The property was very worn, with one of the showers almost not functional due to water pressure. Everyone ended up sharing the master shower. The location and resort amenities are great, but the condo itself, while clean, needs a lot of work. The bed frames/mattresses are creaky and the kitchen chairs feel like sitting directly on springs.

Location is wonderful for Disney

We have stayed in this resort before for the proximity to Disney. The condo is clean and has enough bed space.

This place had everything we needed. Was clean and close to Disneyworld and all the other amenities we needed. Really enjoyed our stay.

Short trip to Orlando

We we only here for basically 2.5 days late check in people at front gate were great got to condo, had a couple questions and owner got right back to us. The pool was great and we stayed on site to eat at the little market cafe it was good. The kids splash pad was extremely cold disappointed in that because we booked it especially for that’s we had a 1 year old with us but water was freezing but pool water temp was great. Definitely recommend

Exactly what we needed

We're a family of 6.This was the perfect space for us. Everything was conveniently laid out & available for a family. The water park section was an amazing bonus for the kids (pool was closed.for refurbishment, but the waterpark was enough, & of.course not predictable when they would.close it). Reallyy perfevt for as close to the parks as it was. We'd make this our place when not staying on-site at Disney.

Wonderful Resort Stay!

Our resort stay was AMAZING! We had clear instruction and guidance. Our Host is Wonderful and I want to tell you all that our place was clean and quiet and welcoming and everything that we needed was supplied. This place felt like our second home so thank you, thank you and thank you for a safe and wonderful stay at your resort! I highly recommend it for families and couples as well!

Pictures of the property is accurate, but the conditions are misleading.The property has a oder of dampness and parts of Minions wall paper in the children's room was peeling. The top bunk on one of the beds was loose. There's some kind of sheet covering the door in the living room. The furniture is wore and out dated. The master bedroom window can't be opened, which is concerning in case of a fire. The master bedroom has clothes pins holding up the curtains or valance above the window. The second bathroom has a sign posted, about water possibly leaking in the unit below when taking a shower. On our last night of stay the smoke detector started beeping, I reached out to the on call person about the chirping sound and was instructed to use a bar stool to remove the battery myself. I was told, because it was after hours, someone would be there in the morning, the day of our check out. So we had to listen to the sound all night. if you decide to rent this property or need anything serviced after 10 pm your on your own, unless it's an emergency. I could have removed the battery myself but I was also taking the risk of damaging their property and possibly injuring myself. Disney Vacation

This was an amazing place to stay. It had everything we needed and was just a short trip to Disney. It even had entertainment for the kids in our rest days (we used the pool and splash pad that never seemed too crowded).

Amazing week

Our stay was fantastic. The property owner was very responsive to questions and had everything set for us to arrive. The rental was clean and very homey. We had a great week! We were close to theme parks and enjoyed the amenities that the rental offered. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Spacious condo close to Disney

Great condo! We loved that there was so much space to spread out. The communication with the host was amazing. He sent detailed info that was easy to follow and accurate. Great gated community that was very close to Disney.

Excellent property grounds- very run down/dirty unit.

Pros- The property grounds and amenities are fantastic! We enjoyed a couple days at the pool. The security is top notch and the grounds are very well kept. Cons- upon arrival, we arrived to a unit that was extremely poorly cleaned. There were dirty hand towels (with dried substance on it) as well as kitchen counters with dried on food

Great time!

The location of the condo to the club house was amazing! It was a quick walk that we didn’t mind taking. The condo was specious for the six of us. My parents stayed in the king room with the private bath, which my husband and I took the king room closest to the kids room. My kids loves the kids room and the two of them claimed a bunk each calling it their fort. We really enjoyed having the full kitchen. Lyft and Walmart delivery were super easy to use! Definitely would stay again! The drive to Universal Resorts was about 30 minutes, which wasn’t bad. Disney was closer. Overall, really liked our stay.

Good stay needs some tlc

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property was amazing and the kids loved the main area. The confo itself was much more spacious than a hotel would be and half the cost. The only thing thar i would say it that the condo needs to be fixed and maintained a little better. Things like, chipping paint on the walls, images peeling off the walls, holes in the screen outside, makeshift bed frame, broken blinds, and floss be used as a fan pull were things that we were not impressed with. Would stay on the property again but would probably stay in a different unit.
