Fabulous 3-våningshus med fantastisk utsikt över Akropolis i hjärtat av Aten

Detta lyxiga 3-våningar boutique-konsthus ligger i hjärtat av det historiska området i Aten. Koppla av efter en lång dag och njut av den fantastiska utsikten från din egen privata 50m terrass av Akropolis, Hadrians bibliotek och Lycabettus. Eller ta lite sol på solstolarna. Chill i öppen planlösning vardagsrum, kök matplats till bottenvåningen. På första våningen finns två dubbelrum med två separata badrum. På gården finns smidesjärn och stolar för att du ska ha kaffe eller frukost. Denna 1920-talade fastighet, genomgick nyligen en moderniserad moderniserad blandning av ny och gammal, samtidigt som den behöll sin charm och karaktär som presenterades i många gamla grekiska filmer som skjutits i huset.

Huset är utrustat med en stor gas / elektrisk ugn, espressomaskin, brödrost, smörgås brödrost, ångbrygga, milkshake maker och alla nödvändiga kök essentials. Vi erbjuder även på begäran en spjälsäng och en sterilisator vid behov.

Den inre trappan leder till första våningen sovrum och sedan upp till den privata terrassen. Varje sovrum har en queen size-säng (Europe Standards) Dessutom finns det en hopfällbar enkelsäng om det behövs.

Athens Marathon 2019

We could not have picked a better home for our trip From the initial enquiry to the send off at the end of the trip everything was 5 star and first class. What a stunning home with amazing views from the large rooftop views of the acropolis. Anastasia is a wonderful host who left no stone unturned to make sure we were happy. Cant recommend it enough.

Fantastic apartment in Athens

The apartment has great style (very chic), is in the best neighborhood with everything you want and need within walking distance, and the people associated with the apartment are friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. They go "all out" to make your stay comfortable and unforgettable. The rooftop deck has views that will blow your mind. We will definitely return.

Best VRBO in Athens for a family of 4

Having been to London and all through Italy we didn't know what to expect upon arrival in Athens. This property couldn't have been more perfect. Anastasia was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with prior to our arrival. She even went the extra mile and had a basket for us on the table of local goodies and wine and milk in the fridge. This property is very unique and tucked in through a private courtyard filled with plants. It was over 90 degrees when we checked in but the interior was perfectly cool even without the AC unit on. From the artwork on the walls to the furniture, the long wooden farmer's table between the kitchen and living room .. this house is uniquely modern, but cozy and easy to make yourself at home in. The kitchen has all been updated and has a coffee maker, espresso maker, great stove and even a milkshake maker! Upstairs there is a beautiful bathroom with soaking tub and then another bath with an AMAZING spa shower! The bedrooms each have their own AC unit for those hot summer months and have a crisp modern feel to them. The most amazing part of this property is the 3rd floor/rooftop terrace. As soon as you walk up there you see the amazing Acropolis. It's breathtaking - especially when the sun sets and you see it completely illuminated at night. You absolutely feel like you are in a postcard! Both nights we were there we could see a neighborhood movie night happening. You could actually sit on the rooftop lounges and perfectly see and hear the movie. Pretty awesome. The location of the property was fantastic. A 2 minute walk down the street and you were on a main pedestrian path that, in either direction, let to a ton of restaurants and shops. Lots of local people selling everything from jewelry to antiques. We were concerned in Athens that we wouldn't feel so safe as we have a 12 year old. This wasn't the case at all. To us, everything was clean and bright and well cared for in this area of the city and we couldn't have been happier with our choice of property or location. Based on this stay we can't wait to go back to Athens!

Perfect Location. Homey Interior.

We visited Athens, Greece on vacation with two adults and two teenagers. We had a perfect stay in the city. The owner arranged for a taxi to transfer us from the Athens airport to the residence. This arrangement made the trip very easy. The residence is a 3-story home with a living room & kitchen on ground floor; 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on 2nd floor, and a beautiful roof-top terrace with a "million dollar" view of the city of Athens, overlooking the historic Agora and unlimited view of the Acropolis. The roof-top terrace made sunbathing easy. Also located in a quiet and safe street and neighborhood accessible with lockable gate. Located just a 1 minute walk to cafes and restaurants, and just a 10 minute walk to visit the Parthenon. Interior space was clean and comfortable. Kitchen included all silverware and dishes, allowing meals to be prepared at home. The place also included an outdoor cat that we happily took care of and waited at the front door each morning for petting. The entire place is perfectly located within walking distance to all the major historical landmarks of Athens, and, at the same time,an ideal environment for relaxing after long walks. We felt very "at home, away from home!" We will definitely stay here again. The owner of the property was super responsive to ALL our needs and questions. She was a pleasure to work with, and she arranged the taxi's to and from the airport to her property. This made it super convenient.
