Bygg fantastiska familj minnen i den privata, rymlig östra flygeln av denna historiska hus - byggd c. 1700.

Bekväm historisk fastighet sover åtta i fyra sovrum: 1 kung, 2 drottning, 1 w / 2 enkelsängar. Det finns 1 & 1/2 badrum plus en sluten utomhusdusch. Njut av ditt morgonkaffe eller kväll cocktail på Bevakat medan du titta på dina barn leka i den stora privata gården. Sträck ut för en tupplur på hängmattan uppträdda mellan två skumma lönnar. Huset ligger i ett historiskt distrikt anliggande 80 tunnland bevarande mark vid Herring Run och Stony Brook Mill.

One mile till Paines Creek Beach på Cape Cod Bay, 15 minuter till Atlanten och Nauset Beach i Orleans, 15 minuter till Hyannis. Cykla eller köra till närliggande sötvatten sjöar, Cape Cod Bike Trail, Punkhorn Parklands naturvårdsområde spår, Cape Cod Museum of Natural History, Brewster General Store, och utmärkta restauranger och antik och hantverksbutiker.

Alla sängkläder (ej strandhanddukar) tillhandahålls. Luftkonditionering, kabel-TV, höghastighetsinternet. Frontmatad HE tvättmaskin och torktumlare, Uteplats, fullt utrustat kök. Hängmatta, solstolar, leksaker, grill. Böcker, spel och pussel för regniga dagar. Inga husdjur, tack. Söndag till söndag uthyrning - undvik lördags trafik!

Winslow Homestead har varit i vår familj sedan det byggdes. År 1845, två bröder delade fastigheten och de två sidorna har varit separata bostäder sedan. Hyran sidan har sin egen uppfart och en stor privat gård, och det finns ingen gemensam gemensamma utrymme mellan sidorna. Västsidan används av min familj.

Lovely historic farm house in Brewster!

We had a great stay at Christy's place. The house is fascinating and quite spacious and comfortable. It is also well located for getting to Point of Rocks Beach and quick drives to other beaches east and west. Christy is also a wonderful host and quickly provided us with any information and supplies we needed.

Great house

This is the nice old house that's you can remember your grandparents house. The place you can rest and relax. We had such a wonderful time if our friends. The yard is big and private you can make a great BBB without worries. Thanks for the experience.

Memorable stay

We had a great stay at this lovely house over Labor Day weekend. The communication with Christy was excellent. The house has everything you need for a summer stay on the Cape. The kids loved the outdoor games and cornhole in the yard. The location was very good. Overall, a great place to enjoy a Cape vacation.!

Family vacaton

To say my family was pleased with our stay was an understatement. All communications were wonderful. All questions were answered in a very timely manner. The home was clean and full of absolutely anything anyone of us needed, including the baby! Location was such a plus. We had a family wedding in Brewster and it was 15 minutes to the venue. All beaches were really close by too! We can't say enough about what amazing family memories we created there! The Johnson's hospitality was over the top!

Brewster getaway

My daughter is a history buff and so was very excited about this particular vacation. The house was lovely and The kitchen well stocked with everything we needed To prepare meals. The location was ideal for us as we love to bike and explore. We were not so far from beaches and p-town all of which we enjoyed. My grands loved Paine’s Creek, a quick bike ride down the hill. All in all another fabulous family memory created. A glimmer of hope in 2020... Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us🙏🏼

Great location and space

our family of 7 greatly enjoyed staying in this historical house. The yard was spacious and beautiful trees provided ample shade and protecton from the hot summer sun. Kitchen was squeaky clean, as were the two bathrooms. Kitchen had all working appliances, including Washer and Dryer, and ample cookware, cutlery, plates, etc.. Outdoor shower was amazing, Central AC was a big plus. Owner Christy Johnson was very accommodating and responsive. Location was superb. The house could benefit from more lighting.

Beautiful Home

This home was so beautiful and accommodating. It had such pleasant charm that you actually felt like you were out in the country than a stone's throw from the beautiful Cape Cod beaches . My friend and I had a wonderful time and loved that we were so close to everything the Cape has to offer. Thanks for the wonderful experience.

Laid back, old Cape Cod charm. . .

My significant lady and I stayed in this lovely old home over the past Memorial Day weekend. It is large, comfortable and divided in half which meant that “our side” and “our yard” were entirely private. The house is secluded and quiet, but close to the Brewster flats where we spent endless hours exploring the tidal pools.

Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful old house in which one feels instantly at home. Comfortable and unpretentious while also having everything you need and want in a house on the Cape. The owners are also wonderful folks.

Grew up in western Massachusetts and spent my summers in this amazing historic family home in Brewster... still try to sneak out to Cape Cod whenever possible!

This incredible property was built by my mother's family ~300 years ago. The house is part of the "Factory Village" historic site and sits amidst undeveloped conservation land, giving it privacy and enhancing the wonderful historic character.
