Bekvämt, två sovrum, en och en halv bad stuga ligger på 41 Purple Road. Lätt två minuters promenad till stranden och aktiviteter. Privat återvändsgränd; säker för barn.

Det stora sovrummet har queen size-säng.

Det finns ett andra sovrum som har två enkelsängar och kabel-TV.

Det finns en queen size-sov futon, 32 "LCD-TV med kabel och DVD-spelare. Det finns också en sittgrupp i solrummet med 2 dubbla storlek futon - perfekt för läsning eller arbetar på din bärbara dator. Varje futon konverterar till en standard enkelsäng.

De äter i köket med slaktaren blockerare disk / bar är fullt utrustad med mikrovågsugn, kokkärl, tallrikar, glas, bestick, etc. Det finns också en liten LCD-TV i köket för att njuta av medan du lagar mat eller har en morgon kopp kaffe. On-demand varmvatten - inga korta duschar krävs!

Det finns en veranda och en 12x24 tillbaka däck med utsikt över privata gården. Den bakre däcket är utrustad med bord och stolar, en baldakin och helt nya gasolgrill. En picknickbord ligger utanför däck för ytterligare sittplatser. Njuta rostade marshmallows och Smores av firepit.

Detta är en icke-rökare stuga och husdjur är inte tillåtna.

Point Sebago är en 775-acre resort på New Englands näst största sjö och har fått betyget bland de bästa utomhus familjen semester fläckar i nordost. Great place, great location…close to beach!

Better than expected! House is clean, neat and has everything you need to enjoy a fun week in Point Sebago. Within walking distance of all amenities. We brought a wagon to carry chairs, canopy, cooler, etc to beach and it worked out perfectly.

It was our first time using VRBO so we were a little nervous. But, the cottage was exactly as described. It was very clean, the owners were very quick to respond to my email questions, the queen bed was very comfortable, 2 nice decks and very close walk to the beach!! We had a great week!

Great Vacation, Great Property

We just came home from a fantastic vacation at Point Sebago. It was more fun than we even imagined it to be. The entertainment was exceptional, the staff was awesome, and the beach and restaurants were great. Our 5 and 2 year old boys had no stop activities and entertainment available all week including a drop of camp for our 5 year old so he could meet some friends. 41 Purple Road was in a great location, only a walk to the beach and athletic center. 41 Purple Road was quiet, clean and had all of the modern amenities. The central A/C was a necessity our week so we were happy to have it and it worked very well. There was cable in all of the rooms including the kitchen. There was a deck, fire pit and large grill in the back yard with lots of privacy. Lori was very accommodating and answered all of our questions quickly. We had a great stay and plan to come back to Point Sebago for years to come. Thank you for a great vacation!

This property was so comfortable and friendly. The proximity to everything was perfect.

My family has been camping here for years, but using this cabin made it even more special. Great property and greater Host’s. What an amazing back yard fire-pit area and outdoor eating space.

Perfect Getaway

The cottage was neat and clean and had a very nice back yard with a firepit and plenty of room for sitting around with 8 or 9 chairs. Outdoor back porch with awning covering nice patio table and six chairs. Great grill! Loved the beautiful, large beach area right on Sebago Lake. Nice flat beach made for excellent walking, and great swimming for visiting grandchildren. Would definitely come back again and again.!

Can't wait to come back!

This was our first time staying at this property although we've been coming to Point Sebago for many years. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed all the outdoor seating, and having the gas grill was great! We look forward to staying there again.

Great location, wonderful hosts!

Paula was wonderful to deal with setting up her house. She made everything easy. The house was great! Plenty of utensils, cookware and supplies for the kitchen! Great spot close to everything at Point Sebago! Thank you, we had a great time!

5 Stars!!

This was my first year renting on Purple Road and boy was it a fantastic vacation! The house is so close to all the activities, which made it easy to get around with my 8 month old son. The owner was very responsive and I have to say wonderful to rent from! The house had plenty of room for my family and the outside had a nice deck, fire-pit, chairs and a grill. We are very much looking forward to renting again next year!!!

Fantastic house and location

This house is in one of the best locations at Point Sebago. Purple Road is just steps from the beach and this house is located at the end of the road so it's a bit quieter than the end closest to the beach, but it's still really close to the beach. The owners are wonderful and respond immediately to any questions. The house itself has a very nice layout: lots of places to sleep, sit and eat -- but without it feeling crowded. The decor is great. It also has a nice balance of being stocked with things you'll need (cups, utensils, pots, etc.) but also has plenty of open cabinets and closet space so you have room to put your own belongings during your stay (some houses are so stocked with "stuff" that you end up living out of your suitcase and keeping your groceries on the counter because there's no space to put anything else -- you won't have that problem here.) The yard is also wonderful -- a nice wooded area in back that includes plenty of chairs, a swing, and a picnic table -- as well as a large deck with a covered table and seating for six. We will definitely be staying here again!

We are Mark and Paula Coleman and have been vacationing here for the past 20+ years with our 4 children who, although they are all grown now, still love to spend their vacation here every year. We love that the atmosphere here encourages quality family time and that there is something for everyone in the family to do.

When this property went on the market we jumped at it the opportunity to buy...it has a great location, it's just minutes to walk to most activities and the beach and is on a nice quiet dead end road.

Beach, boating, golfing and the many resort sponsored activites are wonderful.
Coming to PS for a week allows you to truly get away from it all. There is so much to do inside the resort you may never have to - or want to - leave. We've made many friends and created lasting memories in the time we've been here.
