Detta vackra hem är fullt möblerat, med 3 sovrum, 2 fulla bad och pamprar med komfort!
Så fort du går in, känner du dig lugn direkt ... Du hälsas av öppenheten i det "stora rummet" som inkluderar vardagsrum, kök och matplats med dubbla franska dörrar och välvda tak, vilket gör att det känns ännu rymligare! Den 55 "plattskärms-tv är perfekt för att koppla av på kvällen med vänner och familj, oavsett om det är söndagsnattfotboll, Netflix eller Dancing With The Stars. Det finns en Roku & Netflix i det sydvästra sovrummet för att hålla barnen underhållna. Underhållningscentret har atmosfärbelysning och har filmer, stereo och DVD-spelare. Det finns en stor ö i mitten av köksområdet, som har plats för fyra, och är en fantastisk samlingsplats som tillåter måltid-förberedelser, medan du njuter av familj och vänner!
Sovrummen är delad planlösning (master på ena sidan av huset, med 2 bedrms på andra sidan) för extra integritet. Sovrummet är inrett i ett tropiskt palmträdtema med fläckar av leopard, med Tommy Bahama-dyne och supermjuka lakan! Inkluderar dubbla handfat, separat toalett, stor duschkabin med lättillgänglighet, en garderob och franska dubbeldörrar som leder till uteplatsen. Ett rum är Cape Cod Beach-tema, och det tredje rummet är Southwest-tema, efter den stora staten Arizona!
Gästbadrummet har bubbelbadkar och dusch för den ultimata avkopplande upplevelsen! Uppgraderade takfläktar går igenom hemmet, för stor luftcirkulation, och det finns speglade garderobsdörrar i varje sovrum.
Matsalen har ytterligare blad för upp till 6, och ön har plats för ytterligare 4 gäster. De dubbla franska dörrarna inbjuder dig ut till det stora uteplatsområdet, som löper längden på huset för maximal skugga. Tre tropiska takfläktar ger en lätt bris på varma, sulta nätter, medan du njuter av Tiki Bar och den tropiska trädgården. Det finns en uteplats och stolar till plats 6, och grill grillen drivs av sin egen dedikerade gasledning. Separata plaststolar tillhandahålls för användning i grusområdet. Landskapsbelysning skapar en vacker glöd till de vajande palmerna, när du blickar med förundran, mot stjärnorna ovanför, och kristallklara nite himmel i Arizona!

Great house and easy access location

We had an amazing stay. The house was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed and more. The backyard is comfortable for hanging out and relaxing after a long day. The house is comfortable and cozy to relax. The kitchen has everything you could want to cook up the perfect and easy meal.

Beautiful home

Second time staying here and I will definitely book again. Lovely house with all the conveniences of home. Nice neighborhood and great location for golfing or hiking in the foothills. Check in/out was a breeze. Lisa is very responsive and pleasant host. Looking forward to my next visit.

Golf vacation

Nice location with nearby stores and warm winter activities!

Perfectly sized for small family reunion. Well kept property with everything you need. Owner was very nice and helpful. She answered all questions and offered help with plans and options to extend our stay. Perfect winter get away!

Lisa is an amazing host and her home is absolutely beautiful! We have stayed in many VRBO’s during our travels, and this one is by far the best we have ever stayed! Forget something…they have it covered! Conveniently located near, Gas, Groceries, and Resteraunts! Highly recommend!

Great location Foothills.

Great location to everything we wanted to do. Fitness center within walking distance. Very well stocked with kitchen supplies and linens. Beds were comfortable. Owner was very to quick answer any questions we had. Would recommend this place. If we come back to the area would consider renting again.

Yuma visit

This property was in a great location, minutes from anything you want to see in Yuma. We enjoyed golfing in the area and there was a course within 5 minutes of the home. Lisa the property owner was great to deal with, anytime I needed to talk to her she was a call away. The home was very welcoming and we certainly would recommend it to anyone.

wonderful experience

we rented this house for 5 days and had a wonderful experience . its its in a nice area and has good neighbors as well as a very clean and well laid out and comfortable place to stay. I purchased this home brand new in 2005, as a vacation home for my mother, myself, and family. Soon after, Mom's cancer returned and she passed away. I've never lived in this home, it has been used on weekends, and by winter guests (snowbirds), Executives, Contractors, Border Patrol, and is in PRISTINE condition! I pay close attention to detail to maintain it in this condition, keeping it as clean as "I" would be staying there, & hope my guests treat it as they would their own... I do consider it as a potential retirement home for myself in the next few years. :-)

This home has the perfect open concept layout for family and friends to mingle, & connect - yet enough privacy between bedrooms, outside gazebo, firepit, patio area's that you can slip away for some quiet alone-time.
The location is the BEST in Yuma! We are on the northeast side of Yuma- in the Foothills, which is 20 mins. close to Martinez Lake, Fishers Landing, & Yuma Proving Ground, just15 minutes to the airport. I've enjoyed going to the river for approx. 20+ years , and love the sights, smells, beauty, and peacefulness of the flowing water... the quiet nites with stars so clear and bright in the sky... you feel like you could reach out and touch them....
It is soooo very relaxing, to get away from the hubub of city life... whirring about so fast.... to stop and smell the cactus, its a nice change of scenery, don't you think???

This home is located in the peaceful & desirable Mesa Del Sol development, just north of Freeway 8. It is a corner lot in a very nice family oriented, residential neighborhood (neighbors are all Border Patrol and Military). There's a gym, "24/7 Get Fit" just a short 1 block away!!! We are 2 blocks away from: McDonald's, Jack in the Box, STARBUCKS!!!, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut, an Auto Zone, several gas stations, a Fire Station...and less than 1 mile from: Frye's grocery store, Denny's restaurant, Chase Bank, Applebee's restaurant, and other local restaurants; a Readi-Care for any emergency doctor needs, a Library, and Sheriff's station... well, as you can see, there is everything - I mean EVERYTHING you could need or want, within a very short distance.
There is great shopping at Yuma Palms Mall, just 15 minutes away, including Harkin's Movie Theater for entertainment, Ross, Marshall's, Bed Bath Beyond, Target, Dillard's, HomeGoods, & there's a water park with miniature golf for the kids! And don't miss a visit to the Colorado River - 20 minutes away!
For our military guests, MCAS is just 11 miles away, and for military/contractor workers: we are one of the closest properties to YPG (Yuma Proving Grounds) being 20-25 mins away.
Security camera's are located at front door, garage and patio, for our guests' security and peace of mind.
