I have vacation homes in Port Saint Lucie, Florida and Jacksonville, NC (home to Marine
Base Camp Lejeune). I love the Lord Jesus Christ, my kids and grandkids, roller coasters, eating, and being as active as possible. I enjoy sharing my vacation homes with others and enhancing their vacations with beautiful, great accommodations. Why stay in a motel/hotel when you can stay in a home with all its comforts? My hope is for all my guests to have a wonderful experience both with my homes and with me as your host.

This large home is truly a home away from home. Tastefully decorated with every possible need available in the kitchen and through out the rest of the house. The pool and spa provide plenty of recreation and relaxing right off the back of the house for kids and parents (large BBO grill (propane not included). The billiard room has a full size pool table and provides hours of fun. The kids Winnie the Pooh room has toys along with its own TV with VHS and DVD player and over 75 movie selections for that down time. All linens are available along with plenty of pool towels. A full size washer and dryer are in the laundry room for the guests use. The house has a formal living room, sun room, and family room so dad can watch his favorite TV show while mom curls up with a good book and kids play their favorite games each with their own space. The master bedroom is true romance with low lighting and an electric fireplace to set the perfect stage for that special private time.

This house offers a swimming pool (80 degrees) and spa (104 degrees) offered at no additional cost. The large back porch with plenty of patio furniture and gas grill (propane tank at guests expense). TVs available in living room, all bedrooms, and billiard room.

This home is self directing. A key less entry allows entrance with a unique code provided by the owner. I am available by phone or text with any problems that might arise. I respect your privacy for your vacation. I will call upon your arrival to make sure all things are in good order and to answer any questions you may have.

My home is located in a quiet neighborhood in the center of Port Saint Lucie. You will see people mowing their lawns, walking their dogs, and children walking home from school. This is truly a home away from home to relax at and enjoy the peace and tranquility.

Paper products are provided (paper towels, toilet paper, napkins, tissue etc.) to get you started along with soaps, shampoo, spices and many other extras.

You will need your own transportation while visiting. Shopping is a short 2 miles down the road and the Super Play, movies, restaurants and golf galore are within 5-7 miles. The beach is a 20 minute ride with plenty of public access.

Well behaved pets are welcome, no more than 2. A pet fee of $150 will be added regardless of length of stay. Please indicate when booking that your fur baby is coming and pet fee will be added to your total.

No smoking in house outside ashtrays are provided on the back porch.

Check-in is after 5PM
Check out is 10AM

Early or late check in/outs must be requested of owner prior to arrival and approved. Early check in is 3pm and late check out 12 pm.

A contract can be provided upon request with the house rules prior to your reservation. I don't want any surprises upon your arrival and neither do you.
