We had a wonderful time staying at this property! The location was absolutely perfect, and the host was incredibly responsive and helpful from check-in to check-out. The amenities were exactly as described, and the futon was comfortable after a long day of exploring.

Place was awesome for the most part location was amazing I think the only complaint is these units should all have wall unit AC They have the floor AC and the units do not really cool the rooms well!Overall though the location is great, the condo is great and in all honesty it's a great deal

This was a perfect spot for a solo beach vaca. The location was so convenient. Literally steps from the beach, and plenty of food options within walking distance. The bed situation would probably be a bit awkward with two people, but cozy if you're not picky about that. Would love to go again sometime whenever I need some beach time!

Perfect little spot for 2. 20 seconds from the beach, short walk to shopping and food. Don’t park overnight at Belmont park, you will get towed.

The space was perfectly located for a fun trip with grandson. Space was as advertised - perfect for two. Only drawback was lack of any view from windows.

Great Location!

Wi-Fi was a bit spotty and kids couldn’t get tv to work. Other than that would recommend! Also communication with host was super quick and pleasant. Enjoyable trip!

Sweet getaway

Great location if you are looking for oceanfront property, there is no ocean view from the unit, but it is on the beach, literally. You just need to walk out of the unit to the beach. Very clean, well managed. It was perfect for 2 of us.

Great location!

This condo is exactly as advertised. It may not have an ocean view but it certainly has the best location. The patio is wonderful to sit and people watch and enjoy the ocean. Our son really enjoyed having Belmont only be a couple of blocks away. I would highly recommend this location!

Location was absolutely pertext. The condo was very clean and upgraded. The condo is suitable for 1 person or a young couple. Access to the loft bed is very difficult so I slept on the futon which was very comfortable. No view of the beach or ocean from the condo , but there is a great sitting area in the complex that does have a fabulous view of the boardwalk, beach and ocean.
