Sextant's Downtown Retreat - Pool, Hot Tub, 10 minuter till South Beach

Lyx för stora grupper, ett centralt läge och steg från Biscayne Bay-detta är Downtown Retreat. 70-tums LED-TV och smakfull inredning gör det här hemmet perfekt för underhållande. Hemmet består av 3 separata strukturer på totalt 6 sovrum, alla på en stor dubbellåda, vilket ger massor av avskildhet samtidigt som du fortfarande kan samlas som en stor grupp.

PLATS: Fastigheten ligger bara 5-10 minuters bilresa från South Beach, 15 minuter från MIA (40 minuter från FLL flygplats), och har flera barer och restauranger utanför dörren.

Incheckning och utcheckning: Incheckningen är vilken som helst efter 4 PM och utcheckning är vilken tid som helst före 11 AM. En tidig incheckning eller sen utcheckningstid är inte tillgänglig under några omständigheter på grund av vår städares schema. Du är välkommen att använda en lokal avfallstjänst, till exempel Nannybag.

OUTDOOR SPACE: Utomhusbrännpunkten är 22'x11 'poolen (5' djup), men har också en propan BBQ, 6 personer badtunna och mycket mer. Gratis och uppmätt parkering finns längs 23: e gatan för dem som hyr bilar, efter första till mølla-basis. Observera att vår fastighetschef och hans familj bor bredvid.

VAD INGÅR?: Strykjärn och strykbräda, 1 pack-n-play-spjälsäng, 1 barnstol, 1 queen-size luftmadrasser, 1 tvillingbädd, 18 strandhanddukar, gratis wifi, smart TV med Netflix.

OBS: Hyresavtalet gäller för denna notering. Det fysiska kreditkortet som användes för bokning av bokningen, tillsammans med ett matchande, myndighetsbeviset ID, krävs vid bokningen. Big Mansion

Thank you Jamie and Emiliano for hosting my friends and I. Came to from London for a few days of fun and it was an amazing stay. All beds were comfortable and the pool was very nice. My friends and I loved that we could walk around and go to places. Both the Design District and Wynwood are walking distance.

Magnificent home! Large property -- the layout worked really well for our family reunion of 15. The interior was spacious, clean and modern...it looked brand new. Home was stocked with all the essentials like toiletries and towels. Location was excellent! 5 mins from Wynwood area 10 from South Beach...highly responsive service throughout our stay. First guests at this home but we hope to return again soon!

Miami with Family

Wow! Perfect location for our entire family. The property was spacious but still provided the closeness feel! All ages enjoyed it! My one year old granddaughter was safe to walk around without any worries of her getting into pool and hot tub area. Location in downtown provided plenty of food options and easy drive to beach and baseball stadium. We would so stay there again!!! THANK YOU for providing plenty of towels! 😉

Gets The Job Done

Overall, we were pleased with our stay here. If you are looking for a clean place to stay with lots of beds in a good location, this property is great. If you're looking for something super nice, I'd keep looking. Pros: -More affordable than other options -Tons of beds and they were comfortable -Good location -Interior is spacious, even more so than the pictures suggest -Hot tub was great Cons: -Property overall is showing a lot of signs of wear -There are 4 different units containing 4 different doors, each with their own keypad. It took over an hour on the phone with their support team to get the codes working for all of the doors. The keypads work in a very specific way and there were no instructions provided on that. -AC went out one night in one of the rooms -Found a cockroach in one of the rooms

The Sextant team was very responsive, as well. Would book this place and/or with Sextant Stays again.

The house/compound was fantastic. It is great for large groups - the large outside dining area made for a great place to hangout. We used the grill and it worked with no issues. The Sextant team was very responsive, as well. Would book this place and/or with Sextant Stays again.

hank you sextant stays, we will be visiting again.

Overall, I would recommend this place to others. We had an issue with the keypad and the quick response by sextant stays and their ability to help us quickly to fix the issue was great! I would stay here again. My family really enjoyed the room and the beds and pillows are super comfortable. The guest house I stayed in did not have a shower head but I was still able to shower in there. This place has all the appliances and we enjoyed using the hot tub and pool! Thank you sextant stays, we will be visiting again.

Unbelievable! 😞

I have been to several places through VRBO and I love every one of them. THEY WERE SPECTACULAR however this one fell a little shy of the others . It was hard to enter the home as well as the refrigerator and the oven in the main home weren't functioning properly. One of the double apts bathroom leaked over the toilet. The sliding glass door was off the track. The grill didn't work and we had to have someone to do maintenance on the hot tub not once but twice. I felt all of those things should have taken care of before my parties and I arrived for my birthday. This was for my 55 birthday and I tried to keep a brave face for my family and friends, but this was really bad, My guests expressed their thoughts and concerns as well. No time was taken to make the home pleasant. I was shocked because it is MIAMI And I expected much mo No no that's rightre from the area and VRBO. I was very disappointed 😞 and I didn't feel as if my or my guests needs were met.It was quite expensive any other time it would have been worth every dime this time I feel as if I got robbed. I feel that this was false advertisement..

Our stay

Upon arriving to property I was kind of skeptical being that I thought we were at the wrong house due to the outside not looking too much like the pictures but once we got inside it was BEAUTIFUL. There was a little odor that wasn’t too pleasant at first but we sprayed air freshener and it was fine. All of the bedrooms and bathrooms were really nice and updated. The beds were spacious. However some bedding (including mine) had a few stains like mildew on them so we just used our own. The only other down side was that the dryer wasn’t working and we had to take home a lot of wet clothing and also there was a leak from the upstairs shower. Other than that we really enjoyed the property. With a few minor upgrades I would more than likely book and stay again.

The property was terrible it was not clean, the house smelled bad, and pool and jacuzzi was dirty. Nobody came out to correct the problems.

Cleaning not up to standards

Property/units was not up to COVID-19 cleaning standards and had unclean sanitary conditions throughout the entire home and outside units. The staff did not respond to our concerns about cleaning and down played all of our concerns about the safety and cleanliness of the units.

Family getaway

PreWedding adult get together

Everyone had their own bed. The weather was perfect to hang outside in the back all weekend when we weren't going out. Two empty lots surround the house so, even though we were quiet, there was very little risk of neighbor complaints. This place was perfect, actually overachieved our expectations. Dog park and boat marina near by. Convenient store 10 seconds across the street was clutch. Electric scooters neighborhood friendly.

Convenient Location for Groups

House worked very well for our group. In an extremely convenient location and rooms were well stocked/cleaned. Slightest of knocks for the pool pictures being deceptive about the size of it and the jacuzzi water had a slight greenish hue. But the pros certainly outweigh the slight drawbacks.

Great Stay

I hosted a 50th birthday celebration for my wife with a group of 10 friends. The set up of the house was exceptional. Clean, good lay out of rooms and loved being able to hang out together.

Excellent.... until an unhappy ending

We liked the location ( even though surrounded by high rises in rapidly changing neighborhood). It offered convenience and space enough for our large group to spread out. The pool is not serious-- a splashing areas for kids. But it was the malfunctioning hot tub that repairmen couldn't fix that prompted the site manager to promise a (partial?) refund. After several inquiries about the status of promised refund, I concluded that this was a classic run-around. If management had been willing to at least discuss the situation, I would feel better about their honesty. This silence and lack of response dampened otherwise good feelings about the place . However, if somehow paperwork got "lost" and I hear from management soon, I am willing to let it be known in an updated review.

Perfect Accomodations

Our trip was seamless from check-in to check-out. The owner was accommodating and responded immediately when I had a question about the property. The house was clean, had plenty of room as described, in a great location and has a great out door sitting area. The two guest houses were also perfect for a few in our party that needed their own space. I would highly recommend this property for a small or large party. I look forward to our next trip to Miami and would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our group!

Loved the layout of this place! Hanging out by the pool and the back yard table is a great touch. Next year we are bringing more people for sure. Thanks for a great stay guys.
