Denna 606 kvadratmeter 1 sovrum, 1 badrum lägenhet sover fyra och ligger i en av de närmaste byggnaderna närmast gondolen. Det har utsikt över skidbackarna från den privata balkongen. Idealiskt beläget i River Run Village så att du bara är några steg från shopping, restauranger och lokala festligheter.

Ingången har monterade krokar och en bänk för din bekvämlighet när du kommer och går hela dagen. Vardagsrummet har en platt-TV monterad ovanför en vacker eldstad. Det finns en bäddsoffa i läder och sommaren 2017 uppgraderade husägaren med en helt ny madrass. Extra lakan och filtar finns i en garderob. Den privata balkongen kan nås via vardagsområdet och har utsikt över skidbackarna.

Det stora köket är utrustat med alla nödvändiga köksredskap och porslin för att göra en måltid hemifrån. Matsalen har bekvämt fyra platser med ytterligare två platser i frukostbaren. Strax utanför vardagsrummet finns det kompletta badrummet med en enda tvättställ och en kombination av dusch / badkar. Det är utrustat med handdukar och ett första utbud av toalettartiklar.

Det rymliga sovrummet har en dubbelsäng och en platt-TV med en DVD-spelare.

Very good location, clean room, annoying issues with features.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall good location and clean room. Nice mattress. The bathroom is annoying -- the bathtub has very soft floor. It feels like you are going to break it any minute. The bathroom lights are paired with a very loud fan that you cannot turn off. The apartment has WIFI, but the firewall is setup in a such a way that you cannot access most of the web. For example, VRBO and Keystone Resort web sites are unavailable. VPN does not work either. Annoying. The big kitchen knifes are so dull, they barely can cut. Annoying. The hot tub is permanently closed in the building. You have to walk to the next building over if you want a hot dip.

Everything was as described! However, Inside the room was absolutely boiling hot! Your AC was not working. I also read on other reviews for this property the AC issue was also noted. Shame on you Property Manager!!!

Excellent place close to the lift/gondola

Minimal walking distance back to apartment after a full day of ski and very convenience in term of having all other stores nearby. Only negative is their clean bed is too soft for us.

Tired place

Though the kitchen and bathroom were clean, the carpet in the main living area was very dirty, and fraying at the seam to the kitchen floor. The main bed seemed new, but hard as a rock, and we like firm mattresses, but his was beyond firm. The sofa sleeper mattress was lumpy. We had family in another building- everything was much better and newer.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay, the condo was clean, cute and the kitchen was well stock. However no a/c and it was hot, the fans didn't work well, one wouldn't turn and another would move. The soda mattress is awful, not soft and could feel the springs, it needs to be replaced badly. Check in and check out times are not satisfactory and have to pay to stay late.

Comfortable and Close

Reviewer Comments: The rental went well, it is a nice condo in a great location with a 10min walk to the gondola. The foam bed is awesome and comfortable. The living room is ok, though the TV high up above the fire place is a little awkward. The price was just right for the week. The only caveats, and there is nothing they can do about it, but it's good to know, are that construction is happening just outside and the noise can be annoying as well as the diesel fumes from all of the trucks and equipment. The road is also a drop off point for supplies for the village which means big trucks and diesel fumes during the day. Overall, I would rent this unit again.

I called before I booked to make sure they had a hot tub and was told yes they did! Well they had one, they just did not mention that it was closed as well as almost ALL of the businesses in the area, oh and the construction outside of our room was a treat as well. 😕 The price offered was a great value until Summit County Mountain Retreats tacked on $165.63 in additional fees....almost doubling the Price that was offered! 🫤

Great place close to gondola in river run

Great first trip to keystone. Would stay here again. The convenience of being right in the village is the only way to go. Less than 100 yards to gondola. Place was clean, and stocked.
