This was our third or fourth year renting this house for a golf tournament. Perfect for up to four couples. Great views and outdoor space. Everything you need is there. Easy driveway and parking for up to four cars. Will return anytime we can.

Great stay

We had a wonderful time staying here. The large covered patio was so nice and had a beautiful view. The house was exactly as listed, and Lisa was easy to get in touch with. It was also great to be able to bring our dogs along to enjoy the mountains.

Amazing!

We had a wonderful time! The home was exactly as described. My husband and I enjoyed an early Thanksgiving with our children and their families. The kitchen was perfect for all the fun cooking.

Excellent Couples Golf Retreat spot

This is our 3rd year staying at this property for our annual golf trip with lifetime friends. It is perfect for our group of 4 couples. Each couple has their own bedroom & bath. The kitchen is well stocked, the living area is great seating and the best view of the mountains. This house is only @1 mile from the golf course. We can't wait to come back next year!

Oh what a deck!

Great house. Met all our expectations. Had all amenities. Great view. Best part for us was big upper deck with both comfortable chairs and dining set. Can not recall staying at house with such a great deck. We would stay again.

Extra touches and comfort

The kitchen was well-stocked with utensils. The view is amazing and the bedroom configuration gives everyone privacy. Fresh flowers, a grill and smoker, washer/dryer and more in the way of extra touches.

Beautiful House and View

This is our second time staying at this house, and we love it! It's so beautiful and has everything you need. The porch is large and relaxing, and the mountain view makes the trip. The owners are extremely responsive, and we've never had any problems. Sky Valley is convenient to everything you want to do in Clayton, Highlands, and the surrounding area. We hope to enjoy this house again in the future.

Amazing Cabin with Great view!

Thank You Lisa for allowing my group to stay in youre home! It was very spacious with a beautiful modern bathroom in every room. We came up from Miami and are not too use to the little bit of cold weather at night so the propane fireplace on the outside top balcony was one of our favorite place to be with friends that came over at night. The location of the house was perfect for all adventures. 5min away from Highlands Aerial Park and tubing down the mountain. Would definitely want to stay here again some time in the future.

This was my second stay at this beautiful home in the last three months. The house is so spacious and comfortable. 4 bedrooms and 4 baths - hard to find. The weather was perfect and the leaf change was just about peak. We all enjoyed spending time on the deck and enjoying the gorgeous weather. You won’t be disappointed in this wonderful home!’

Wonderful home for families or couples.

Check in was a breeze. Very nicely furnished home. Comfortable mattresses in every bedroom. I love the fact that this home is 4 bedrooms and 4 full baths. Not to mention, 3 king beds and one queen. That isn’t easy to find! The kitchen was spacious and the best stocked kitchen of any VRBO home we’ve rented. The home has been very nicely renovated with comfy furniture in the living room. The only small drawback is that the bathrooms did not appear to have been updated. But that small drawback wouldn’t keep me from renting it again. As a matter of fact, I’ve already booked it for a girls weekend in October!

Thoroughly enjoyed our holiday weekend connecting with family and enjoying the Sky Valley weather and views. The house was spacious and accommodated us well. Mountain getaway

House was great and everything we hoped for. No unpleasant surprises, beautiful view from back decks; nice to have a deck on both levels. About an hour drive to Rainbow Falls which was a windy, yet easy drive for our hiking day.

This family home is special to Sean and Lisa Barr. Sean's father built the home in 2003 and the couple were married in the Chapel in Sky Valley in 2006. After the passing of Sean's parents, Sean and Lisa have kept this home in the family and have continued to update it and make it their own. We enjoy our quick weekend getaways with family and friends and often host family dinners up to 30 guests. Perfect location to maximize holidays! We live close by near Atlanta so it is the perfect place to relax and decompress from the hectic work in the city.

Come enjoy the beauty of the North Georgia Mountains and with a short drive you have several choices in N.C. either in Highlands or a quick drive to the Great Smoky Mountains. Our family spent many summers and holiday's in the mountains with our families and are happy to share our home and experiences with others.

Enjoy the double decks and separate living spaces. For large families or with children each group has their own place to relax. Enjoy the outdoor living area and on a cool night use the fire pit or fireplace for that cozy feel.
We also have provided 3 additional blow up mattresses so large parties especially children can use in the secondary living area for a great slumber party environment for family vacations.
