VÀlkommen till The House at Bryan Park. Blev till dig av Àgaren av, The Cottage pÄ Misti Cove (www. Homeaway. Com / 3492676), en 5-stjÀrnigt hotell som ligger vid mynningen av Chesapeake Bay.

Efter att ha hyrt en framgÄngsrik flodstuga i flera Är tar vi nu vÄrt varumÀrke till Richmond-omrÄdet. Vi tror att vi vet vad resenÀrens önskemÄl Àr och vi strÀvar efter att övertrÀffa dessa förvÀntningar.

För att göra huset pÄ Bryan Park önskvÀrt för de flesta palats har vi lagt till Hi-speed wifi, 4K tv i vardagsrummet, 1080p hej i övervÄningen sovrum och minne skum madrasser. VÄrt recept innehÄller ocksÄ en kombination av nyare möbler och antikviteter lika .... Àven ett piano. Vi har skrynkat i en liten inspirerande inredning och lagt till ett dash whimsy som vi tycker gör saker precis rÀtt.

Beautiful house with centipedes

My family and I arrived at night after a long drive. Initially the house was as described. Getting settled into the upstairs bedrooms revealed a 4 inch long centipede running across the floor. We let it go as a fluke. Next came somewhere pretty big spiders descending the walls. My wife at this time was already on edge from the previous bug sightings. She decided to take a shower but was greeted by another long centipede hanging out in the bathtub. After that, It was time to go. Both wife and kids were super uncomfortable staying here due to that. Being late at night we ended up checking into residence inn. I brought it up to the owner but was told there were no bugs and no chance of a refund. That was my experience. Hopefully other’s have a different one

Holiday Visit

Good location for us for visiting family. Especially enjoyed the fireplace during the holiday season. Also walking around the neighborhood and to Bryan Park.

Very nice home from home

We were very comfortable in this well appointed house. Everything worked as it should. Was clean, well furnished and well equipped. Lovely garden and BBQ. Super fast broadband and cable TV throughout. The property owner is friendly and responsive. Definitely recommend and if we are ever in the area would be happy to return.

What a fantastic home. We could not have asked for a more comfortable or welcoming rental. I am a very picky person and I have no complaints. As a side note, the towels and sheets are incredible!

Month of March Visit

Nice vacation rental house, located in a safe, quiet, and pleasant neighborhood. This location is good for many attractions in Richmond, Glen Allen and surrounding areas. Both the neighborhood and nearby Bryan Park are good for walking. The house is good for long or short term stays. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to do your own cooking. The internet was good. Bedrooms are large and comfortable. The owner was considerate, responsive and accommodating. Would stay again.

Very nice and well-equipped

We truly enjoyed our stay at New Berne Road. The house was very clean, well taken care of and had all a person or family would need to get started there. It was great for us as a senior couple and perfect when the grandchildren stayed over. The house could easily accommodate a family of six. Robert Short, the owner, contacted us to make sure everything was according to plan and we never had a problem that required us contacting him. The kitchen had plenty of everything necessary and there was a very good supply of towels for the bathrooms. There was a bedroom on the first floor and two very large bedrooms on the second floor. We stayed 5 weeks so we really had a chance to settle in and I would highly recommend the rental to anyone looking for this kind of a set up.

Was a great trip to Richmond for a girls' weekend. House was in a great location and easy to get around. House was well equipped and owner was very quick to respond to our questions during our stay. Hope to come back sometime!
