Lovely place

Loved the location and house- it would be very nice if there were more towels supplied, specifically new bath towels and in addition pool towels for hot tub. I had to do laundry everyday which was not a vacation. Only 4 towels in the house. Also- no dining table- hard to have a meal!

kitchen supplies lacking

I wish there had been more serving bowls in different sizes available. Only one large size, makes is kind of difficult to have meals as a family. Also, no salt, pepper or any other spices available. Very skimpy on utensils, almost had to run a not so full dishwasher just to have clean forks for two meals in a row. Overall, an adorable place to stay. The kitchen supplies were the only issue.

Super Noisy Residential Neighborhood

The home was very cute. Located at a super noisy intersection with lots of traffic. Not as clean as we hoped. Spider webs on outdoor furniture. Stove old and needs to be replaced. Microwave did not work but was replaced while we were there at our request. Did not use hot tub because of security camera. Bunk beds were funky. Property Mgr was very fair about trying to fix problems. Very few TV channels.

Good time

Had a great time and was a good place to stay for the price. Had an issue and owner responded immediately. I was concerned a bit with no fence to close off the backyard which allows easy access to just anyone walking by. Other than that, it's a nice little place to stay for the money. I was pleased.

Nice little house...

Overall, the home is cute, cozy and very clean. The hot tub was a definite bonus! The beds were comfortable. The back patio was added living space in the summer. The owner was very attentive. He responded and addressed issues quickly. The home is on a very busy street so traffic was loud. Parking in the driveway was a challenge as it is short, so we had to park diagonal as to not be parked across the sidewalk. The home only had 5 bath towels which wasn’t enough for 4 people bathing and using a hot tub daily. The home has outside cameras which is great for safety. One camera is pointed directly at the hot tub which was a little creepy. The washer and dryer worked great, we did quite a bit of laundry, given the towel situation. There really isn’t an area to have a meal, other than outside. The one night we cooked dinner in, it was raining so we couldn’t eat on the patio. The TV seemed to only have local channels. Not a huge deal because we weren’t there to veg out, but if it were winter when we visited, it could’ve been a bigger concern. There are games to play, both board games and yard games, which was a plus. We used the grill and it worked great. Checking in and out was a very smooth process. The home was stocked with necessities (like paper products, soap, etc.) which was nice. Our experience was good and we’d definitely recommend this home to others.

Nice quaint little home

Cute, comfortable little house. We enjoyed our stay. Our two boys loved the bunk beds and the king in the master was very comfortable. It was located close to downtown which was nice. You could get to many shops and eateries within just a few minutes drive. The hot tub felt great after a long day and we utilized it every night. The only downsides we had were the lighting in the kitchen was terrible. We could hardly see while cooking on the stove since the light above the stove either didn't work or was burned out, my husband and I both said if they took the lighting from the laundry room and put it in the kitchen it would have been perfect. There were only a few pots and pans which worked for what we needed but they had no lids. We either couldn't figure out the "cable channels" or they didn't work because we could only get at most maybe 5 channels to work. I emailed the property manager about it and they replied that all the information about the TV was in the instruction book which it wasn't. We were lucky to have brought movies with us for the kids to watch in the car so we just resorted to those when we wanted TV time. My husband and I tried to eat dinner one night at the two person table and it was very wobbly and the chairs were terribly uncomfortable. It would have been nice if they had had a table for 4 (which there is room for) so we could all have eaten together at the table. We ended up resorting to the couch/coffee table. We did enjoy the home and the back yard/patio was great. We utilized the grill several times and it worked great. I also loved the shower head and am contemplating changing ours in our shower since our stay. Over all we enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it to others!

Overall this is a great place to stay!

My wife and I came together for a few days and loved staying here. Everything was clean and ready for us and the checkout procedure only took a few minutes. They have thought of everything from keyless entry to premium channels to darts and board games. The proximity to downtown was perfect for us. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in CO springs.

Cool little house!

Awesome, comfortable house! The beds were very comfortable and it was a perfect location for us. The only negatives: lighting, furniture and kitchen amenities. None of these were show-stoppers in themselves - with minimal expense would make the house perfect. The high top, two place "dinner table" was wobbly and not at all suited for a real meal. We tried once and resorted to eating at the couch and coffee table thereafter. As for lighting, a couple of inexpensive floor lamps in the living area would help. Additionally, the lights over both the stove and the kitchen sink were either burned out (stove) or ineffective (sink). Finally, what few pans there were lacked any covers so the stove got pretty messy quickly. Again, none of these on their own was too difficult - it would just help make the place perfect. To close on a positive, the beds and the shower were great! The bathroom lighting was great. The house, bedding , and towels were very, very clean. The hot tub was wonderful at the end of the day! We were in town for an event at the Olympic Training Center so the location was perfect - a very easy and pleasant walk.

overall wonderful experience.

From the time we first walked in the door the house was more than what we expected. Great location, very clean, and comfortable with everything you need to feel right at home. the house is perfect for couples even family vacations.

Nice comfortable house in a good location

The house was clean and comfortable with a good location near highways, shops & restaurants. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was small but adequate. The hot tub was particularly nice. The house is on a fairly busy street so if you are noise sensitive this might not be the best pick. They were doing some roadwork while we were there so that may have been part of the problem.
