Perkins Place Iris Cottage

HÀrlig tre sovrum stuga med upp till sju personer för kort till lÄng vistelse. De viktigaste dragkorten Àr ett komplett kök och tvÄ stora sovrum i Jamieson centralt belÀget ett litet kvarter frÄn Courthouse Hotel. Ett stort BBQ-underhÄllande omrÄde tÀckte gemensamt omrÄde i trÀdgÄrden. En trevlig stor veranda och en balanserad blandning av moderna och antika möbler och apparater. Ett delat system Luftkonditionering för uppvÀrmning och kylning. Detta skulle vara en perfekt familjesemester destination med snön bara 70 minuter bort och Jamieson-floden vid bakgrinden. Hoppa bara in i Jamieson för en perfekt semester.

The property was very good but I don't think we should have had to pay the extra 300 as we only had 4 adults and 4 children, two under 5, who shared parents bed. The online rated us as 7 adults and charged accordingly. Owners very friendly and helpful. Norma

Perfect location

We had a great stay during our motorcycle trip. The property is two minutes walk to the pub and general store and right on the Jamieson river. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are comfy. Donna and Carl are great hosts and the corgies where great fun. We would definitely stay there again.

Great location and nice facilities

Centrally located, a short stroll to the pub and general store. Nice facilities and a personal welcome when we arrived. He even threw in a drying rack for our soaked riding gear. Couldn't seem to locate a kettle?

Wedding weekend

Carl and his wife were such helpful and friendly hosts. The accommodation was perfectly located in Jamieson, walking distance to everything. It was a wonderful location for us to stay for our son's wedding at the Jamieson Brewery. I can't recommend this accommodation highly enough.

A lovely place to stay

The accomodation was comfortable and has all amenities you would need. The property is 1 minute walk to general store for morning coffee and also 1 minute walk to pub for evening meal, and also 1 minute walk to the beautiful clear river.
