just-in-time info and instructions that helped us make the most of our stay. Whether you're traveling to the Cape on- or off-season, I highly recommend this property.

Thanksgiving at the Cape

Our family decided to have a socially distant Thanksgiving at the Cape. This house fit the bill. It’s almost a mile walk to the beach (we bought our bikes for the kids). The property manager was responsive with all issues that arose during the stay.

Peaceful and cozy stay

We had an excellent time - this property is really special. The neighborhood is great, with a couple of restaurants, cafes and a lovely beach in walking/biking distance. The house is well appointed and warmly decorated. The garden is lush and serene. Bonus - kayaks and bikes are provided. Highly recommend!

Nice house but need to take care of issues.

The outside of the house was very well landscaped. Easy access to Route 6A. The Master bedroom was lovely and two of the bedrooms upstairs were nice. The third bedroom upstairs had no AC and the fan did not cool the room off so this room was not useable for us. There was very limited pans in the house for a family that loves to cook. One frying pan and two pots. No baking pans. We had to go out and buy pans and a small spatula to fit the one small frying pan in the house. Outside front deck was great!!! Unfortunately, there was mice in the house and snakes outside that stayed on the back stairs all day. It is one thing to see a snake in the grass but to have snakes sitting on the back porch every day did deter us from using the beautiful area out back. Unfortunately, due to the mice and snake issue we would not book this house again.

Loved it!!!

Very nice house! Very tastefully decorated! Living space is great with lots of seating and different areas (indoors and outdoors), kitchen with all you need for small scale cooking, nice bedrooms with outstanding mattresses! Kids loved the games, toys and books. Close to beaches and lakes, also close to museum, and playground. Entire family enjoyed our stay, we would love to come back!
