Du kommer att ha hela detta hela 4 sovrum hus som backar till Willow Creek Trail, bredvid Sweetwater Park. Minuter till Schwab, Park Meadows Mall, Lincoln Light Rail Station, DTC. Nyligen renoverat hem med rymlig bakgård.

Vardagsrummen:
Två separata vardagsrum, en och en nere, gör enheten trevlig för familjer. Den nedre vardagsrummet har en 55 "TV med grundläggande kabel. I nedre vardagsrummet drar soffan ut för att göra en queen size-säng. Det finns WiFi med signal tillgänglig över hela huset och bakgården. Det finns ett skrivbord i nedre vardagsrummet lämpligt för ett arbetsutrymme.

Köket:
Öppet kök till matplatsen och vardagsrummet tillåter kocken att vara en del av samtalet och hålla koll på kiddorna. Köket har alla rostfria vitvaror inklusive mikrovågsugn, spis / ugn, kylskåp med is och vatten dispenser, sopor och diskmaskin. Köket har allt du behöver för att laga mat och servera en full måltid.

Sovrummen:
På övervåningen finns tre sovrum. Den främre och mellersta sovrummet har queen size-sängar och det bakre sovrummet har en full size-säng. Alla rum har stora garderober och takfläktar. Det stora sovrummet är nere och har ett vardagsrum tillsammans med en bifogad master bad.

badrum:
Det finns en full storlek bad på övervåningen med en dusch / badkar combo. Sovrummet nere har också en full storlek bad med dusch / badkar combo.

Garage:
Det finns ett stort 2 bilmonterat garage.

Utomhusområdena:
Det finns en stor yttergård mot den tysta gatan. Bakgården är rymlig och helt inhägnad. Willow Creek trail är en vandrings- / cykel / vandringsled tillgänglig från bakgården grinden. Spåret kopplar till Sweetwater Park och ansluter till andra spårsystem.
Det finns en 4-brännare propangrill i bakgården. Det finns ett stort däck med ett inbyggt bord, paraply och bänkar.

Home away during renovations

Perfect place for us while our home was being renovated. The backyard is enormous and fenced, and the back deck was a nice place to sit. Appreciated access to the two car garage as well. Thank you!

Acres Green

This was our second time at this house. This suits our purposes when we have to leave our old home but our new home isn't ready yet. Clean, well maintained home in a convenient location. The hosts are responsive and accommodating. The yard is large and spacious for pets and children. We had a nice Christmas there. Our second coincidentally.

Family friendly

The home is very comfortable, plenty of bedrooms to accommodate everyone and the backyard with walking trail to the park is perfect for kids. We had a little trouble with entering the home as we never received a code for the door but Milo was able to be reached within 10 minutes of check in time to assist. I would just recommend a few additional “amenities” that we have experienced at other homes that were appreciated. Items such as a handful of laundry pods, extra trash bags and dishwasher pods as none of these items were provided. There is a grill but all utensils are plastic so some grill appropriate tools, baking sheet and baking pan would be helpful also.

Clean, comfortable with a great layout, location and access to Denver

We traveled to the Denver area at Christmas time and this house was perfect for our family of 5, an ideal layout with plenty of space to spread out and relax. Everything was clean and comfortable, making for an enjoyable stay. The kitchen/dining area is well stocked and easily accessible for cooking meals and gathering. The large attached garage with entry into the basement utility room was very convenient for coming and going and keeping shoes/gear out of the living areas. The location is great, in a quiet neighborhood, but with plenty of retail and restaurant options close by. Milo and Christine were great hosts, responding quickly to questions, and even coming early in the AM to clear a large amount of overnight snow on our last day. We definitely recommend this home to others looking to stay in the Denver area.

Ideal location for visiting Denver area and surrounding attractions.

Location and access was ideal for our visiting family in Aurora, central to travel and tour in all directions for day trips, near by shopping restaurants and entertainment. Hiking available adjacent to the property on neighborhood paths short distances to regional and state parks.. The local VASA gym is ideal for all levels of fitness requirements and first class. Housekeeping and cleanliness was apparent upon first entering.. We are especially attentive, given post Covid sensitivity to hygienic practices. Milo and Christine provided support when required and are ideal hosts, responsive yet not imposing.. The property is as described. My wife and I, along with our boxer/lab stayed for three weeks.and enjoyed our time in Colorado. The highest complement I can provide is that we would return and we would recommend to our friends. Suitable for couples or families . The house and hosts met all our needs above expectations. Lone Tree is great location. Enjoyable entertainment is scheduled at Art and Performance Center.

We needed to be in Lone Tree/Centennial are for 6 days and this place was perfect. Milo is a great host, everything went smoothly. Huge backyard was a highlight for some family game activity. -John

I was so unhappy with the house that I did not stay there

One word sums it up. Unkempt. This is my 4th stay at a Vrbo house. I have always experienced clean houses when renting from Vrbo, but this place was not up to my standards. While the property pictures show a nice clean kitchen, for example, it was not clean. I took pictures. There is grime in places you can see, which makes me wonder what it's like in places I can't see. When I first accessed the house, I was a little put off by the leftover dog hair on the stairs/couch, but when I opened the refrigerator door, there was a large sticky mess between the glass shelf and frame, grime in the refrigerator door bins, just dirty in general. Then with spots of food on the wall, brown stains in the kitchen sink, and white woodwork trim which is covered in dirt in the kitchen, I decided to not check-in that day. I continuously worked with the host, and the host had it cleaned and it was cleaner, but still very dirty in places (I took more pictures). I’m not super picky. If the place had been really clean when I first got there, I would have stayed. But seeing the dirt, and then seeing some of the same dirt after the host had it cleaned again, really turned my stomach. So I never stayed at this house. Although I asked, I was not reimbursed any ‘per night’ money, even for the nights in between the initial access and the cleaning. I'm VERY unhappy with the entire experience.

Clean and comfortable, great location

The home was very clean and comfortable for our family of four, and was ideally located for a home base for us to explore the Denver area. Easy access to 25 & 470, with easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. We enjoyed the back deck and yard for early morning coffee and play breaks for our boys. Milo was a very patient and accommodating host who responded promptly and kindly to all communication about the property.

Family attend Denver Rock Show

Milo was an excellent host and answered all of our questions. We enjoyed the large back yard and deck (and the peaches from the trees in the backyard). The house was as described and the pantries were well stocked. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and the walking trail outback was great for an evening walk. It is a great place for a family vacation.
