Perkins Place Iris Cottage

Härlig tre sovrum stuga med upp till sju personer för kort till lång vistelse. De viktigaste dragkorten är ett komplett kök och två stora sovrum i Jamieson centralt beläget ett litet kvarter från Courthouse Hotel. Ett stort BBQ-underhållande område täckte gemensamt område i trädgården. En trevlig stor veranda och en balanserad blandning av moderna och antika möbler och apparater. Ett delat system Luftkonditionering för uppvärmning och kylning. Detta skulle vara en perfekt familjesemester destination med snön bara 70 minuter bort och Jamieson-floden vid bakgrinden. Hoppa bara in i Jamieson för en perfekt semester.

Perfect location

We had a great stay during our motorcycle trip. The property is two minutes walk to the pub and general store and right on the Jamieson river. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are comfy. Donna and Carl are great hosts and the corgies where great fun. We would definitely stay there again.

Family getaway

Came to Jamison for a wedding and our stay at Carls property was perfect. Close to the venue and Carl was excellent to deal with. Highly recommend

Wedding weekend

Carl and his wife were such helpful and friendly hosts. The accommodation was perfectly located in Jamieson, walking distance to everything. It was a wonderful location for us to stay for our son's wedding at the Jamieson Brewery. I can't recommend this accommodation highly enough.

Our hosts were very accomodating of our extremely late check in time, and we found the property very clean and comfortable. They even offered to help fix a damaged car in our convoy.

A lovely place to stay

The accomodation was comfortable and has all amenities you would need. The property is 1 minute walk to general store for morning coffee and also 1 minute walk to pub for evening meal, and also 1 minute walk to the beautiful clear river.

Enjoyable Stay

We have enjoyed our stay at the property. We found that the hosts are very lovely people and wished that we could have talked to them at the beginning of our stay instead of the day we were to leave.

Great stay

It was a great property to stay . Check in process was smooth and property was preheated for us. The only small feedback that i wanted to share with the host was if there were some more ladles , plates and some minimal kitchen items. Overall the stay was great and thank you for having us .

Great location and lovely hosts

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property is ideally located a stone's throw from the river and general store/pub. Accomodation was very clean and beds were comfy. The hosts were lovely and helpful, and my son had a lot of fun playing with their dog. Thanks for a lovely visit to my favorite little town for summer holidays.

Idyllic spot for a getaway

We were travelling to the region to visit friends. Iris Cottage was spacious, immaculately clean and well equipped for our getaway. We were very late arriving and our hosts checked in on us as the countryside is beautiful but a touch tricky to navigate at night. It was a thoughtful and much appreciated touch of personalisation for our visit.
