Detta utrymme en privat master svit med 3 bdrm hus med egen ingång (en delad vägg). Huvudhus hyrs separat. Små husdjur välkomna med förhandsgodkännande. Hemmet ligger i ett lugnt område med Rillito River promenad, River Park och många bekvämligheter inom 1/2 mil. Fastighet i närheten av Grant Rd, Alvernon Way, River and Swan Rd. Rökfritt hem. Kaffe och te tillhandahålls för några dagars vistelse. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare för långsiktiga besökare avl. Busshållplats inom några minuter. Utrymmet kan rymma 3 om du ville lägga till en spjälsäng eller använda minneskumtunneln som tillhandahålls och lagras under sängen. Det finns en täckt utomhus matlagning område och uteplats i ryggen. Stort badrum med badkar. Liten kylskåp, mikrovågsugn, kaffekanna, George foreman grill och brödrost avl. Home har ny central AC men rummet har också litet fönster AC, fläkt eller värmare för ytterligare värme eller kylning. Berg- och ökenaktiviteter för vandring, skidåkning, shopping etc. Observera att det finns en kamera i carportområdet.

Such a great property and host

Comfy and quiet studio

This studio had everything I needed for a quick work trip to Tucson. Comfortable and quiet! Having the backyard to myself made it feel like I rented the whole house! The shower head is amazing - pressure like a firehose. I easily could have spent 30mins standing under that spray! Location was super convenient with all necessities within a mile. Despite hearing traffic noise outside the studio, inside was peaceful and very quiet and I tend to be bothered by noise. The room was not quite ready when I arrived, but a quick call to the owner and everything was sorted out within 30minutes. I would definitely stay here again if/when I ever travel solo back to Tucson. Thank you so much!

Great Value & Nice Property

This unit was perfect for us nice and clean with excellent communication with ther property manager. The best thing about this property is the excellent private back yard space. The private parking was a great bonus.

Quaint Guest House Stay

This is a great little property. The location is very convenient to access many of Tucson's attractions. My favorite part was the yard. Although I did not use the outdoor kitchen or firepit, I can see how visitors would enjoy it. I traveled with 2 dogs. The yard was safe and secure for them. I would stay here again. Thank you hosts! would really enjoy it.

Mid-town Tucson quaint studio

Room and private outdoor space exactly as described, very comfortable and well-appointed with thoughtful extras and amenities. Comfortable bed, fluffy towels, great adjustable AC (a plus in Tucson!). Hosts were great in responding quicly with clear information about parking and checkin. I had a very positive experience - this was a super value and exactly what i was looking for.

Quaint Studio Midtown

Very nice room in a house with private backyard. Comfortable bed and available washer & dryer for use. The neighborhood was quiet and was a short drive to downtown or east Tucson. I found it perfect for a long stay while working in Tucson.

Little Gem of a Place

The cozy little cottage was lovely. The mountain view was incredible, I was not expecting it to be so beautiful. The cottage was very clean and had everything I needed and more. The back yard was huge and my pups enjoyed hanging out there in the mornings. Communication between the Hosts and I was very good.

Most of the time we were gone all day so the small size wasn’t too limiting. The cold & rainy weather prevented us from using the outside area until the last few days which was disappointing. The free use of laundry appliances was much appreciated.

My wife and I had an excellent stay here. Perfect spot for a couple or single person traveling. The studio was clean and quiet. There was a slight issue getting the key code (VRBO's fault, not the host), but Robin responded to us promptly and got the issue resolved. The outdoor yard and kitchen were awesome. Can't recommend this host and property enough! We will absolutely stay here again next time we're in Tucson. Don't listen to the reviews saying it's a scary neighborhood. These people have obviously never spent time in a truly bad area. Yes the neighborhood is a little bit older, but it was quiet and we never once felt in danger. Don't hesitate to stay here!

Good o. Everything but paw 🐾printz on the white sheets maybe a stain but kinda 🤔threw me off

I really like this place and everything was pretty clean. The only thing that was kind of worried about was those paw prints on the bed sheets set everything else with wonderful.

Clean rustic style furnishings, TV in studio and main living areas are both wifi network smart tv's with local antennae for news and general programming. Main kitchen area has stove, microwave, toaster, and large frig. Studio has small microwave, toaster and small frig. Both have coffee makers

If renting the studio, then parking will be on the east side of the property with a separate walking path to the back. Outdoor kitchen is as is and available to anyone staying there. Even though there is a bus line nearby cars are a plus in Tucson.
