-Detta är ett nyare hem beläget i prestigefyllda Lakeside Estates. Lakeside gårdar är en gated community med en privat pool, spår runt sjön, privat båt ramp och överfyllning parkering för släp och bilar.

Lakeside Lounge har en trippel nivå däck - plus ett soldäck som sitter på vattnet. En eldgrop längs vattnet med stolar, och det är en egen privat brygga med solstolar och bord.

- 6 sovrum, 5 stora plus ett litet loft sovrum. 4 bad. (sover 20 max.) 3 kung sängar, 4 fulla våningssängar, en enkelsäng.

- Great Room har fantastisk utsikt över vattnet och öppnar upp till fantastiska däck. Golv till tak fönster. Trägolv. LCD-plattskärms-TV och Bose surroundsystem. Direkt-TV och höghastighetsinternet. GRATIS MOBIL!

- Köket har uppgraderats med rostfria apparater, inklusive dubbla diskmaskiner, dubbla ugnar och en enorm 10 fots granit ö. Köket öppnar sig till det stora rummet. Köket har ett fullt skafferi, kastruller och kokkärl, tallrikar och bestick med service för 30, kaffekanna, serveringsbrickor, allt du behöver. Weber grill med extra propan för grillning.

- Matsal öppnar kök och bra rum.

-Game Room har en stor platt-TV med spel, böcker och videor och ett litet kylskåp,

-Tvätt på lägre nivå.

-Dock har en täckt glid och en avtäckt glid.
- Lakeside har båtramp på plats.

This property was as advertised and everything we could hope for. The house itself was very clean and well appointed. The convenience of having the dock just down the hill along with everything provided down there made for some fun filled days without even leaving the property. We all hated to leave and the consensus was that we'll be back here next year!

The house was clean and in a great location. Access to a nice dock was easy with stairs. The place was a nice size for our group. Not the fault of the owners, but the pool was empty and under construction. The only reason we booked this particular place was because it had a pool so that our immunocompromised daughter could swim since she can’t in lake water. Also, parking was extremely limited at the house, at the overflow area, and in the trailer lot.

Great House / Neighborhood boat ramp

Had a group of 8 adults, plenty of space. There are two rooms with four bunks, and 3 rooms with kind/queen sized beds. Good location by jumping bridge, only downside is parking on the street was limited and tight, but you can park up by the pool in the overflow lot. Great to have a boat ramp in the neighborhood too!

Wonderful location with beautiful lake access! The boat ramp can be a bit tricky at first, but it’s definitely manageable. The single bedroom is quite small—just a single bed—and since the AC doesn’t reach that space well, bringing a fan is a good idea.The kitchen is impressively stocked with everything you need to cook and enjoy meals together. The dock is a peaceful retreat with plenty of space and comfortable furniture. It gets full morning sun and then welcomes in some relaxing shade by around 2:00 PM.The steps down to the water will get your heart rate up, but they’re not too bad—definitely not the worst we’ve seen at Norris. The extra fridge in the basement is super handy for drinks and ice, even though it’s a bit smaller than a standard fridge.We especially loved having kayaks, floating trampoline and paddle boards available—such a great bonus! It’s the perfect setup for multiple families to share and enjoy. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

50th birthday bash

The house was lakeside, where you could enjoy your morning coffee and watch nature from the decks. The kitchen was well equipped for everything you needed! We contacted Janice with an external issue not related to our house, she was very responsive and it was resolved within 24 hours! The absolutely ONLY downfall of our stay, the bed was incredibly soft (this is a personal preference).

Perfect location for our family and friends. By far the best house we have rented at Norris!! Kitchen is stocked, beds are comfy and the dock/porches & views were fantastic.

Great place for a family vacation!

This place is tucked away in a cove which ensures less boat traffic, but it is also very close to the main channel. We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. We had plenty of room and the kitchen was well stocked with just about everything you need.

Great stay at the Lounge

We had a great week reuniting with friends and their families. Kitchen was fantastic for getting a large group fed, really appreciated the two dish washers. We spent a lot of time on the dock which was perfect for swimming.

Completely enjoyed our stay.

Location is awesome. House was very nice. Bunk rooms were perfect. Only minor complaint is the lighting above the island and the island could have used a few more stools. All in all a great trip.

Well stocked, clean home with lots of beds!

We enjoyed our stay. Home is clean and well appointed with lots of beds. The location is not ideal due to houses and docks right on top of each other and parking is terrible. Nice fire pit, comfy beds.

Beautiful home.

My family had a great stay. The house had plenty of room for the 19 of us and was well equipped. The only issue we had was the wifi. We loved the firepit and hot tub. The gathering areas were big enough for us to sit in big groups and visit. Our family had a wonderful visit.

Very nice place.

I would recommend this place. The inside was spotless. The only suggestion I have for the homeowner is maybe have a blower for the fallen leaves on the decks. The home owner was very nice and responded quickly.

First time to Norris

Lakeside Lounge was a perfect for our family of 17’s stay at Norris. The house was accurate to the ad and was very comfortable, from the bedding to the kitchen accessories Lakeside Lounge was stocked well. The decks, hot tub and fire pit are perfect to enjoy a view of the cove and the dock. Additional bonus was the floating trampoline and kids kayak which were not advertised and our kids loved! Thank you Katrina for an enjoyable first visit to Norris!

Family Getaway

My family and I absolutely adored the Lakeside Cabin. The pictures on the website don’t do this cabin any justice because the cabin is breathtaking. It is extremely spacious and has multiple levels of entertainment. Having direct access to the lake was wonderful and learning to fish with my grandchildren and my sister was priceless.My grandchildren also enjoyed the hot tub on the 3rd level patio, and the top patio has a Weber propane grill that we prepared a mean birthday dinner on 🥰. We are definitely looking forward to staying again, thank you for your hospitality ‼️

Wonderful property

The place is wonderful, it was even more amazing when it started snowing i just have few recommendations. I feel that the directions of how to get to the place should be more explained in details especially for people coming out of town. I also feel that adding a shovel for the snow to make it easier so that the guest wont be suck would be a great idea. Moreover, i think there are two many bunk beds in the house. The internet connection was not great also but overall the house was amazing

Lake Family Vacation

Overall, we enjoyed our time at Lakeside Lounge. The space was excellent for us to gather and make memories while we weren't on the boat or at the dock. The dock was exceptional! The primary drawbacks were the overall cleanliness and the advertised 6th bedroom was not a usable bedroom space, which was one of the major reasons for renting the home. Although small, the size was not the problem. The room being a converted attic space made it much too hot for someone to sleep comfortably in. Additionally, sheets were provided for every bed, but were not made upon arrival and all of the sheets provided for the downstairs bunkroom had holes in them. Also, we cooked most of our meals at the home and the lack of measuring cups made it a challenge sometimes, especially measuring portions for my type 1 diabetic husband. Again, overall, it was a nice home, but I feel that it should more accurately be listed as a 5 bedroom property.

Friends Gathering

We go every year to Norris and stay with a number of different couples. The house was what we expected based upon the photos/description/reviews. If I had one word of advice for anyone bringing their boat down, I’d avoid the community ramp. It’s extremely steep and did a number on my brakes/hubs/bearings on my trailer even after greasing my hubs before I came down. Plus, putting my boat back on the trailer was challenging as the ramp is slanted to the right and the boat didn’t want to stay aligned when cranking it up. I would use either Shanghai Marina or Deerfield Marina (my buddy used Deerfield Marina which is always easy to use). Again, this isn’t the house/owner’s fault. The stairs at the house I saw many negative reviews about. Again, we go yearly down there and these were some of the easiest stairs we’ve had down there! If you haven’t been to Norris, there’s going to be stairs at almost every house. The house says there are six bedrooms, and there are. The sixth is at the very top of the stairs essentially at the attic. It’s a small room with a single bed and extremely hot up there and not usable due to the heat. We did not need it but just wanted to provide others that were hoping for a sixth functional bedroom. All in all we would stay here again and like the proximity to the jumping bridge.

Great house - few things to improve your stay

This is a great lake house . The furniture is comfortable, and the lake views are spectacular. There’s also a marina close by to rent boats & jet skis. My parents are older and have significant disabilities so we also rented a golf cart so they could come down to the dock (there are a lot of steps). Just a few things that will make your visit better. • Clean linen is provided on the beds, but the beds are not made. Kind of wish we’d known this earlier instead of when we were all getting ready to go to bed after a long drive and day on the water. Also – most of the sheets on the bunk beds have multiple large holes in them. In fact, we went through several sets before finding one that didn’t have holes. • If you enjoy cooking & consider yourself an amateur chef – you’ll want to bring a good knife and sturdy skillet. There are pots & pans here (T-fal) but knives other than steak ones. You’ll also need to bring a scrubbie. There were none here. • When the owner says she will provide one roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels – she means it. You’ll definitely need to BYO. • There are no water toys provided other than an older paddle board. The neighboring rentals all had kayaks and lily pads but this one did not. You can rent them at Oasis Watersports or bring your own, but at $6k for a week, I think it would have been nice if they were provided. • The swim ladder is horrible and not very safe. It abuts the side of the dock so there is no space to place your feet. • If you and your guests enjoy martinis – bring your own glasses as there is only one. Ditto for red wine glasses (only 1). There are 6 white wine glasses. • We were here during the Stanley Cup and NBA playoffs, as well as the French Open. Unfortunately – there is no ESPN here. I think my family went into withdraw. :) • The nearest grocery store is 12 min away. The nearest liquor store is +20 min away. You definitely want to plan ahead. Again – this is a great house in a quieter part of the lake. These are just some things that will enhance your visit.
