Läge - Beläget i Alperna Hamlet ca. 4 km (6 min bilresa) från Queenstown CBD. Det finns en busshållplats precis utanför porten, som stannar var 15: e minut. Lägenheten är ca. 3. 5 km (5 min bilresa) från flygplatsen. Centralt beläget är det ca. 30 min bilresa till Remarkables Ski Area och Coronet Peak Ski Area.

Lake Edge - Lägenheten är gångavstånd till den vackra Lake Wakatipu Waterfront. Gå till den vackra Frankton gång- och cykelbana från fastigheten. En lokal favorit, den här spåret tar dig direkt till stan (ca 3 km) eller till andra sidan av Wakatipu-sjön.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay, can’t beat the views from the patio and enjoyed the location right on the trail but out of town a bit. Hosts were good communicators as well!

Fantastic Accommodation

The property was great but the view from the property was beautiful and this was the reason we booked it. Buses close as well which was great for getting to town.

Great place with wonderful view

My wife and I stayed here for three nights during our visit to Queenstown. The place was very cozy and the lakeside view was absolutely marvelous! We were also able to enjoy the starry sky from the balcony on our second night. Thank you Melanie for the accommodation and prompt responses!

Amazing views

Everything was amazing, great views, clean and very comfortable accommodation, close to walking track along the lake. Can walk to cafes/restaurants which had great food and atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book here again.

Fabulous!

This is a beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean studio with sensational views of the lake. It was lovely to return from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown to the serenity offered here. We mainly used the bus to get in and out of Queenstown and it was a short 5-10 minute ride with a regular service. Also walked and cycled along the trail, which was very enjoyable. Melanie is a wonderful host who was extremely accommodating and responsive. Highly recommend!

Good place to stay with nice view

Great view, not too far from airport but a little far away from Queenstown center. Remember to bring food if u stay as not easy to find restaurant around here unless you take taxi to go to Frankton central or Queenstown central. I really recommend this place for your trip I really enjoyed

Amazing Stay!

Clean, tidy and warm with amazing views! Great location with being away from the hustle and bustle of Queenstown but also not very far away as well. Melanie and Calvin were great hosts and were there if we needed anything, which we didn't because everything was already there.

Queenstown

Great for a short term stay. Excellent views and close to proximity to local walking track. Small microwave oven however no cooking facilities. Peaceful and very clean apartment. Great shower and comfortable bed.

Great location and view

This apartment is located close enough to queenstown and is the perfect distance between there and Frankton. The view of the lake is amazing and we loved there was access to a ealking oath along the lake. This place had all the amenities we couod need for a 10 day stay and we woyld stay there again.

We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay in this studio and only wish we could have stay longer! A great quiet location right on the lake with absolutely amazing uninterrupted views of the mountains and lake. The studio was actually a little bigger than I expected and quite spacious, has a great balcony to relax and take in the view, and a comfortable bed! The place is well maintained, spotless and was very easy to book and communicate with the manager. A great place to base ourselves from for a few days to explore - we’ll definitely be back next time we visit Queenstown.

Ideally placed plus amazing views

Very comfortable and clean - roomy for a studio with comfortable king size bed and large bathroom. Kitchen provided all we needed for breakfast and heating up the odd takeaway. Ideally placed between the airport and Queenstown - about a 10 minute bus trip either way, with the bus stop at the front of the complex. Short walk (10 minutes) to the Marina for breakfast, coffee and/or water taxi into Queenstown centre. The view from the balcony alone was worth every cent - an absolute highlight for us.

Beautiful Escape

I was over for a wedding and to visit my son. I could not have chosen a more perfect place to stay. Stunning from the moment we opened the door. Not only the spectacular view but everything about the apartment. Very comfortable bed and comfy chairs, well appointed little kitchenette with microwave, sink and fridge, crockery, glasses and cutlery, tea, coffee and milk and so so clean and tidy. A very short walk down the stairs to the Frankton Queenstown walking track and not far from the Boatshed cafe or Altitude brewery. So quiet and cosy perfect for when the weather set in watching the snow fall on the Remarkables. Half way between Frankton, Five Mile Village and Queenstown, 30-40 min walk each way. Bus stop also up the top of the village area and space to park a medium car outside apartment. Uber around $15 from town. If you like to walk, bike and relax, this is the perfect spot. Melinane was the perfect host with great communication. Thank you so much for helping recharge my batteries.

Perfect accommodation in an excellent location!!

We appreciated the ease of check-in for our late arrival and loved walking the Frankton Track to get to Queenstown. Beautiful view of the water from our room as well. Highly recommend. :))

20th Anniversary Celebration

The view was breathtaking. Room well equipped - although it would have been nice to also have underfloor heating in the bathroom. It would have kept it warm and dry Bathroom vent and heater needs cleaning. I will definitely be recommending my friends to stay at this accommodation
