Den har en öppen planlösning med ett stort kök, sittplatser för 4 personer och ett matbord för 8, alla med spektakulär utsikt över vattnet. Det finns 3 sovrum (2 nere och 1 på övervåningen) och 2 badrum. Hemmet sover 8 bekvämt. Det finns 2 täckta verandor och ett däck med bekväma rockers. Utanför finns ett täckt matlagningsområde med grill och gasspisar. Starta din kajak av eller knyta din båt till piren. Beta krabba fällan som tillhandahålls och njut av en måltid av blå krabbor och rock krabba klor. Köket är fullt utrustat. An Amazing Place

This property is amazing; the house was amazing, the view was amazing and so quiet and the hosts were amazing too as we met them in person. I would recommend this property to anyone that wants a great vacation. And at night be sure to go out on the deck and look up at the sky at all of the stars.

Peaceful Paradise

We had a relaxing weekend. We spent a lot of time on the deck and dock enjoying the breeze and soaking up the sun. The Core Sound Waterfowl Museum is not too far away on Harker's Island where you can learn about the history of Down East villages. It was a perfect weekend!

Home away from home

This is our third year coming back to this property and definitely not our last. Our hearts are always so full when we leave. George and Margo have done a magnificent job tending to the details of the home and making sure their guests feel welcome. Thank you for another beautiful vacation. We can’t wait to come back.

Beautiful relaxing place

We loved staying at this beautiful, quiet and relaxing place. We spent a lot of time on the upper and lower decks and the dock, watching the pelicans and other wildlife. We saw dolphins one afternoon from the upper deck. The house was clean and well- equipped and the beds were comfortable. A wonderful, peaceful property.

Always amazing!

We just finished our 6th summer at the house. It was amazing as always. We brought our boat and fished the sound. We also crabbed and caught shrimp off of the dock. The house was clean and well equipped for cooking.

Great time Down East

Perfect location! Loved the house and the deck are wonderful! Our cousin lives in Atlantic, so we had the best time clamming, fishing and setting a mullet net! Lots of laughs and great food! We even tried paddle boarding! I highly recommend this property! I will be booking again, in the near future!

We’ve had much sadness in our family this past year. This trip was just what we needed .Fishing,watching boats coming and going. The peace and tranquillity is Beyond what we expected. George and Margo go to many lengths to make your stay wonderful House is great sitting in back deck just watching clouds, water lots of birds.

family vacation

Quiet family getaway. Grandparents, kids, amd grandkids taught to catch crabs on lines and in pot. Caught pinfish, small croakers and three dogfish and a 8 pound shark! Ate meals, laughed, talked around firepit and unwound from daily grind. Great improvements on deck, outdoor furniture and paint outside. Thank you!

We love down east nc. Quiet and calm waterfront. Sunrise with dolphin pod and catching little croakers from dock. Grandkids making memories of fish, crabs, birds, boats, and fun. Thank you to the owners. Thumbs up on exterior repaint, deck chairs, and deck remodeling!

Peace haven

It was very relaxing and beautiful scenery. House has everything you can cook with and paper products. Never stayed anywhere that they supplied those. Even though we brought our own. Looking forward to coming back.

Peaceful and relaxing destination

We have been coming to Atlantic for the past 25 years to go shelling and fishing on the beautiful Core Banks. Core Banks can be accessed by Ferry from Atlantic. Since we retired we have been looking in this area for a house and purchased this home in November 2017.

Varför värden valde detta boende

What drew us to this house was the beautiful location. The house has large glass windows across the front that allow you to enjoy the gorgeous views. The open layout is conducive to informal family fun.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The private pier can be used for crabbing, fishing, and kayaking in Core Sound. The Cape Lookout National Seashore is only 2 miles across the sound and can be accessed by kayak, boat or a ferry that is located only a mile from the property. The fishing village of Atlantic is quiet and secluded but Beaufort and Morehead City with great restaurants and shops are located less than an hour away.
