First time in San Diego

Close to everything. A little noisy at night since it was on the Main Street. Front patio could use new furniture but overall it was a great stay

Great location

Easy walk to beach and bay. Kitchen and bathroom updated and plenty of storage. The private patio area (shared with unit above) was fantastic. It’s right on the street, but nights were quiet. Management was attentive to our needs. Washer and dryer as well as parking space make for a hassle free stay.

The bottle of wine was great. That was my first time I had yhrm leave me s bottle of wine. The place was great and the people cool. It would be nisce to have some Landry detergent in landry room. I would love to fo it again.

Great Mission Beach Vacation spot!

This property is clean but very basic. It is perfectly located to walk to the beach or a couple restaurants within minutes. While it is right across the street from the beach, it is also directly on Mission Blvd so it can get noisy from cars and people walking. Did not bother us one bit but it could be an issue for some. The full size bed in the bedroom is tight for 2 people. Parking is a huge plus though! Pictures are accurate and it is a great place to stay for a beach vacation!

Awesome experience

Or small family of 3 really enjoyed ourselves in this bottom unit rental. The location is perfect and the place was all we needed. Parking was a little challenging but not overly difficult. I was worried about traffic noise, but honestly, you don't hear it. We would go again!

location is the key

location is the key, walk across the street to the beach and most of the restaurants walking/bike distance, but this place needs some TLC in a bedroom: broken fan, old unmatched box/mattress..... otherwise when you have 75F and no rain every day all the above doesn't matter much, very convenient 2 bikes available in the storage area. You have 2 windows facing the main busy street with a lot of people walking by but after 10-11pm it's pretty quiet, for a good price it could be a good value.

Bel appartement situé très très près de la mer et d’une baie. L’appartement est propre et chaleureux

Les propriétaires sont très accommodants et accueillants. Ils répondent très vite aux questions. La localisation est très bien pour les personnes qui désires être prêt de la mer. L’appartement est très fonctionnel pour une petite famille. La terrasse est très appréciée avec un accès au BBQ. Le lit principal est un peu défoncé, mais quand même fonctionnel. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Perfect Location

My family and I spent a week at the beach and it was wonderful. The property looks exactly as it does in the photographs. The beach was basically across the street and it was in walking location to Belmont Park and several restaurants. There is a grocery store just a bit further up the road (20 minute walk or 5 minute drive). There's even a washer and dryer available! We will definitely be back next year!

Cute, clean, great location

So excited when we arrived. Assigned parking spot is a HUGE PLUS. The place was clean, cute, and at a great location! Just across the street from the boardwalk. Less than a mile from Belmont. ❤️❤️❤️Our family loved it! My only suggestion would be to have a broom handy. With kids and sand, I wish we had something to sweep up sand and snack crumbs 😑

Property was nice and as described

We enjoyed our time at this property. The property was as described and in a good location. The single parking space was small but we found parking on the street and made do. This is rented through a property management firm so there were some additional minor fees and strict check-in/out times, however it is still a good value and would stay here again.

Overall great place!

It was perfect for our family! The proximity to the beach is awesome. You can walk to restaurants, grocery store, etc. Right in heart of Mission Beach, totally would stay here again.

The rental was a perfect size and in an excellent location. We were able to walk everywhere.

Rental was clean and well stocked with everything we need for a long weekend vacation. We had a small hiccup with the refrigerator not working but the property management company came with a small replacement the same day. It was a mini fridge so it didn't really hold a lot but we made do. Overall a great place!

The house is exactly as described! Great location!

We had a great time. The house is very simple, nothing fancy but it was clean, and looks just like the photos. Great location! We rented beach cruisers for the week, and walked or rode bikes everywhere. The courtyard was awesome to be able to sit outside, and having that outdoor space made the house feel less small. We had a blast.

PERFECT LOCATION - GREAT SERVICE - GREAT PRICE

We planned a VERY LAST MINUTE trip and Sarah made it all happen! She was responsive and made some quick arrangements for our family that could not have been better if we had planned it. The location was excellent - a very short walk to the ocean waves where our 3 children had a blast! The accommodations were clean and was a perfect fit for our family. The maintenance man was also very nice and professional when he stopped by - just to see if everything was okay. You won't be able to beat the price and location - so what are you waiting for? - Go ahead and book! We will definitely be contacting Sarah for future stays in San Diego. Thanks Sarah! Great location

Great location, facilities and management support

We are good walkers so the location was within a 20 minute walk of grocery stores, good restaurants, clothing shops and good pubs. The bus service was close and very reliable. A car is not necessary. Road noise was a very minor problem but the surrounding neighbours were quiet. The bbq tank ran out and was replaced the following morning. We stayed for five weeks and would consider returning in the next 1-2 years.

Nice Location

Short walk to beach, bay and to places to eat/drink but on first floor on a busy street so heavy car and foot traffic by the open windows which needed to be open because no A/C. One night a drunk old man yelled into the window and scared me. Off street parking spot was greatly needed and appreciated. Enjoyed the stay!

Good place, great owner/management

We stayed at this home for a week and had a great time. We had a total of 2 adults and 2 kids and there was enough room. They owner/manager was very responsive and helped us with a few nice requests. The reason I don't give this 5 stars is that the cleanliness could have been better and basic things that I have seen at other rentals should have been there such as BBQ utensils (upstairs unit had them, but not us), enough paper products, and more than two glasses and forks/spoons/knives. The unit location is very nice and price point was amazing. Overall, a great stay. Thank you.

Great location and great price

I already live in San Diego but I thought it would be nice to do a staycation. My Husband And I And 2 Little Kids Stayed Here And Had SUCH A Great Time. We were able to relax on the patio as well as just walk a few house down to the bay or the beach. Plus you are close to yummy restaurants and night life. Can't beat a location like this for the price. I will definitely be coming back! !
