Fantastic stay in the mountains

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was fantastic and this property was everything we were looking for. It was a great place to relax after hiking and all the amenities were as described. The multiple bedrooms helped everyone have their own space and the kitchen was well stocked with the tools needed for meals. The balcony towards the mountain was a great feature while drinking coffee in the morning outside. Highly recommend this property and will plan another vacation with a stop at this location.

Perfect location / tucked away

I loved the layout of the property. The kitchen is slightly outdated but you can only ask for so much in a rental unit. I would book this unit again for sure.

Great family vacation spot

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. It’s in a good location near shops and restaurants. The condo itself was very clean and had everything we needed to accommodate us. The property manager was also very good at communicating with us to make sure we had everything we needed.

Another great Frisco stay!

Great property go direct

The company that manages this property prefers to communicate through text messages which is less professional than the operator of the overall property, which is onsite. The unit's ducts are very dirty, and the unit could use a deep cleaning and update of the furniture. Nice but dated. Be aware: this is a third floor unit, no elevator.

Great Stay for Ski Trip

Great centralized location to hit Breck, Key, and Vail. Good amenities, and hosting company was super responsive. For example the 2 humidifiers they provided were both broken, so they sent us/delivered 2 brand new humidifiers same day, no problem! Great service

Mountainside Stay in Frisco

This property was perfect for a quick getaway with our kids before school started. The location was close enough to Main Street to walk and close to the trailhead for Rainbow lake. The rental was very clean and the check in/out process could not have been easier. The property manager checked in with me several times during our stay to make sure everything was good and to answer any questions that we might have had. It was great having access to the club house on the property as we used the pool and outdoor hot tubs almost every day. We are looking forward to staying here again on future visits.

Great mountain side condo

Close enough to Main Street Frisco to walk, but far enough away to have peace and quiet and an amazing mountain view from the balcony. The condo is old, but kept in great shape, and was very affordable per night for a place that sleeps 4 comfortably. It was perfect for our group to stay while hiking the area. The Mountainside neighborhood clubhouse features some great amenities including an indoor pool, three outdoor hot tubs, and a sauna. If you're hiking all day, it's so nice to go use these! Really enjoyed our time here.

Plus you get to hike 3 flights of stairs to your rental. Make sure you don’t forget anything when you leave as every time we left I was hiking to retrieve the item.

Great complex!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We came with 25 family members and rented out 4 different condos. The complex is amazing and had the most wonderful amenities!! Kids had a blast at the pool, tennis, and racquet ball. We were able to ride our bikes right from the condo to a bunch of different trails, really incredible location.The condo was very outdated and needs a good deep clean. The other condos our family members had were much nicer and cleaner than ours. Being on the third floor allows a lot more light in, but the stairs can be a bit inconvenient when you’re hauling up coolers and heavy things. A first floor condo would be ideal. We will Definitely come back to this complex, but we will be renting out a different unit.

Perfect location!

Perfect location for skiing at all major ski resorts. Beds were comfy and there were plenty of extra blankets. Tons of towels and toiletries. Even two humidifiers! Fireplace was nice and cozy. Kitchen was well stocked. Living room was a bit crowded with the round table and five chairs. Just needs a few upgrades to lighting (arriving after dark was tricky with no hallway lighting) and upgrades to bathrooms (toilets super low and faucets sprayed everywhere) and kitchen (fridge froze all of my veggies). But a really lovely place, just missing some of those nicer upgrades.
