So good we are going back this month!

This rental is within walking distance of Main Street, groceries, shopping and restaurants. It is also on one of the main hiking trails. The gas fireplace was lovely. Two bedrooms and 2 baths. Smallish kitchen but it was just what we needed! We are going back in June! That says it all.

Perfect Cottage

Great location, walking distance to town was a huge bonus on a busy holiday week. Loved the cottage itself, super comfortable, clean and well appointed. Would definitely stay here again.

Thanksgiving get away!

This charming cottage is right in the heart of an upscale neighborhood one block from shops and restaurants. It’s very quiet and a great starting point to see all of the beautiful scenery and waterfalls in Highlands. Grocery store is close by and the property managers were awesome! I would definitely stay here again. So cute!

Ideal location

Perfect location to walk into town, adorable house in a really cute and nice neighborhood. Friendly neighbors as well. We were close to all the happenings of downtown and close to many hikes and waterfalls. Would definitely come back!

Again, loved the property and hope to rent again.

Again, loved the property and hope to rent again. Just really didn't enjoy the rental process. The rental was great and everything we wanted; however, it was a difficult process renting the property. The credit card you had on file was not able to be processed. I called and spoke to someone about it and they confirmed it wasn't an issue. A week later my husband called to confirm we were all set and you had canceled the reservation. Fortunately, we called to confirm - otherwise a vacation we planned in June for December would have been ruined. You consistently got my name wrong in all communication. My name is Lauren, not Laura. I also found the multiple emails too be burdensome and confusing. So I would say this was not an issue process to book. I've had much better experiences with other companies - vrbo and airbnb.

Aside from the fireplace issue and the service, the property itself is wonderful.

Aside from the fireplace issue and the service, the property itself is wonderful. It was just very disappointing to return at the end of the day and not have the ambiance of the fireplace. The property could be wonderful if the support staff had been attentive. We reported to the office and attempted to leave a voice mail on Alicen's cell, but the mailbox was full and would not accept a message. Alicen suggested that the info regarding the fireplace was in our check in paperwork, but the only info in the paperwork was regarding the use of the firewood in a wood burning fireplace. There was no info regarding the workings and thermostat for the gas fireplace in the cottage.
