Den tredje våningen var nyligen färdig i ett stort och öppet underhållande utrymme med ett komplett badrum. Central luft finns överallt. Fastigheten har en stor och privat trädgård samt ett hus med en lägenhet med ett sovrum. Busshuset kan vid behov hyras mot en extra avgift på $ 200 per natt.

Great Weekend!

Myself and a group of guys stayed here last weekend, and it was a fantastic spot. Lots of space and a great outdoors area as well as a great location. I would recommend this place to any groups looking for a place in Milwaukee.

Impressive home great for groups

The home was just lovely and is well setup for groups. Ajoy is a wonderful and very considerate host. Oh and that hot tub, fantastic! I would love to stay here again, thank you Ajoy!

Family Reunion

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our weekend stay in this elegant eastside home. Ajoy's home had more than everything we needed during our four day visit. Would love to stay here again some day.

Family reunion

Room For The Whole Family

Eight of us slept there, 15 of us hung out and celebrated Christmas. It was perfect for us. It was nice having the extra downstairs oven for cooking Christmas dinner.

Great House

Great house. Ton's of room for our group of 11. Patio/grill and hottub were great in the back yard. Beautiful neighborhood. 10 minute uber to downtown. Fully equipped kitchen. Host was great. Couldn't have had a better place.

90th Birthday Celebration

What a fantastic place to gather with friends and family! We walked through all the rooms with our jaws on the floor: spacious and great for a large crowd. The neighborhood was stunning and perfect for walks….so close to the Lake! Mom/Grammie, said it was the best birthday party she’s ever had! Ajoy, the owner was great to work with and very attentive to our needs.

Amazing Stay

The house was incredible! The house was large enough for our group of 8-20 throughout the weekend. It was very clean and a fun house to stay in. No issue finding space to sleep. The house was in a good location to travel Milwaukee from. Ajoy was an excellent host and communicated proactively ahead of time. He was very responsive and accommodating to our questions and group. Would stay again!

Beautiful spot!

We had a group of 10 and there was more than enough room! The space was beautiful and clean. Host was great and has great communication. This is a great spot for a group of friends - plenty of space for everyone to have their own space, but also plenty of spots where we could all comfortably be together. 10/10

Incredible house, great for groups!

We just finished our weekend at Ajoy's house in Milwaukee, and everyone had a great time! The house is amazing, and the recently refurbished basement was great for hanging out. Lots of outdoor space as well. There are also plenty of places to sleep throughout the house, making it great for group rentals. Ajoy was easy to get a hold of and very accommodating. Would definitely recommend this property, thanks Ajoy!

Wonderful wedding weekend

We had family & a couple grandkids here for our daughters wedding weekend. Great spaces throughout the house for staying, relaxing, entertaining & great outdoor space. Tons of kitchen appliances & needs in 2 different kitchens. Tons of open spaces both in and out. Location close to amenities,, parks & walking trails. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Eastside Mansion with both historical charm and modern convenience

Fabulous location near the lake and the parks. Great outdoor and indoor gathering spaces for a large group. The host was very responsive. Historically appointed living quarters, with a modern recroom and newly redecorated lower level with all the modern conveniences. It was perfect for our family reunion. My only suggestion is to install a keyless entry lock.

Beautiful house, great location, perfect host!

Just got back from a weekend in Milwaukee and this house was just fantastic and in a beautiful neighborhood. It is roomy and well appointed - tons of space both indoors and outdoors. Ajoy, our host, was fantastic throughout the entire process from booking through checkin until checkout. He was very responsive whenever I had a question and did an amazing job outfitting the house with everything we needed during our stay. Not sure when I’m heading back to Milwaukee but would absolutely checkin on this house for my travels next time.

Can’t give this listing enough stars

We rented the house for a wedding gathering. Everything about the house exceeded our expectations. The location, the property the amenities all outstanding! We had a very minor request which Ajoy rectified immediately once again going above our expectations We are so very grateful to have found this gem. If we are ever in need of a space we will definitely book again

Charming Mansion - Lakeshore Milwaukee

We came to Milwaukee to have a family reunion and attend our nephew’s wedding. This is the first time in 40 years that my brothers and I slept under the same roof. This house was perfect! The hot tub was perfect and enjoyable! We loved every floor … the modern finished basement, the classical parlor and the upstairs game room - ball room! Ajoy the owner is very professional and delightful! Cheers - until next time!

Large unique house in a great location

House is very spacious and filled with unique decor. Two kitchens, numerous bathrooms, and great outdoor spaces make it great for large groups. The owner Ajoy was immensly helpful and communicative. Great location, we could walk to coffee shops, bars, lake park, and bradford beach easily plus downtown and other activities wete short/cheap uber rides away. The only minimal downside was some of the sofas that convert to mini beds arent the most comfortable, but no place will have 12 comfortable beds - so it was as expected.

Stay during the Ryder Cup

What a beautiful (and large) house! We didn't get enough time to actually enjoy it but we cooked dinner for our group every night and enjoyed dinner around the large dining rm table which was so wonderful. Used the hottub the first night. Ajoy was very attentive w his communications and made sure that everything was good thru the process. He even was kind enough to send a forgotten iPad back to its owner very quickly. Thanks for a great stay!

I love beautiful architecture and I fell in love with my house on first sight! The character of the house is reflected well in the woodwork, crown moldings, fireplaces and large rooms of the house. The backyard is spacious and the house and the patio provide a perfect place for entertaining and socializing.

The house was built in 1908 and retains much of the original work and charm, but provides all the comforts and amenities of modern-day living. with four original fireplaces. The first, second and third floors have high ceilings, and spacious rooms. The main entrance, foyer and formal dining room has custom paneled wainscoting and plaster crown molding. The living room, dining room and the two master bedrooms have original fireplaces and elegant chandeliers.
