Detta nyrenoverade bostadsområde erbjuder en underbar semesterflykt med en avslappnad landskänsla och bara några minuter till stranden. Perfekt för familjer, små grupper eller till och med själsresande som vill ha en ensamflykt.
Du behöver inte ta med mer än god mat, fint vin och det perfekta företaget och sedan luta dig tillbaka, koppla av och njuta av att se känguruerna bete på den 4 tunnland stora gården. Allt linne levereras för att göra din vistelse ännu trevligare. Linne inkluderar lakan, doonor, kuddar, handdukar och kökshanddukar. Strykjärn och tvättmaskin tillhandahålls också.
Med två vardagsrum kan du alla njuta av din egen smarta TV, DVD-spelare och X-box (inklusive flera spel). Vi har också GRATIS gäst WIFI !!
Du har ditt eget kök i full storlek utrustat med allt du behöver inklusive kylskåp, diskmaskin, mikrovågsugn, ugn, brödrost, vattenkokare, smörgåstillverkare, mjölkskakare och olika bakningsprodukter. Ett urval av te och kaffe erbjuds tillsammans med dina grundläggande kryddor.
Ett rymligt utomhusområde erbjuder ett stort 8-sits bord tillsammans med en grill och eldstad (ta med din egen ved).

Spacious, stylish and comfortable property very close to the centre of agnes on a huge block with kangaroos, lizards and ducks. Very well equipped. Enjoyed our stay, thanks for having us!

Relaxing Stay

The accommondation is open plan, set on a large grass block. Kangaroos visit in the morning. It is so peaceful and relaxing, but close to all social requirements. It is a place I will revisit when staying at Agnes Waters.

Amazing property and value for money

The perfect family holiday home. Everything that a family might need has been taken into consideration, from games and books to a night light in the bathroom. The interior of the house is stunning and the property and gardens are well maintained and beautiful. We will definitely stay again.

Exceptional

Beautiful property, great relaxing quiet location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, frpm opening all the sliding windows to seeing the roos feeding in the evening,and morning. Well stocked pantry and everything we could possibly need to cook any type of meal. Truly exceeded these Canadians expectstions!

Fabulous stay

Place was so big, light and airy and well appointed. It was a perfect location for our dog who loved the freedom to roam. Heaps of cooking utensils and loved the extras in the pantry. We didn't have kids with us but it would be perfect for a young family. Thanks....will be back

Lovely escape

Took my two pups Syd 6 cattle dog/kelpie and Winnie the Pooh 1 Fr bulldog. We all had the best time and Graham threw in an extra night in his adjoining cottage for the cleaning fee. I love Agnes Waters..marvellous café at end of road which is sadly closing down...we went each day we were there for great coffee!

Fabulous Time

We could not have been happier with our holiday in Graham's beautiful home. Our 2 year old Kelpie really enjoyed the spaciousness of the garden and had a great run around. The initial greeting from the kangaroos was special, even for us. We hosted our friends who were staying in a very cramped unit in town and they also enjoyed the facilities, especially the extensive kitchen utensils. Graham was there doing work on his boat but respected our privacy. Perhaps a privacy screen for the main bed would not go astray. We wold love to go back there again.

This place is an absolute hidden gem! The accommodation is fantastic! The place has everything you need or could possibly ever want to cook at home, my wife was in love with the kitchen and it's set up! The grounds were beautiful and well kept, just be very wary that the place is not fully dog fenced safe and our 12 month old Staffy was always trying to escape, but in saying that, we all had an amazing trip! Graham was on-site fixing up his cottage, he was available to help us with a slight plumbing issue, but he was a fantastic host and always willing to say G'day and have a chat. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality Graham, you are a legend and we can't wait to come back and stay again with you, hopefully soon!!!! My only small and silly recommendation would be to upgrade the bbq on the back patio as we love to cook outdoors aswell, but the one on site was a bit smaller than I am used to. Still, 5 stars, and would Highly Recommend this accommodation to couples and families who want a bit of space with their fur kids able to enjoy their holiday aswell!!! Thanks Graham for everything.
