Ombyggd stolpe, cirka 1200 kvadratmeter. Helt möblerade. Vardagsrum, matsal, kök, badkar, dusch och full storlek säng med dubbelsäng i alkov. Många unika antikviteter. Biljardbord, flera brädspel och kortspel. TV på antenn, tydlig bild av 14-15 kanaler, videobandspelare, WIFI. Piano och slitbanan. Trä och elektrisk värme för vintern, luftkonditionerade under varma månader. Uteplats i sovrummet med chimenea, bord och stolar och kolgrill. Hästsko grop, med flera sittplatser att njuta av i den vackert anlagda trädgården. 5 minuter från båtbryggor för enkel åtkomst till Tims Ford Lake. Nära University of the South i Sewanee, Tennessee. Halvvägs mellan Chattanooga och Nashville, Tn. 1 timme från Huntsville, Ala. Båtliv, kajakpaddling, vandring, vandring och cykelleder i närheten av stugan. Tyst och mysig men lättillgänglig för shopping, restauranger och sightseeing. The cabin at the back of their property is a renovated barn showing off different groups of collectibles! Very fun and lots of interesting things to look at and discover. Exactly how it should be in a renovated rural barn! We were only there one night, but would absolutely stay there again.

Unique, spacious cabin

This spacious cabin was very unique and had so many fun antiques to admire as well as having plenty of games and a pool table to keep us busy during the rainy days. I highly recommend and the hosts were very accomodating and responsive.

Such a cute charming rustic pole barn so much to look at and as husband called it a pool table retreat ! We hadnt played pool in over 20 years and it was so much fun . Enjoyed a local tour of Jack Daniel's Distillery and ate at Drafts and Watercrafts. Such a wonderful husband, wife getaway. Definitely recommend , bed was so soft and dreamy will definitely recommend and return for a fun quick getaway.

Excellent place to stay

This rustic unique little cabin fit every need we were looking for during our travels from Michigan to Florida. Right from the start the communication was by far the best I have ever experienced. Response time was very quick, professional and friendly. We needed a place large enough to accommodate our massive truck and trailer plus an additional car. We were traveling with a pet as well. This cabin may be off the beaten path but it is definitely worth renting. It was peaceful and quiet. I could have spent hours admiring the unique decorations and antique pieces throughout the cabin. A lot of love and dedication and thoughtful consideration went into the cabin and grounds to offer a very special experience. I highly recommend staying here.

Perfect Place to Relax and Unwind

We loved the rustic cabin! So many of the furnishings and decor were things I haven’t seen in years, it was trip down memory lane exploring each room. It is quiet and the outdoor space is relaxing. Loved our weekend away at this unique property!

Sweet hideaway

We stayed at this property to visit the Jack Daniel’s distillery. Convenient location in quiet neighborhood. Beautiful scenic drives in all directions. Host was friendly and was ready to meet any needs. Spacious rooms that were charming and nostalgic. Walk in shower was fantastic! We enjoyed lighting the oil lamp in the evening and lightning a fire in the wood stove in the morning. Would stay at this property again.

We raised our three children here, and then grandchildren came along and to them this is home. Now with the 4th generation of the Holliday family, it remains the gathering place every Sunday afternoon. We love our little place on this earth and enjoy sharing with family and friends and now offer to share with others. My husband and I have been married 55 years now, met 57 years ago. We love laughter and simple life and have spent the last 45 years designing our property for our enjoyment and the enjoyment of others. I am an author of a juvenile mystery series and my husband and I have retired. We spend our time gardening, maintaining our property and enjoying family and friends. We can vegetables and fruits we raise here and share with family and friends. Guests are welcome but, we do not impose. Your time in our cabin is private. You are welcome to explore the property. We are available in the main house for any questions or assistance if needed.
